非常荣幸我能够进入XX银行，并已经进行了几个月的实习，这次机会对于我这个刚毕业学生是非常宝贵的，银行自我评价。实习的几个月，是让我认识到我的选择是非常正确的，银行金融行业确实是我的兴趣所在，在这并不算长的时间里我却学会了很多很多，我对这几个人的实习自我评价如下：
刚进XX行，为了尽快掌握XX行业务，我每天都提前一个多小时到岗，练习点钞、打算盘、储蓄业务，虽然那时住处离工作单位要坐车1个多小时，但我每天都风雨无阻，特别是冬天，冰天雪地，怕挤不上车，我常常要提前两、三个小时上班，就是那时起我养成了早到单位的习惯，现在每天都是第一个到行里，先打扫卫生，再看看业务书或准备准备一天的工作，也是这个习惯，给了我充足的时间学习到更多的业务知识。通过这次的实习，我对个人金融业务有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，也是对这几年大学里所学知识的巩固与运用，自我评价《银行自我评价》。从这次实习中，我体会到了实际的.工作与书本上的知识是有一定距离的，并且需要进一步的再学习。虽然这次实习的业务多集中于比较简单的个人金融业务，但是，这帮助我更深层次地理解银行个人金融业务的流程提供了极大的帮助，使我在银行的基础业务方面，不在局限于书本，而是有了一个比较全面的了解。
针对银行职员这个职位的特点，具体到挫折时，我主动调整心态来舒解压力，遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功，从而让目光面向未来。
通过实习的几个多月里，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色!不管是在什么地方任职，都会努力!
