《三国演义》中说道，陈宫因为曹操屠杀吕氏一家愤而离去。《品三国》中讲到，陈宫之所以离开曹操是因为曹操杀掉了名士边让，边让和曹操的意见不合，曹操一气之下就杀掉了边让，引起了名士的公愤，这里曹操的气度狭小体现无疑，曹操有他自己狭小的一面。

原著三国中有很强的人才观，对于人才的争夺和运用无论是刘备、曹操、还是孙权都是非常重视的，在每一个阶段都有很好的体现。刘备三顾茅庐请诸葛、曹操善待关羽、孙权唯周瑜是听，其中还有很多包括刘备对徐庶，曹操对徐庶，诸葛亮对姜维，曹丕对司马懿等等无以复加。应该说纵观三国整篇无不体现了对人才的尊重和唯才是用的观念，应该说国与国之间的较量就体现在人才的竞争，所以在现代社会人是生产力的第一要素，德和才是衡量人才使用的首要条件。在工作中我们要充分考虑因才施用，充分发挥各自的优点和能力。
