(1)装运通知函的概念及写作方法
在国内贸易中，货物的提取若是发货形式，卖方就应负责装运，即负责装车(船)，安排装运日期，把货物发到买方指定地点，为避免意外，卖方还要为货物投保。装运条件包括装运方式和运费、保险金的支付。采取何种装运方式以厦装运费用、保险金的支付，主要根据交易双方的协商而定。如果买方要求卖方将货物装运发送到指定地点，那么，买卖成交后，卖方就应履约，按规定期限将货物装运，并立即用电报、信函等形式通知买方，说明装运日期、装运车号，并将提单、发票、检验单、保险单等单据副本寄去，以便买方办理提货手续。

如因没有发出装船通知，致使收货人未能及时投保，则该货物的丢失、损害由发货人负责赔偿。
装运通知的内容一般有订单或合同号、商品名称和数量、总值、唛头、载货船舶名称、装运口岸、开航日期等。在实际业务中，应根据信用证的要求和对客户的习惯做法，将上述项目适当地列明在电文中。
一般而言，装运通知可以不签署，但是如果信用证规定“beneficiary certified copy of shipping advice”,那么受益人必须在该通知上进行签字盖章。
