on christmas eve xx, a group of 9 postgraduates under the supervision of 4 formal staffs in china financial service group ltd. (cfsg) traveled to dafushan park for 2 main purposes: enjoying the beautiful nature scenery, and learning teamwork skills.

the 9 postgraduates were actually on the 4th day of their orientation programme in cfsg, they are about to graduate with master degree from top un iversities around different places, passed 3 levels of interviews, finally they were considered as candidates with the opportunity of 2 months’ orientation programme. candidates were taken care by the 4 staffs in the cfsg, who are the trainers from the human resource department. after an hours’ driving, the team arrived dafushan park in the south of guangzhou. i was one of the candidates.

then we hired bicycles and ride either in pairs or individually in the park. although it was in winter, the weather was perfectly fine, sunny and warm. the sky was rrrwm blue, the sunshine was nice, and wind was gentle. after 20 minutes’ riding, we arrived a place by a lake; there were flowers nearby; colours like red, green and yellow unfolded a beautiful nature.

despite enjoying such fascinating views, we started the 1st part of the teamwork learning: efficient communication. the group were divided into 5 pairs, 2 members in each pair, one in each pair was required to cover his/her eyes with an eye patch, and the other had the task of guiding his/her partner with voice and body communication. then lisa who is one of the trainers walked randomly, each pair was required to follow lisa’s step in round one. however, in round two each pair member changed their position, www.rrrwm following all the same rules but without the aid of body touch. all pairs performed well in round one; while in round two, some fell down and some finished the task quite satisfactorily. we discussed our own understanding through the experiment, and we concluded the importance of efficient communication in terms of achieving overall team objective. when playing as a leader, correct and immediate information should be provided in accordance of specific conditions. when being leaded, mutual trust as well as accepting the information what the leader provided should be put ahead of everything. based on such concept, the one who is being leaded can, from some extent make more formal decision. however, compared to round one with the assistance of body communication; in round two, when there is no guider beside, cooperation became quite tough, leaders are suggested to think about the position of the one being leaded.

we had a special bbq in the park. females were responsible for preparing the food, and males set up the fire. we ate food and drank beverage, smiling, and joking so happily. after the bbq, we ride to another side in the park, where is even more comfortable than the place in the morning. and we were prepared to learn the other part of teamwork: what teamwork is.

on the way riding the car park, we came across with the view of the trees with their mirror in the river. we took snapshots with new friends met in these days in such wonderful sight. i regard it as another growth in my life after 6 year’s academic learning in the universities. also i become familiar with the meaning of teamwork, and how to be a team member. i believe i am prepared in the next step. thanks to cfgs, and the trainers in the human resource department.

I.

Purpose:

Content:

During this month, with my father, I have got the chance to work as an intern in Tianjin Haiping Industry and Trade Company, which really excited me for a long time.

The company is a start-up by my father’s friend, and it belongs to a micro-firm, so it only employed ten people or less.

After an brief self-introduction with the staff of the company, my internship started.

It was my first time that I worked in a real company.

I felt a little nervous because I had no idea of what kind of job I would take.

As an English major student, I’m sure my knowledge of English is adequate for the job.

And I have basic knowledge of foreign trade .

So I think I just need to apply it into practice.

During this time I worked as an assistant in the office, helped to deal with the language work, such as communicating with foreigners in English and translating the files between the companies.

And I also did some daily and easy work because of my lack of work experience.

Then my first major task was handling phone lines, including incoming and outgoing phone calls in the front desk.

Initially, I thought this task would be easy, after all it was just answering phone calls, but I quickly learned how much work had to be put into these phone calls.

I realized that I had to better equip myself with the knowledge about the communication, be prepared for answering questionings, and memorize all the department extension as we were not allowed to reference any directory when transferring calls.

Fortunately, after one week, I was able to grasp all the necessary requirements and I progressed a lot.

In addition, during my first task as front desk personnel, I was exposed to other tasks, such as do some faxing and photocopying in company, preparing the material for the workmates, fetching newspaper or other documents for them.

I had been doing that work almost a week.

At the very beginning, I was so disappointed about what I was busy with.

I was even so tired of them and gave it up.

But when I saw the hard-working mates and some courage from my friends and leader, I moved on.

The following weeks, I switched gears and moved to the main office where I would spend the next two weeks in front of a computer, conducting research into different corporations in China that produce the similar products with our company.

The process was not only time consuming, but complex and knotty as it involved a great amount of reading and recording.

I managed to produce information, and communicate with customers and send e-mails.

E-mail is the most common form of communication with customers.

Therefore, we can use the knowledge about English correspondence for foreign trade we have learned in school.

Many buyers or full-time purchasers simply judge your professionalism by your E-mail.

Many customers also liked contacting with me on MSN or Skype, and they would ask for voice communication.

At first I was nervous ,and I was always thinking about how to speak English in the right words and correct grammar.

However, I found that they were not exactly strict to my English.

As long as my oral English is enough to communicate and I know professional product knowledge, they can understand what I say.

They are all outgoing but serious when talking about business.

Though hard and a little boring, I can be a part of the social society and enjoyed the pressure and competition from the outside world, quite different from the school yard.

And also, many disadvantages and weakness have shocked me so much during the intern time.

When I was blamed or criticized for my fault at first, I would try to argue with them and avoid my duty in the case.

However, now, after such a long time training, I will be silent to accept what they teach me or scold me, and then self-question myself to make some changes.

What I learned at school is so limited that I can hardly put into practice when faced with different complicated situations in society.

So there is no doubt that I’ll read more and experience much to balance the book-knowledge and social life.

III.

Gains:

“Study for the sake of use.” as a Chinese saying goes, I should say that there does exist a big gap between theories and practice.

During this internship period, I have learned a lot of things that I can't get from our books:

First, it offers me an opportunity to get in touch with the things that I haven't encountered before.

Many products of our company are stranger to us.

Furthermore, I have broadened my horizons.

Secondly, the internship rightly provides me with a good chance to train my ability of communication and improve the spirit of teamwork.

There are about ten employees in all.

I didn't get acquainted with any of the other four, but in the first week, we got familiar with each other and shared information with each other.

Also, when I encounter a difficult case, I'll also turn to the senior members of this department for help and they are always ready to help.

Problems and Solutions :

The first one is related with the foreign trade terms.

Such as quotation, ordering, terms of payments, out-factory preparation and payment.

They are the most complicated and difficult issues.

Because my major is not business English, I did not know the jargon and the professional name of our products at the beginning.

I would read some books about International Trade to learn them by myself.

And sometimes, I would ask others to explain them for me.

The best solutions will be taken down into my note book.

I know it does need some time to experience in handling such cases.

The second, my working attitude is not good enough.

At first, I did not realize the seriousness of working.

But I tried to correct my thoughts and focused myself on my work.

But the members there did offer great help and teach me a lot of things.

The third, being shy is always my weakness.

In fact, when I am with my friend, I am talkative.

But during my work there, at first, I get nervous with the strangers.

The last but not least, my oral English is not good enough and I must practice it again and again to improve it.

When I was talking with the foreigners I found that sometimes it was very hard to understand what they are talking about, not because of sick listening comprehension, but their accents, which really bothered me a lot.

What we learned in the class is Standard English, so it is easy for us to understand each other.

There are some customers’ pronunciation I cannot understand.

One time, a client called me on Skype, so I found that he spoke very fast and I just can catch “Hello!” Then I could not understand any word and I immediately told him I do not understand what he said, and then he typed while I speak.

So I'll work hard to get a good command of oral English and listen to the pronunciation from different countries frequently.

Thus I'll have a more fluent communication with my clients.

I try my best to make friends and chat with them from different countries.

值得学习的地方是:首先,老师讲课富有活力,充满激情。并且能够全身心的投入到整个教学活动中,那么在朗读课文时,老师那感情富有感染力的朗读,不仅起到了范读课文的作用,又调动了学生学习的积极性,比如在体会蟋蟀修建过程的时候,师生合作读,巧妙地使学生抓住了蟋蟀的工具及如何修建的内容。

其次,把课堂真正还给学生。

以往我们的教学总是以老师为中心,课上老师在滔滔不绝的讲课,学生就像呆头鹅一样坐着听,没有自己的思维,学生总是被牵着走,完全没有主动权。从而使学生思维的时间就大大减少了,这不仅影响了学生思维的进一步的开拓,也影响了学生动脑筋思考问题的积极性。而高老师的课注重以学生为主体,给与学生思维的空间,这不仅调动了学生的学习积极性,也活跃了课堂气氛。比如学生扮演小蟋蟀介绍自己的住宅,就是个亮点,而且也锻炼了学生们自主学习,探究的能力。

再次,对学生要有针对性的评价。

以往的课堂老师们的评价很少,而且语言单一,往往吸引不住学生,特别是学习比较困难的学生得到老师的评价就更少了。时间长了,学生的学习积极性就会消弱,从而不利于教学的实施。如果在教学中多给予学生评价,从而会使整个教学起到一想不到的效果。高莉老师在讲课时,就比较注重对学生的评价,往往会对学生说:“你回答的真棒”、“你真聪明”、“下次再努力”等一些激励的话语。这些教学语言的使用都有助于教学的实施,不仅使课堂气氛活跃了也调动了他们学习的积极性,而且老师上课也会很轻松。

最后:高老师在上课时,注重基础知识的渗透,在学习课文时,主要抓课文重点词、重点句子来学习。并且让学生充分的去读、带有感情的朗读。而且教给学生朗读的方法,以及评析字词的方法。之后留给学生思考的时间,以便学生能够准确的理解和体会这些字、词、句在课文当中的作用,并且也有助于培养学生的写作能力和口语交际能力。

需要改进的地方:对课文中语句的感悟、理解、朗读还要深入一些,在引导学生想象力方面,可以用很多方法进一步引导,比如:小蟋蟀弹琴,会谈什么曲子?下骤雨的时候,小蟋蟀会怎么想等等。

1、落实课程目标。目标的三个维度是相互渗透、融为一体的,我们要做好三维目标的整合,而不是把三个维度简单的叠加,要以“知识与能力”为主线,渗透情感、态度价值观,并充分地体现在过程和方法中。不能把语文教学目标分割成“知识与能力,过程与方法,情感态度与价值观”进行贴标签式的表述,人为地将三维目标进行分割。

2、细化课时目标。

《回声》通过一个简单的童话故事,用拟人的手法向读者介绍了回声的形成,读起来生动有趣,激发学生注意发现自然现象,提出问题,自己发现寻找解决途径,热爱大自然的思想感情。上课之前,我在网上查找了一些教学设计,发现大多数的教案除了基本的识字外,更多的时间放在了告诉学生回声是怎么形成的这个问题上。而我认为,毕竟面对的是二年级的学生,而且也是一堂语文课,识字、读文是重点,通过学生对文本的朗读感悟,教师只需在关键的地方加以引导,回声的形成问题很容易就解决,即使不能够让学生彻底的明白回声的知识也不要紧,利用这一点可以让学生在课后通过各种途径和方法去找到自己的答案。

基于上述思想,我在教学第二课时时,在学生朗读方面下的工夫比较多,主要引导学生抓住重点字词进行理解,在理解的基础上体会小青蛙心情的变化,如“奇怪极了、一蹦老高、欢快”等。在读文过程中,我采用多种读书的方式,如齐读,范读,学生分角色读,师生角色分读等,让学生在多次读文的基础上对课文的内容有比较深的印象,以备更好的理解课文意思。在解决回声是怎么回事的问题上,我没有做更多的解释,只是利用视频演示水波和声波的形成,学生观看后各抒己见,能够很好地理解回声的形成。

上完这节课,我还有很多遗憾,例如,课件出现了问题,我应该提前在新地方多试几次的;写字教学没有完成,以后应多注意课堂节奏把握;过于紧张,一些语言不到位;另外,学生课堂注意力过于分散,如何调动学生积极性,使学生注意力集中,提高课堂教学效率,这是我以后教学中努力的重点方向。

主要是对教学中存在的问题做好记录外,结合学生实际情况,以及教育教学理论适当地、简单地进行分析,从而发现问题,解决问题。不求数量,但求质量,有感则长,无感则短,切中要点,避免形式,能表述清楚存在的问题就行,不必要求多少字数,少则几十个字,多则一两百个字。

体育课设计中的重点难点?重点是教材或教学内容本身固有的,是在教学中必须理解或掌握的最主要知识点、运动技术环节或运动能力,对这一内容的正确理解或掌握将直接影响整个教学的顺利进行,或是否有效。而难点,是教学中对于学习者而言难以掌握、理解的主要知识点、运动技术环节或运动能力。

另外说明两点:第一,重点是教学内容本身包含的,难点是教学中生成的,重点和难点有时是相关联的;第二,对重点的正确理解和把握反映的是一个教师对教学内容理解的专业素养,是教师的专业知识基本功;对难点的正确理解或把握反映的是一个教师教学能力的基本功,是一个教师对教学过程预测和对学生学习情况预测的能力。

So I lost, that seems God always take good care of me, one of my supervisor in TTLV recommended a good job to me after I lost a few days, that was my third job in that vacation.

I was an interpreter and I was in charge of communication with foreign friends there.

I worked there for 30 days, I got 1500RMB which was my first time to earn so much money by myself in my lifetime.

In the following winter vacation I went back to TTLV.

I was in the same position there, but different students and different teachers, so I made new friends, I got along with my foreign teachers and I improved my English a lot, especially, Brad who is an American, so well we got along with each other that he went back to my hometown with me to celebrate Spring Festival with my family, he spent 3 days with my family of course I was the only interpreter between my family and Brad.

In this summer vacation, Customized English Services which is a new comprehensive English service in Shijiazhuang was founded by Brad.

I was lucky to be selected by him.

Now I am working with him to assist him to do office work and establish business relationship with new clients.

为了解决学生放学早、家长下班晚、时间不衔接、出现教育时段空白的问题,进一步提升群众对教育工作的满意度,贯彻落实《蚌埠市中小学生课后服务工作实施方案》文件精神。本学期,某某学校继续开展了课后服务,现将开展情况总结如下:

一、服务对象及时间

在筹备开展课后服务初期,学校和家委会积极联系,召开了校级家委会,班级家长会,积极动员宣传,向家长说明开展课后服务的目的、原则、时间、内容、收费及学生安全管理,得到了全体家长的认可。目前学校课后服务包含了全校学生。另外,学校开展延时课的时间根据时令不同适时调整,但都不晚于18:00。

二、服务志愿者及内容

学校自从筹备开展课后服务以来,得到了教师的广泛支持,积极踊跃报名,作为一名志愿者加入到课后服务队伍中去。学校一二年级主要以团队活动、手工操作、作业辅导、课外阅读为主。三年级以上主要以作业辅导、课外阅读、兴趣小组、团体活动等实践综合类活动,各年级都不存在老师上新课的现象。

三、收费标准

我校严格按照上级文件精神,每天课后服务都不超过两节课,并且按照每课时2元的标准进行收费。另外,对于收费情况也进行了公示。

四、存在问题及解决措施

目前学校课后服务开展还算顺利,不过也存在一些问题。如课后服务结束后,还是有一少部分学生家长不能及时接孩子,为此学校除了加强打门口领导值班和家长护学岗,还积极与经常接迟的家长沟通,同时,学校也安排了在离大门最近的教室,对于没有家长接的学生集中管理,确保学生的安全。

另外,学校也在进一步的加强和规范课后服务的开展,真正的开展,丰富学生的校园生活,解决大部分家长“三点半”“四点半”无人接孩子的难题。
