2、关于称呼：

这里写：先生/女士您好，

“尊敬的XX公司招聘负责人”等写法，则过于谦卑，HR看到此类称呼的第一感受就是“邮件对面是个涉世未深的小朋友”，给人不成熟的感受。

3、关于信息来源：

所有的HR都关心求职者是从哪里看到他/她发的招聘信息。邮件第一句即表明信息来源，并以此作为开篇之句，引入下面的话题，非常合适。

4、求职原因：

注意归结为两点：一是胜任;二是兴趣。

HR要找的，就是即能胜任工作，又喜欢这份工作的人。

5、描述自己的能力：

一般招聘信息里都列明了职位要求，这里只需一一对应的去写就好。把自己对应的情况写上。

用词注意简洁，清晰，顺序不要变。

最后可以加一句补充，列举HR要求之外的一项自己的能力，目的是为了说明自己胜任职位。例如：“我家住的离公司很近”等等一切可以加分的理由，可以补充一下。
