时间飞逝,紧张而又繁忙的一学期又结束了。本学期,我担任九年级4班的英语教学工作,在工作中从各方面严格要求自己,勤勤恳恳,兢兢业业,使教学工作有计划,有组织,有步骤地进行。现在我对本学期的教育教学工作做如下总结。

一、做到了认真分析学生

本学期,我接手的这个班,整体而言较为不错,但是也有个别同学存在基础不好、对英语学习兴趣不大等问题。针对这一情况,我决定先从提高学生的兴趣入手,因为兴趣是的老师,如果学生对你不感兴趣,无论你怎样努力,也是没有多大效果的。因此,我经常和他们谈心,了解他们的心理动态,和他们交朋友,解决他们在学习上的困难,通过我一个月的努力,他们在学习英语上的态度发生很大转变,学习兴趣也逐渐浓厚,学习成绩直线上升。今后,我将继续坚持下去,直到。

二、坚持认真备课

在上课前,我做到了认真备课。不但备学生而且备教材备教法,根据教材内容及学生的实际,在培养兴趣的基础上训练学生认读单词的能力,要求学生会读,会写, 在保持兴趣的基础上学习新知识,加大听写单词的力度、设计课的类型、拟定采用的教学方法、认真写好教案。对每一课都做到“有备而来”,每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备,并制作各种利于吸引学生注意力的有趣教具,课后及时对该课做出总结,写好教学反思,并认真按搜集每课书的知识要点,归纳成集。

三、增强上课技能,提高教学质量

我在上课时,力求做到精讲多练,课后,我精心设计练习,对所学知识点进行巩固练习。使讲解清晰,准确,条理,做到线索清晰,层次分明,言简意赅,深入浅出。在课堂上特别注意调动学生的积极性,加强师生交流,充分体现学生的主体作用,让学生有更多动口动手动脑的机会。同时在每一堂课上都充分考虑每一个层次的学生学习需求和学习能力,让各个层次的学生都得到提高。现在学生对英语的反应较好。

四、经常与其他老师交流,学习,从而共同进步

本学期,我借助教研活动,不断取长补短。在教学上积极与其他老师商讨,学习他们的方法,同时,认真听其他老师的课,学习别人的优点,克服自己的不足,起到很好的效果。

五、做到了认真批改作业

在布置作业时,我做到了有针对性,有层次性,对不同层次的学生布置不同的作业。对学生的作业批改及时、认真,将他们在作业过程出现的问题做出分类总结,进行透彻的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。培养小组长帮助我检查其他学生的单词和短语的听写。

六、坚持用英语组织课堂教学

本学期,我坚持在课堂上尽量使用英语进行教学。这样,不仅能够练习学生的听力,也能培养语感,提高他们的兴趣,让他们也坚持用英语回答问题,从而训练他们的口语。经过一期的训练,效果很好,在今后的教学中,我将继续。

七、注重听、说、读、写全面发展

九年级是学生综合训练的时期,我在教学中,从听,说,读,写几个方面进行。让学生每周写一次英语作文,并认真批改,通过一期的努力,学生写作能力有了很大提高。英语是语言。

八、坚持课后辅导

本学期,面对这个班英语较差,学生兴趣不高的情况,我坚持了课后辅导。每天的业余时间,我会主动走近学生之中,并给他们解答疑难。通过这一学期的努力,学生的英语成绩的到了很大提高。

篇8：中学篮球课后小结

原来这个班的情况是女生多男生少，之前的舞步，同学们男步女步都要学，进度较慢。现在不同了，昨天去上课，有四位男士，6位女士，没算老师。

这样的情况，表面上貌似人多了，但是进度却快了。因为可以男女舞步分工了。课堂的气氛一下子上来了。大家都在很轻松愉悦的氛围下，度过了90分钟。

这节课开始学旋转了。旋转在之前我学习的过程中，就没学好。先不说旋转之后身体的稳定性，就连每一步转多少角度，都是不一定的。脚下功夫差得远，就更甭说手了。

inside turn & outside turn(不知道这么写对不对)，是最基本的两个旋转，是由女士独立完成的舞步，这两个基本旋转学不好，以后的旋转都会受影响。女同学们，一定从开始学旋转的时候就打好基础，可别像我，到现在都转不明白。

昨天课快结束的时候，感觉明显有点转不动了。不知道是体力不支，还是转得晕了，身体平衡始终无法控制，脚下步子也乱了，开始出现小碎步了，outside turn之后，身体后仰得厉害。

老师说了个小窍门：在旋转的时候，注意每一步的角度，180度 or 270度，这样不会太晕了。希望同学们在家也多多练习，会很有帮助。

我个人的心得是：旋转基础打不好，后面的花步一定做不好的。加油！

一直以来，我都认为教语文虽然辛苦，但苦中有乐。在课堂上，能借助文本和学生进行心与心的交流，聆听学生的心声，和学生一起收获成功的快乐，那是人生的一大乐事。可在教学《山雀》这一课后，学生的表现却令我很失望。课后，我心中暗暗地想：学生的表现虽然不尽如人意，但我是不是不能一味地责怪他们?是不是也该反思一下自己的教学行为?

《山雀》这篇精读课文写的是一个有趣的动物故事，作者用充满童趣的语言写“我”堵住树洞里的小山雀，而另一只山雀站在树枝上不时地尖叫。“我”想象它是为了救它的朋友而掩护和传送“信息”。这是两只多么友好、聪明、有趣的山雀呀!学生通过课文的学习，从中体会山雀的聪明、可爱，从而激发学生对动物的喜爱与爱护之情。

由于课文篇幅很长，且对话形式多样，所以课前，我布置学生回去认真预习，把课文读通、读熟。在教学课文四至十七自然段时，为了能让学生体会到山雀之间友爱互助的精神，我先让男、女生分角色朗读这一部分，想通过朗读自由山雀和被拘禁山雀的对话，来让学生从中体会山雀的友好、聪明。没想到朗读两遍之后竟然还有些同学不知道该读哪，对课文内容根本就不熟悉。可见，他们课前根本就没认真预习。无奈之下，我只好一句一句地讲解给他们听。读第三遍时才勉强读对。可想而知，学生在这种情况下怎能读出感情来?又怎能感悟到文本的内涵呢?就连原先设计的课本剧表演也因此没有时间完成了。
