一、注意高一年与初中的衔接过渡
经过一个学期的交流,可以通过摸底了解学生大致水平,及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用晚自习的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复习。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学,具体做法是:培养学生课前预习、课后复习的良好学习习惯;坚持用英语授课,要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求,从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力,教会学生一些阅读技巧,养成良好的阅读习惯;另外,课后要多与学生接触,尽

“让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。语言学家毛鲁(KE Morrow)曾
说过:“To learn it, do it only by practicing communicative activities can we learn to communicate.”意思是,要学,就得实践。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际:
1、建立“课前五分钟会话”,培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂老师说:“It’s nice to see you again./It’s fine today, isn’t?/How are you today?”星期一上课问:“Did you have a good time in the weekend?”学生会作出不同的回答,引出更多的对话,从而达到交际的目的。这些对话情景可以由浅入深,逐渐培养学生口语交际能力以至于提高学生兴趣。
2、多鼓励,少批评。特别是要针对那些基础较差的学生。为了使学生更爱开口,在练习中,要重视运用鼓励性语言,不断强化学生参加交际的信心。
三、培养学生的自学能力
只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法,并培养学生的自学能力,才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括:培养学生的预习能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外,自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读,于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书,让学生勤查字典。
四、激发学生学习英语的兴趣
在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣,增强教学效果,才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来,上课可以结合时事、热点,给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂,如举办英语角、讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触,了解学生的需要,适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻,然后再到学校进行交流。总之,我们在平时的教学中要根据学生的实际认真备课。最重要是提高学生的兴趣。

听了几位老师的课,让我有了学习的机会,受益非浅,感触很深。我觉得两位老师在课堂教学中都有这么几个亮点:
一、注重教给学生学习的方法
教学就应是源于教材但又要高于教材,尤其在当今社会显得更重要。教材只但是是一个范文或者例子,老师在教学时要把学习方法教给学生,让学生学会学习,并且到达终身学习。教师在教学中就要有意识地让学生逐步领会学习方法,让学生掌握学习知识的窍门。几位老师都能注重教给学生学习的方法,刘玲玲老师主要是教给学生抓住关键词来理解句子的方法,让学生透过读句子找出关键词,由理解关键词的含义进而来理解整个句子的意思。几位老师都能让学生抓重点句来理解课文,透过反复读,边读边做批注的方法来学习课文。
二、让学生质疑问难,解决问题。
“质疑问难”是学生学习活动中不可缺少的一环,学生有疑问,才有思考。两位老师都能让学生透过读句子提出有价值的问题,进行思考,进而解决提出的问题。
三、尊重学生的体验
《英语课程标准》指出“阅读是学生的个性化行为,不应以教师的分析来代替学生的阅读实践。”?“要珍惜学生独特的感受、体验和理解”“对学生独特的感受和体验应加以鼓励”。这种新理念,已成为阅读教学改革的重要话题,为越来越多的教师所认可。两位老师在这两节课中也能注重学生的阅读体验。给学生充足的时间阅读、思考、体会,创设宽松和谐的氛围让学生交流各自的体验,来领悟文章的资料与中心思想。
当然,几位老师还有一些地方做得不到位的,如在指导学生朗读等方面还有待大家共同讨论,研究,因为这也是我自我做不好,也不知该如何去做好的问题,请多多指导。
步入教师岗位的时间已年多,在过去的工作中,透过培训和教学获得了一些教学经验,但是对于要成为一位成熟的教师来说还是远远不够的。众所周知,学习才能获得更多的教学经验。而一种快速的获得教学经验的方法就是听课。每个学期学校都要展开听课活动,在这近半个学期的听课学习中,我受益匪浅。

实习第一天,新鲜感是有的,但没有想像中那样激动;只是突然就紧张忙碌起来了……
看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞,让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的,到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态,但绝非傲慢。
之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦,再看看这里,很知足了。校园很干净,这是盘锦市唯一的朝鲜族学校,有朝中。还有朝小。因为我家就住这座城市。所以上下班很轻松,一切安顿停当,我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会,给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍,都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级,有些出乎我们指导老师的意料,因为既有即欧小学也有初中,指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。因为我是英语专业所以分配到了初一二班。还给我们分了办公桌。
上午我代班级的班主任没来,下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口,我跟班主任简单介绍了下,她就说那也跟同学们见见吧,我有些矜持走了进去,同学们之前应有所耳闻,给了我很热烈的掌声,问我姓什么教什么,看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上,还是自然些好呢!这样更真实也更容易接近。今天不是正式上课今天是开学第一天。明天开始正式上课,今天就是先熟悉一下学校环境和老师和同学。然后去了,初中办公室,我们都一起聊了聊。有两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子,又是一阵窃喜,这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了,他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单,手抄了份,这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的英语老师了,给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。就这样今天就回家,准备明天上战场。

今天跟队友熟悉了一下校园环境和学校周围的环境,下午才和校方见面了,在见面会上见到带我们的班主任和科任老师。在会议中,校长和主任为我们介绍学校的基本情况,并提出学校对我们实习老师的要求和期望。校长对我们华师师范生有很高的评价也充分肯定历年来华师实习老师在庵埠中学的表现,这给我们很大的鼓舞,同时也在无形之中给予我们很大的压力。有压力才会有动力。为了更加自信地站上讲台,我一定要利用第一个星期好好听课,跟课任老师好好学习,然后认真准备教案,跟课任老师多多交流,为成为一名合格的教师而努力。
