二、发明和成果最多的年龄：一般来说，30到39岁是发明和科研成果最多的'黄金时期。这与研究领域和开始创造性工作需要一定的学识、经验积累及充沛的精力有关。也有许多发明家能把旺盛的创造力保持到终生。

三、最健康的年龄：男性是15到25岁，女性是15到30岁是身体最健康的时期，对各种疾病的免疫能力最强。肌肉发育良好、体重处于理想状态的人，生病的机会是非常小的。对女性来说，除怀孕期外，其健康状态的持续时间要比男人长些。所以，处于这一阶段就应当努力学习，拼命工作，大量积累经验，不放过每一个锻炼自己的机会。即使辛苦一点也要坚持，因为疲劳经过较短时间的休息就能消除。要积极利用这段宝贵的时间，为以后事业的发展和成功奠定有利的基础。

五、性格最易转变的年龄：心理学家认为，人的性格的基本特征在5岁以前即已确定。以后随着年龄的增长性格会有所发展、修正和扩张，但最易发生转变的时期是在40来岁。这个时期，由于复杂的经历和沉重的生活压力等迫使许多人感到需要重新估价自己的生活，从而对从前的理想产生动摇。这种修正和转变并不是坏事，重要的是不能忘记积极进取，不要消沉。
