第一,不管你的真实离职原因是啥,都不要说前公司前上司的坏话
在所有离职原因中,面试官最讨厌听到求职者说前公司前上司的坏话,比如老板管理有问题,领导太偏心,领导管理能力不行,领导太苛刻或者领导很变态等等,因为你今天说前公司前领导,明天就会说现在的公司,有哪个面试官愿意招一个麻烦进来?
第二,只谈客观原因,不谈主观原因
那么哪些离职原因属于客观原因呢?比如:
1、 公司倒闭或者搬迁到外地
2、 在外地工作,想回来照顾家庭
3、 每天通勤时间超过4小时
4、 家里有人得了重病
5、 原来做技术,现在想从事销售
6、原来小孩没有人照顾,所以只好离职照看孩子,现在家里老人过来帮忙了,所以就想回归职场了。
......
至于主观原因,比如:人际关系复杂、公司管理混乱、公司环境不好、工作压力太大、工资太低、与领导有冲突等等,这些原因也许是真实的,但是在面试中都不要提。
第三,合理的理由
我们知道,客观原因不是每个人都适合用,比如你一直在广州,又是找广州的机会,你总不能说我要回广州吧?另外如果家里没有人生病,总不能无中生有吧?
1、如果是猎头推荐,那你就说本来没有考虑换工作,因为猎头说公司平台和职位发展空间比较大,所以才考虑接触看看。
2、现在的工作,比较轻松,挑战性不够,想趁年轻找一份比较有挑战性的工作。
3、原来的公司挺好的,但是比较稳定,个人发挥的空间越来越少,不想再留下去混日子,希望找个更大的平台,做更有挑战的工作,收获更大的成长。
4、自己的职业发展路线与公司的发展规划不太相符。比如一直做某一类产品研发的,可是公司重点放在其他的产品研发上,与自己的职业发展有很大的分歧。

第四,不要提有创业经历
有的求职者离职后创业过一段时间,干不下去了想回归职场,他觉得自己创业这段经历是自己的优势,所以在简历中特别突出自己创业的背景,他觉得这样能够吸引用人单位的眼球,因为他觉得有创业经验的人,会更懂客户的需求,会更明白人情世故,可是这往往只是自己的一厢情愿。
