我是一个普通的六年级小学生，在这里我想跟您所以说说关于菜市场环境卫生的问题。
有一次我跟着妈妈去附近的菜市场去买菜，不料还没走进去几步，一股恶臭就扑鼻而来，我赶忙捂住鼻子，定睛一看，原来是一堆还沾有鸡毛的鸡粪堆积在路旁，过路的人，纷纷捂紧口鼻，加快步伐走过去。到了买鸡的摊位，我问买鸡的人：“这鸡粪怎么可以随地倒在路边，多臭啊。”
那个人说：“我们也没办法呀，菜市场里发来的垃圾桶没有盖子，如果把鸡粪倒在桶里，臭气还不把我的客人给熏跑了。再说，菜市场的公用垃圾坞那么远，送到哪儿可费劲了，还不如把鸡粪暂时倒在远离我摊位的地方，反正晚上会有人来清扫。”
这时，我发现，菜场的布局极不合理，比如，卖牲畜的摊位都远离垃圾坞，处理垃圾很不方便，而且许多摊铺的摊主都有把垃圾随地乱丢的不良习惯，环保的意识很差。我又去调查了其他许多菜场，发现大多菜市场都存在这个问题。
其实，菜市场的管理人员也下了不少功夫，如：贴上关于爱护环境的标语。建设公用的大型垃圾坞……但是这些都是治标不治本，在此，我根据实际情况提出了几点建议，希望能采纳，为温州的环保事业献出自己的一份力量：
一、给每位摊主配上一个带有密封盖子的垃圾桶，以防臭气外泄。
二、改变清扫垃圾的方式，由定时清扫，改为24小时不间断清扫，发现垃圾后立即清扫，使垃圾没有容身之地。
三、改变收费模式，对于那些垃圾处理工作做地比较好的摊主减免一定的环卫费，反之则提高收费标准，以此来调动摊主保护环境的积极性。
四、改变菜市场的布局，把容易产生垃圾的摊位集中在垃圾坞的旁边，让摊主处理垃圾更加方便。
五、成立“摊主自我卫生检查小组”，让摊主之间互相监督，提高大家“保护环境，人人有责”的认知。
