医学生规培期间的政策福利保障

1.医学生参加“规培”期间，原人事(劳动)、工资关系不变，委派单位、培训基地和培训对象三方签订委托培训协议，培训基地向其发放适当生活补助。面向社会招收的培训对象与培训基地签订培训协议，其培训期间的生活补助由培训基地负责发放，标准参照培训基地同等条件专科医师工资水平确定。具有医学博士专业学位研究生身份的培训对象执行国家研究生教育有关规定，培训基地可根据培训考核情况向其发放适当生活补贴。

2.在符合规定条件的前提下，专科医师规范化培训合格者可在申请个体行医时予以优先。在全面启动专科医师规范化培训试点的省(区、市)，可将取得《专科医师规范化培训合格证书》作为临床医学专业高级技术岗位聘用的优先条件之一。简单来说，即参加“规培”的医学生医|学教育网整理，在就业和创业上有一定的“优先权”。

3.为了推进与医学博士专业学位研究生教育有机衔接，研究生在读期间的临床培训须严格按照专科医师规范化培训标准实施，并符合相关工作要求;完成专科医师规范化培训并通过结业考核者，在符合国家学位授予要求前提下，可申请授予相应的医学博士专业学位。
