时间飞逝，转眼间，又一个学期的英语工作结束了。回顾这一学期的工作，有着很多的收获，也有很多的不足。首先我来说说五年级常规英语的教学工作。

五年二班是个比较特殊的班集体，43个学生中男生占了一多半，致使整个班级比较乱，加之有几个学生特别地淘气，在班级纪律方面真是让我煞费苦心。为了能够保证教学任务完成，学生能够在有限课堂学习时间里学到更多的知识，掌握更扎实，我苦心研究课堂教学，每周听两节课，学习其他老师的优势及教学方法，努力缩短与平行班之间的差距。

与刚接手这个班时相比，确实有了很大的进步，但也让我看到了自身的不足。尖子生少，60分以下的学生占了四五名，其中二、三十分的学生有两名，这样就拉下了很多平均分。我曾经分析过这些学生的问题所在，他们都是周寄生，家长没时间管孩子也无能力辅导，学生所有的学习都交给了老师。我也打电话跟家长沟通过，了解家庭环境后，我深知我身上承担了那么多家长的希望，不容我有一丝的懈怠。所以在第二学期，我将整个工作重心都转移至这些孩子身上。平时的课堂我每节课都会提问他们，为了就是能够让他们把注意力都能集中在学习上，课余时间，晚修我都会主动给他们进行辅导。

刚接触攀登英语时，困惑很多。不知道攀登英语的流程是什么，如何去上，如何才能上得生动有趣，受学生欢迎。加之班里学生的水平参差不齐，有比较好的，也有一句话都不会说的。加之二年级下学期的攀登英语难度加大，我怕有些孩子会产生厌学的心理，所以在开学之初，我与林兰晶老师一起探讨二年级下学期的攀登怎么教，怎么教才有创意。我们一起做计划，一起更改评价栏内容，一起去制做教学卡片，一起创编歌曲舞蹈。

篇15：小学五年级英语期末复习计划书

本班有学生33人，女生学习英语的兴趣浓厚，大多数都能自觉进行学习，成绩比较理想。男生有九人存在懒惰思想，造成英语学习较困难。因此，该班女生的英语成绩优于男生。从平时测验可以看出学生听力能力强，语音、语法较弱，但是也有一批学生综合能力较强：如王俏俏、张世鑫、胡世瑞等十名同学成绩稳定、基础知识掌握扎实，占全班30﹪;有部分学生基础知识掌握好，但运用能力欠缺，还存在着一些学生基础知识浮躁、基础能力弱，占全班的25﹪。从他们平时学习来看，除了武帅和范喜祥两人因为智力存在问题，其他人都没有明确的学习目标、思想不求上进，懒惰，对于老师布置的作业不能认真、仔细完成，不去背诵单词。

针对以上分析的学情，在接下来的复习过程中，我准备以听、说、读、写为主要的形式，以英语基础知识为主要内容，指导学生在听说读写的过程中系统地梳理所学知识，从单词到词组到句子到短文，全面把握所学内容，通过对本册教材中知识点的复习与整理，加深学生对所学词汇、句型和语音知识的理解和记忆，帮助学生对所学知识进行归纳和总结，为孩子们形成系统知识体系的认知奠定较为坚实的基础。

篇16：小学五年级英语期末复习计划书

第一阶段以教材为本，侧重于教材的复习与梳理，按单元全册快速地过一遍，通过教材的重现来归纳语言点，讲透语言点运用，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时注意基础单词、词组、句型的过关，让学生对所学的英语知识进行“查漏补缺”。

第二阶段进行横向复习，做到点面结合。根据各知识点的前后联系将散落于课本中的语言点进行整体归纳、小结，帮助学生构建紧密联系的“知识串”。例如，我们复习Are these/ those..的一般疑问句时就可以和单数形式的Is this/ that…对比起来学习，让学生通过问不同的物品体会单复数，再通过位置的不同区分它们的意思。

第三阶段的复习，有选择性的做一些练习题和模拟题，侧重对做题技巧的讲解和做一些学生易出错的题目，指导学生掌握一些做笔试和听力题的要领。比如做听力题时，教学生利用空当时间先把每题的选项做比较，在听的时候可以事半功倍的找到相应答案。单项选择可以用排除法来做等等，通过分析和操练让学生掌握每题的做题技巧。

上复习课只是老师讲学生听效果并不理想，所以我准备在复习中采用小组合作制，每一小组选取一名组长负责，通过听写的方法先过单词和基本句型复习的第一关，同时听背相应的对话内容，并形成竞争机制，好的`小组给予适当的奖励。通过这个方法，能充分发挥学生学习的主动性，体现了他们学习的主体地位，使他们对知识的印象更深刻。

当然，在复习的最后阶段，对于重难点、易混淆、易出错的语言点, 还应多加复习指导和练习，再拿出来跟学生细嚼，让他们重点消化吸收。
