How I Spent My Summer Vacation The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

这个五年级的暑假，最令人难忘的是参加内蒙古夏令营，这是我期待已久的活动。我和班上的几个同学一同上了飞机，在飞机上，一开始，我们营员只跟自己认识的朋友谈笑，但没过多久，与其他营员就熟悉起来了，大家在一起，有说有笑。

第二天，我们到科尔沁大草原学习摔跤，我们坐着大巴来到了沙场，看到那儿有几个身强力壮的男人，我想那些大概是摔跤手吧！只见他们手臂上的肌肉鼓起，仿佛一拳就能把我们打到千里之外！首先进行的是摔跤表演赛，只见一个满身肌肉的选手走了出来，看他来势汹汹的样子，是人都会被他吓得打退堂鼓！但跟他“战斗”的高个子却毫不畏惧。一开始，两个人互相推着对方的双臂，我本以为“肌肉男”会很快以力气的优势取得胜利，但他们纠缠了很久，不相上下。突然，出人意料的事情发生了，高个子选手仿佛内心被封锁着的一头猛兽，瞬间挣脱铁链爆发了似的，他竟然把肌肉男举在半空中，然后，把肌肉男重重地扔在地上。这惊人的一击，把在场的我们个个都看得目瞪口呆。

接下来，就是营员们练习摔跤的时间了。我们六个男生对阵刚才那个肌肉男！起初，我们一个个不敢冲上去，只在沙场边绕着肌肉男转，总不敢靠近。我意识到这样下去不行，我对身旁的梁育诚说：“嘿！不管他们！我们俩上！”我们两个自告奋勇地冲上前，拽住“肌肉男”的'手臂，让他手臂无法发力，谁知，他直接把我俩举了起来！一开始，尽管他很用力把我俩甩来甩去，但我们仿佛身上涂了520胶水似的，死死贴在他身上。渐渐地，我们体力不支，就快撑不住了，但旁边的伙伴却还在观望，总不敢冲上来。忽然，我重心不稳，膝盖着地了，哎！我被淘汰出局了，没办法，我已经尽力了！我被淘汰以后，别人才陆续地上去了，但一个个都被“肌肉男”摔掉了。

百密总有一疏，在那个“肌肉男”站不稳，千钧一发之际，我们队的高个子“洋葱”闪电般冲上前，把他往后一拉，他最终被我们“战败”了，大家高兴得不行。后面的几天的夏令营活动节目都很丰富，但我留下最深刻印象的还是这次学习摔跤的经历。

暑假，我们像一只被放出笼的小鸟，自由自在；暑假又像一条冰棍，我们还没来得及回味，它就融化了！

Most of the time in the afternoon, my parents and I sat and walked in the park. Have you seen“ seen“Notting Hill”before? the story in the movie happens in London. the Brit is h museum, Musee de Louver and the Metropolitan Museum of art are the three largest museums in the world. I've v is ited two of them. then we left London for Cambridge, Windsor Castle, York and Stonehenge. they were excellent . Every small town has a h is tory of one or two thousand years. there was an art festival called“Tutto”in Edinburgh, and there were many street players who their lives to the shows. then we went to northern Scotland. It was dangerous! then we went back to London, and sat in the park, and the fat geese were so cute. That journey was the nicest memory of my life. I won't forget it.

There are many sports stars in the world. Do you know which is my favourite sport star? My favourite star is Yi Jianlian.

Yi Jianlian is a good basketballer. He is born in Heshan, Guangdong. He is 2.12 meters tall and 113 kilos. He is taller than many people, and he is hangsome and kind. He works hard in the match and in the training. So his coach and team friends all like him.

Yi Jianlian began his career quite early. When he was fifteen years old, he came into CBA. In , he got the first gold medal——Asia Youth championship’s champion. After that, he helped Guangdong team win 3 gold medals from to CBA championships. And he von the CBA MVP from to 2006. In 2006 Asian Games, he got 16.6 points and 10.3 rebounds. He was the greatest basketball player in PRC, in 2006, I think.

My Day

May first is a Sunday. And it is the Labor’s Day. My mother said to me :“Open your eyes!And look out of the window. What a fine day! Let’s go to park,” So my mother, my classmate and I went to the park. We took some foods in my schoolbag. On the way to the park. I saw the blue sky with snow-white clouds. I saw pear trees and some apple trees and so on. Below the trees, there are several kinds of flowers. It’s colorful, blue, red, yellow, pink, purple, orange and white. I saw some balloons and butterflies in the sky. I ate popcorn, cornflakes, banana and lollipop. They were wonderful.

In the afternoon, we went to the zoo. I visited the birds, mice, cats, dogs, budgies, hamsters, rabbits and so on.

The moon buildings were very high and advanced. And the moon racks were very big. The moon KFC was bigger than KFC on earth. So I liked the moon. We always had own meals in the moon KFC. And I played with the ETs on the moon. I was interested in the moon. Because there are a lot of interesting things that I never experenced when I‘m on the earth. but I left there on January. 1st. When I left there, the ETs gave me a lot of presents. Then I went back home by a spaceship!

I‘m sure I‘ll visit the moon again next year!
