Dear _,

My love of literature stems from the freedom it gives my imagination. Between the author’s words and myself there are no external influences except for my own reasoning, previous experiences and preconceptions, allowing me to constantly evolve my own images and views. Although I enjoy film, it is these processes and the liberty involved in reading that draws me to study literature; a director’s understanding can only ever be one possible interpretation of a text. For me, literature is the most intimate way of exploring the intricate experiences of other human beings, thereby gaining an insight into their lives and times. Through an extensive study of a wide range of literature I hope to gain a deeper appreciation of language and a finer analytical approach to texts. I think literature is able to capture the essence of a particular time; whether it is a portrayal of Jane Austen’s England, the witty world of PG Wodehouse’s London, or Tony Harrison’s bleak depiction of Northern England.

At school, my imagination was fired by the captivating stories of early civilisations, fables and fairy tales. Recently we looked closely at the medieval romance Parsifal, and an introduction to Goethe and Dante opened the door to European literature for me, making me look at the influence of these stories on the modern novel.

Having been fortunate enough to learn French and German from the age of 6, I decided to further my knowledge of French, and in I spent 3 months in Paris. Knowledge of another language and country has given me an insight into the French culture; I am grateful to have had the experience living with a French family, and creating a very personal connection with the country. I also spent two weeks there over the summer, once again with a family, having lessons, and finally performing a fairy tale in French.

I look forward to deepening my knowledge of the French language in order to gain greater access to French literature. I also anticipate the healthy combination of literary analysis alongside the work on French.

Having played the harp since the age of 9, I was fortunate enough to gain a place in the junior department of Trinity College of Music in , receiving both instrumental and vocal tuition. I am currently working hard on grade 7 harp and grade 6 singing. Although initially a terrifyingly large commitment, I am grateful for the chance I have had to work in such an environment. Apart from developing my musical skills, it is also an opportunity to meet people and work as part of a team. I have enjoyed performing for my school, my local community, and playing music for festivals throughout the year. I have also participated in orchestra camps during holidays – a muddy but enjoyable experience! My love of singing led me to the Hertfordshire County Youth Choir, where I have learned to look at singing not only as an enjoyment but also as a discipline; combining a passion with structure and focus. I think that learning a musical instrument has helped me greatly in bringing discipline and structure to all my studies.

I have been an active participant in several school productions, playing Hamlet, Eliza in My Fair Lady, Hester in A Woman of No Importance. I enjoy communicating my own interpretation of characters to an audience, and appreciate the different perspective it has given me in addition to textual analysis.

I look forward to the challenges the degree will give me and the responsibility and independence of university life. I also anticipate the opportunity I may have to study abroad with great excitement! By continuing my study of literature and language I hope to be able to discover more about the way in which people communicate and further my knowledge of the historical elements of literature and language, enhancing my ability to better understand the views and feelings of others – and ultimately myself.

Yours sincerely,

Due to the comprehensiveness of China’s “reform and open” policies, economics plays an increasingly important role in the development of its global position. Though more and more companies built, management of companies cannot catch up with the development of the companies. Management is a burgeoning field in China, so I hope I can acquire more modern knowledge on management in England.

The roots of my strong interest in business can be traced back to my childhood. My father was among the first of China’s new breed of modern entrepreneurs. As a young girl, it was inspirational hearing about his business ventures, and meeting the varied and interesting circle of entrepreneurs. My mother was also involved in business as an accountant, helping him with simple calculations. And so it was early in my life that I hoped I, also, would someday be able to enter the realm of business.

With the time of growing up, I preferred reading books to satisfy my curiosity. I never ceased to contemplate over the questions I encountered. Subjects on business and management became a special fascination to me and my knowledge of psychology as well as interest in this field was increasing rapidly.

As a high school student in China, I had to concentrate on the College Entrance Examination (CEE), even so, books not related to the exams were never excluded from my life. Unfortunately when sitting in the exam in June, 20**, I was so nervous that I didn’t score well in the CEE exam. I eolled in the department of Computer Science in Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Any attempt to persuade myself to focus on my major turned out to be a failure at the beginning of my college life. After several terms, I realized that I would never be interested in being a programmer or an engineer. At that moment, I lost my direction and objectives. My persistence in reading saved me from the dark situation. As a matter of fact, I enjoyed reading the books included Encyclopedia American, and some books about management by Peter F.Drucker. I began to notice something interesting: Why some companies can produce more than others? Why some company can sell more than others? Why some companies can build up but others cannot when facing the same difficulties?

With the questions in my mind, I started to read many relevant books. I was lucky to read the book “Jack: Straight from the Gut”by Jack Welch, in Which John A. Byrne makes a clear illustration that the management is important for a company. When I was a junior, I ran a bookshop by myself near my school. I should manage not only the finance in the shop but also the employees in my shop even made some strategies to enlarge the business in my shop to hold on the run the shop. From this, my interpersonal skills and the capacity in business has been greatly developed, definitely I was increasingly interested in what I was doing. By December, 20**, I had finally determined to take business management as my career instead of IT. To accumulate more relevant knowledge, I strived to gain more practical work experience in some big companies.

Fortunately, as a senior, I began conducting an internship in the Architecture Company in Zhejiang Province. Over six months, I worked as an assistant of the manager to harmonize the relationship between the different departments in this company and to draft some management system, which broadened my perspective of management conditions and business performance in different industries. The experience showed me that management is much more important than that of I thought in big companies. After graduation, I continued my work in this company. In May, 20**, the company offered me an opportunity to participate in an training program held by a famous management school. Through in-depth discussions with teachers and students in the classes, they all encouraged me to pursue my future career in management field because of my intellectual ability and the brand new ideas I mentioned.

During the short period of training, I realized that pursuing a higher degree in management is a wise choice for me now. Lancaster, with its excellence in management, represents the perfect fit for my needs. In your challenging environment, I can build the required foundation of knowledge related to management to achieve my goals. I am firmly convinced that your admission will be my first step of success. With this in mind, I hereby submit my application, and await your favorable reply.

Dear sir / madam:

I am a student, graduated from BaoYang middle school, Nanning, GuangXi autonomous region, in . I am still studying in high school now, because I was not enrolled by the ideal university last year. Recently, I have a dream to study abroad. Then I search online and find that it is more convenient and suitable for me to go to New Zealand for study.

First, New Zealand is a multicultural country, which has the most advanced education in the world. Second, the tuition is lower than other countries’, which I think is mo

re reasonable for me. Finally, the climate of New Zealand is similar with the climate of the South of China. Considering above reasons, I told my parents my plan on going to New Zealand for study, and my parent agreed with me.

As a girl, I like preschool education since I was young. Nowadays, Chinese parents, who want their children to get better education, pay more attention to preschool education. If I study specialized curriculums on preschool education, I will go back China and work hard on preschool education after leaving college.

My plan is as follows: first, I plan to study English in language institute for about a half year in New Zealand. Then, I will study specialized curriculums on preschool education.

I believe I have the ability of study abroad, because I have finished all high school curriculums. Besides, my parents both have job and have rich income, so they will support me to finish my study. After finishing my study, I will return to my homeland and work on preschool education, so as to realize my life value.

Dear _,

The presentation of environmental problems in the media was what initially sparked my interest in environmental studies. In school, I have always enjoyed geography and natural sciences, which led me to take the Geography Concours General, a particularly challenging exercise. I pursued my interest in taking this study further by selecting books from the recommended reading lists for courses on the environment, published on university websites. I particularly enjoyed Flannery's comprehensive account on global warming in 'The Weather Makers' as well as 'Heat, how we can stop the planet burning' by Monbiot for its daring propositions on how to cut carbon emissions. 'The Politics of the Environment: Ideas, Activism, Policy' by Neil Carter proved to be an excellent complement.

For an extended project, a requirement of the OIB, I worked in a group exploring carbon capture and storage as a solution for reducing carbon emissions. Researching such a controversial matter taught me to be patient and careful when selecting my sources. It also led me to contact Dr Ferey of the Lavoisier Institute in Versailles, a leading specialist in the field of microporous solids whose work I had first learned of in 'Science et Vie', one of the periodicals I receive regularly. Interviewing him was a particularly stimulating experience. More than this, our conversation made it clear that his team's discoveries can only find concrete uses through the type of approach I wish to study, combining sciences with knowledge of economic, social and political factors.

To understand what working on environmental problems is really like, I devoted three weeks of my summer holiday to a work experience placement at the French Ministry of Ecology, Energy, Sustainable Development and the Sea. I was asked to write a synthesis and analysis of an European Commission report, concerning the implementation of water monitoring programmes throughout the European Union. This job helped me to develop my ability to extract the essential information out of extensive administrative documents and law texts and to manage my time carefully. I also learnt about the complex management of natural resources and became very interested in methods used in the evaluation of the ecological status of different water bodies. My work ended with an oral presentation, a task which led me to apply the presentation skills taught at school in front of a professional audience. I enjoyed this exercise for its challenging aspect and the positive feedback I received, which gave me enormous satisfaction. Daily discussions with my mentor, on subjects as various as the importance of a river's hydromorphology to aquatic life, the intricate workings of administration and our shared passion for cinema provided me with a more human and social experience of the workplace.

In addition to my academic interests, I also have a part-time job teaching English to younger students. I find this to be a challenging but rewarding task, which has helped me develop my ability to explain things in a clear fashion. I am also a member of my school's football team and play tennis on weekends.

I think that living in Shanghai and travelling throughout Asia with my parents has made me a more open-minded individual. Having been taught in a bilingual and bicultural school, I have learned to approach problems from different perspectives and thus reach a more objective overview. Hence, I am convinced that pursuing my studies in the UK, with its diverse population and internationally recognised universities, is the next logical step in my intercultural education and an excellent investment for my future professional career in the environmental sector.

Dear _,

The subjects of maths and physics have always fascinated me and I knew very early on that I wanted to pursue a career that involves science. As I progressed through school I found that I was much more interested in the application of the theory rather than the theory itself, and this is why I would like to study electronic engineering. I enjoy physics particularity as it can be observed in every aspect of life. From apples falling from trees to lightning, physics explains how the world works, and engineers throughout history have used their knowledge of physics to overcome problems that they face. The Romans built aqueducts to supply their cities with water; William Thomson helped lay the transatlantic telegraph cables that made communication between Europe and the Americas viable.

I also studied Advanced Higher Music last year at school. I am very interested in the use of electronics in music, and I wrote a project on the physics of the electric guitar. This interest prompted me to spend a week of work experience at Wolfson Microelectronics, a local company that engineer integrated circuits for many high profile audio equipment firms. During my stay I was assigned the task of designing and assembling a circuit to investigate the voltage offset and noise created by an operational amplifier. I was also introduced to a silicon microphone, a development which is sure to be significant in the future of electronics, and introduced to all the main stages in the development of a microchip, from design to failure analysis. My forthcoming Advanced Higher Physics investigation will be concerned with the properties of op-amps, the variables that affect these properties, and their applications.

In June, I attended a week-long Headstart course held at the University of Cambridge. We were given a task to assemble and programme a robot to navigate a course, using both dead-reckoning and sensors; I was part of the winning team. The course was thoroughly enjoyable and confirmed that engineering was the subject for me. I have applied to spend my gap year working in the engineering industry, through the Year in Industry scheme. I hope that I will gain invaluable experience of the industry in which I would like to build my career in, and this will no doubt help me understand better how what I learn at university relates to real-world applications.

I play the violin, guitar and bagpipes all to a high standard. I am a first violin in the main school orchestra and the chamber orchestra, lead guitar in the school “Rhythm and Blues” band and a senior member of the pipe band. I hold the rank of Corporal in my school cadet force, and I am a young leader at my Scout troop. Balancing these numerous extra-curricular activities with my academic work has forced me to develop my time management skills. My involvement in both cadets and Scouts has also greatly added to my team working and leadership skills. I was the leader of the team that won the Edinburgh Area Scout camping competition in , and we finished in the top 5 in the country. Currently, I am working towards both my Duke of Edinburgh Gold award and my Queen's Scout award.

I also have a keen interest in computers, assembling my first at the age of twelve, and I am currently teaching myself Mandarin Chinese, something that I would like to continue studying throughout university and a skill that I believe will be very useful in the future, especially in the electronics industry. I keep up to date with the latest scientific news in by reading both Physics Review and New Scientist.

I believe that studying electronic engineering is the best way for me to apply my accumulated knowledge of maths and physics and I look forward to a career that will constantly present me with new challenges.

Yours sincerely,

Dear _,

I am hoping to read for a communications, media and culture degree. I find it remarkable, inspiring and a little bit frightening how the media exercise control over our lives, whilst offering rich cultural rewards. I am fascinated by the action and effects of human communications of all kinds and am keen to extend the insight I have gained so far.

My interest in the subject began through my GCSE Media Studies and my knowledge of the subject area has expanded at A-level where I am acquiring analytical skills, helping me unpack and contextualise a wider variety of media forms. My other A-levels are English Language, Sociology, Critical Thinking and Philosophy &Ethics, and these are giving me a broad overview of life and human communications and culture. An example of how these subjects support each other would be studying the marxist concept of hegemony and applying it to religion, media ownership, the high culture/low culture debate in sociology and even the bourgeois emphasis on Standard English.

I've slowly been gaining practical experience alongside my academic learning. Two years ago, I was lucky enough to get work experience with a television crew on location as a runner. I learnt the value of working as a member of the team in a stressful environment and I gained an understanding of the processes of TV production. I have also been involved in several other media projects, some as coursework and others undertaken independently.Coursework projects have included a magazine for young male teenagers; designing a product and advertising campaign; and producing, directing and presenting a documentary for sixth formers and their parents on the EMA system. As extra-curricular activities, I designed a poster and Internet campaign for one of the school plays and in the absence of any existing school publication, I launched a bimonthly newsletter, aimed at Angley's students. These projects have provided great learning experiences, enabling me to develop print software skills in a creative way.

Other school activities have included, the lead male role in 'South Pacific' and significant roles in 'Oliver' and 'West Side Story' as well as assisting the Performing Arts A-level group perform their comedy show. By playing roles on stage, my confidence has increased and I have learnt to appreciate and learn from the talents of others. I am also a school prefect, which I find satisfying and a great privilege.

In my leisure time I enjoy making films - mostly parodies of various genres. I then edit the films using a programme called Magix Movie Edit Pro. I have also edited on Final Cut Express, which has made an interesting comparison. My next project is to learn Final Cut Pro, and to develop a more effects-driven style. I also like to read, for example, I was inspired by Naomi Klein's book No Logo on the effects of globalization, the commoditisation of our culture and public spaces and how powerful brands have become. I am currently reading Graeme Burton's Media & Society to gain some additional perspective on my A2 media and to prepare myself for my degree.

So far I have enjoyed myself in my studies and hopefully have developed some of the skills and qualities for success in degree-level communications, media and culture studies.

Yours sincerely,

xuexila

Yours sincerely,

xuexila

In the deepest recesses of my memories is the boulevard lined with Chinese parasol trees located outside my house. When I was just ten years old, my father put me at the back of his bicycle and rode me every weekend to attend English classes in the nearby community center (English was not part of elementary school education in China at that time). On this road of questing for my first western education, I, as a girl who loved to indulge in observations and meditations, kept an observant eye on the changing colors of the leaves all the year round. The rotation of seasons and the cyclical changes of the trees impressed me with the transitoriness of life and the urgency of making my life substantial within its transitory span. My present application for an advanced degree program at your esteemed university is by far the most important step in my relentless efforts to make my life substantial.

Dealing with figures has been our family tradition. As my mother is a statistician and my grandma a certified public account, as a teenager I had also commenced my observations and reflections on figures and calculations in the statements and reports that they had prepared with strong curiosity and interest. This interested strengthened my love for mathematics, often described as the “gymnastics of abstract thinking.” From elementary school to middle school, it was virtually a rule for me to achieve straight A’s in almost every course related to mathematics, a talent which has always made me feel proud of myself. Deep in my subconscious, I knew that a career related to mathematics would fit me most perfectly. Therefore, when I gained my undergraduate admission, I chose to specialize in Mathematics at Beijing Normal University. I believe that this specialty has provided me with a perfect arena to give vent to my passion for mathematics. My dedication to studies in mathematics and effective strategies of learning, plus voluminous readings of technical literature in various academic journals, have led to my top third ranking in my class and a number of major scholarships.

My greatest passion for learning mathematics was stimulated when I came to discover the foundational importance in social sciences, the essential function of mathematics behind its abstract concepts and number theories. When I first studied Advanced Mathematics, I was not clear about the real use of abstract mathematical theories. This kind of puzzlement lasted until I found that the genuine function of mathematics lied in its ability to solve problems in the real world objectively and scientifically, to develop human wisdom, to enable one to arrive at higher horizons and to examine problems with insights and discriminations. The courses that have particularly fascinated me most are Mathematical Analysis, Higher Geometry, Probability Theory, Mathematical Statistics, and Matrix Construction in Mathematics. Those courses allowed me to experience the charm of mathematics’ symbolic language and that of mathematical thinking, in addition to its omnipresent utility.

As an undergraduate, I am most proud of my experience of constructing the Social and Economic Growth Model as a team member representing our university during a mathematical modeling contest in Beijing. As our three-person team lacked the experience of applying theoretical knowledge to practical problems, we felt at an impasse in the face of the challenging task. I took some time to examine in detail all the mathematical models we had learned in class and proposed the idea of dividing the entire modeling into individual modules and piecing them together to form a complete model. Eventually our team was awarded second prize at this provincial contest. In retrospect, it is precisely this experience that aroused my serious interest in the application of mathematics in the realms of economics and finance. To further develop myself in this direction, I studied a lot of optional courses including macroeconomics, microeconomics, e-commerce, etc. Thenceforward, I developed a new objective—to combine my knowledge of mathematics with economics and finance and to exploit the function of mathematics in social life.

My undergraduate thesis, entitled Vector Quantity and Geometry, though purely theoretical in appearance, is actually a vivid description of how mathematical theories can be applied to reality. It focuses on precise analysis of those potential yet absolute relationships between different entities and how we can uncover and examine those relationships from mathematical perspectives. Rated by the department academic council as “Class A”, the thesis has been accepted by the editorial board of our departmental journal for publication.

Apart from cultivating my rigorous attitude for scientific research and developing my analytical and problem-solving abilities, I have taken an active part in extracurricular activities. With my strengths in mathematics, I passed a number of certification tests with much facility, including Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Office-Use Specialist, and LOTUS 1-2-3. I have been correspondent and editor for our campus radio broadcasting station and campus website. My English proficiency qualified me as a volunteer working for the Beijing Worldwide Chinese Businessmen Meeting. In summer vacation, I worked part-time at a local accounting firm where I exercised my knowledge of mathematics and skills of electronic computation to establish for the firm a financial database. I also worked on preparing business accounting plans and digitalized financial management plans for the firm’s clients.

My experiences of social practices have permitted me to understand how mathematics can best be used. As far as I am concerned, my lack of advanced academic knowledge, especially my lack of in-depth understanding of economics and finance, and my lack of formal and systematic trainings in those fields, have constituted my “bottleneck” for further academic development. The overall situation in China is that there is an oversupply of theoretical mathematicians while applied mathematicians are sorely needed. Interdisciplinary subjects between mathematics and economics, such as financial mathematics, actuary science, economic engineering, and mathematical economics, are virtually nonexistent in China. The consequence is that China’s economic development will be seriously hampered for the lack of those important sciences. Great Britain plays a leading role in the world both in financial sciences and in education. Those two factors have motivated me to seek advanced studies there.

In this Personal Statement, I would like to indicate to you unequivocally my intention to specialize in financial mathematics, mathematical economics, or similar programs of an interdisciplinary nature. My choice is motivated by the consideration that in China virtually all financial professionals do not possess a strong background in mathematics, thus they rely heavily on foreign technical models and concepts. However, China’s economic conditions and models differ from those in Western countries and any unquestioning importation would be counterproductive. My plan is to probe into the possibility of developing some economic and financial models that best fit in with China’s circumstances based on a critical analysis of Western models and extensive practices. Projects in those areas will be what I am most concerned with and interested in.

London School of Economics and Politics is reputed for its time-honored history, respected for its distinctive status in economics and finance, along with its unparalleled research and pedagogical standards. Advanced educational concepts and methodologies there would undoubtedly broaden my vision and perspectives, enhance my fundamental skills in devising and launching large-scale cases. Most importantly, for a woman like me who has a penchant for English culture in general and English literature in particular, going to study in Britain will foster my spirit of independence the way Jane Eyre did. Nothing can delight me more than to observe and to experience, with heart and soul, the historical, cultural legacies of such a great country.

1、GRE

2、GMAT

3、LSAT

4、SAT

5、SSAT

AP课程是指针对AP众多的考试科目进行的授课辅导,目前以Calculus AB(微积分AB)、Calculus BC(微积分BC)、Statistics(统计学)、Physics B(物理B)、Macroeconomics(宏观经济学)、Microeconomics(微观经济)几门课程为主。

(Germany)

(Australia)

(Spain)

5.英国(Great Britain)

(Canada)

(Singapore)

8.韩国(South Korea)

9.日本(Japan)

(New Zealand)

Dear leaders:

Hello!

I am a senior science student in __ Province ? Middle School _?. I hope to realize my dream of studying with your school. Thank you for taking the time from your busy schedule to review my self-recommended materials.?

I have always had a dream. I dream of studying in __, dreaming of being moisturized by __ with a long history and profound cultural heritage.

I had excellent academic performance since I was a child. With my own efforts, I was admitted to Jingdezhen No. 2 Middle School and entered the Olympiad class with the city's tenth outstanding high school entrance examination results. After three years of training, I have grown from a simple ignorant boy to a high school student who loves life, pursues knowledge, is energetic, compassionate, and has a comprehensive development of morality, intelligence, and physical fitness.? ???

I love life, and I have always been confident and hopeful in life. In this beautiful world, I enjoy the beauty of spring flowers, the warmth of autumn moon, the passion of summer rain, and the purity of winter snow. I am sunshine, I am happy, I love every river, every mountain, every person, and I love everything I have. Even in the third year of high school, I am painful and happy. I also hope to pass on happiness to everyone around me. I cheer for the strong and shed tears for the weak. I believe in the fragrance of roses in the hands of others, and the truth, goodness and beauty in the world. For this reason, people around me like me very much and call me “Pistachio”.

I pursue knowledge with the same enthusiasm. I am eager to understand the human mind, to explore the manufacturing process of robots, to understand the causes of the financial crisis, and to know the content of the “Six-Party Talks”. So I love learning and reading. Wandering in the sea of books, constantly thinking, and constantly comprehending, the joy is endless. The pursuit of knowledge has not only increased my knowledge and broadened my horizons; it also cultivated my interest and improved my temperament; it also allowed me to nurture my temperament and balance my mind.?

My energy stems from the love of life and the passion for knowledge. In terms of study, I work hard and have excellent grades. The grades of the high school quality inspection examinations are among the best in the school. I won the second prize in the 24th High School Chemistry Competition (provincial competition area) this year. In addition to studying well, I have been serving as the deputy monitor and also actively participate in various activities organized by the school. I can be seen in basketball games, football games, campus singer contests, social practice and other activities, which not only improves my ability, but also exercises my courage.?

But I know that I am only “the little lotus with sharp horns”. The road to becoming a talent is long and I must continue to forge and improve myself. If I am fortunate enough to be able to enter my dream palace for further study, I will definitely search from top to bottom and sharpen myself into an outstanding talent with unique cultural taste, extraordinary talents and good comprehensive qualities, who dare to dare to fight.?

So here I implore the leaders of your school to give me a chance to realize my dream.?

Sincerely?

salute!

As I grew up day by day, I gradually learned that the university is a prestigious university with a long history, and its educational spirit and academic attitude are among the best in the country. This has strengthened my ideal of heaven.

I love learning. I always believe that practice is the best way to learn. Since I was a child, I like to experiment, and sometimes I can discover many patterns inadvertently-even though I learned these in books later. I study hard and earnestly, and I always lead the class before the high school entrance examination. Due to my excellent grades in the senior high school entrance examination, I was admitted to No. I came to the No. 1 Middle School to study harder. In the previous mid-term final exams, most of my scores were ahead. Especially in the last mid-term exam in the third year of high school, I achieved the third best grade in the class, and was praised by teachers and classmates. In the future, I will make every effort to make further progress, devote all I can to achieve satisfactory results in the college entrance examination, and enter the university that I dream of.

I love science. Comrade Deng Xiaoping's “Computer should start from the baby” has a great influence on me. Therefore, I have developed a keen interest in computer programming since I was young. To rejuvenate the country through science and education, the future of the country is in the hands of high-tech talents. In __ years, under the training of school teachers, I won the second prize in the high school group in the National Youth Informatics (Computer) Olympiad.

Dear leaders:

Hello! My name is __, and I am a senior high school student from Shanxi. Thank you for reading my self-recommendation letter in your busy schedule.

When I was young, I heard adults talk about “_”, a name that was given a rich association by me at the time. When I was young, I just thought that the name gave people a very prestigious and majestic feeling, and I longed to be a part of it someday. As I grow older, I have learned more about _: Different from other schools, _ always maintains a rigorous academic attitude; no matter when, _ can provide students with the quietest and least disturbed Learning environment. _Located in Hangzhou, which is known as “paradise on earth”, compared with universities in Beijing, Shanghai and other places, it has a teaching level that is not the same or even higher, but it is less hustle and quiet than them.

When I saw the school motto of “_”, the touch from the bottom of my heart strengthened my determination to “I want to be a person”. _Adhere to the concept of ideological education and professional knowledge training, and the combination of theory and practice, and focus on cultivating students' knowledge and innovation spirit. Therefore, to become a person, this will be a decision that I will never regret and be proud of.

Of course, the choice is not only due to incomparable superiority, but also due to one's own personality factors. I am a lively, cheerful and straightforward girl, always full of curiosity about new things, and like to constantly surpass myself in various challenges. I love the freehand music flowing from the gurgling under the black and white keys, and the hearty flow of the clouds and water on the basketball court. So in high school, I served as the literary committee of the class, the president of the school's music club, and the captain of the women's basketball team. Although I am a girl, I also have an extraordinary love for computers. During the summer vacation after graduating from junior high school, I went to a computer school to learn the VisualBasic programming language. At a very young age, I was able to master a lot more words than my peers. With my language talent, I studied the first volume of university Korean textbooks during the vacation. For me, studying is always a happy thing, because I can always experience the satisfaction of constantly enriching myself and surpassing myself.

I am a girl who loves to play and knows how to play. But no matter how unrestrained you are when you are playing, when you learn, you will immediately calm down and devote yourself to the study without any distractions. From elementary school to high school, you have always had excellent grades and never partial subjects. Among all disciplines, my favorite is mathematics. I like to look for those tiny rules between numbers, symbols, and subtitles; I like to search for the relationship between various parts in a variety of graphics; I like the feeling of facing each other when encountering a problem; I like to overcome the problem and “million” The heroic feeling of taking the first rank in the army. Although I have never studied Mathematical Olympiad, I still won the third prize of the “Hope Cup” Mathematics Invitational in junior high school and the second prize of the National Mathematics League in high school.

I like the focused and pure feeling when I delve into the problem. I believe that only _ is the bright clear sky that allows the eagle of knowledge to soar freely.

At the same time, I am also confident in my abilities. I have served as a host in class and school activities many times; I have also been a tutor during vacations and organized club activities on a regular basis. Steadily improve one's abilities in practice again and again.

Of course, if you want to become a person, moral character is a more important aspect. My mother taught me since I was young: No matter what, we must first learn to be a pure person. In my study and life, I will do my best to help the students around me, earnestly and responsibly do my job for the group, and actively win honors for the class in singing competitions and sports meets; when I am at home, I will help my mother after studying. Washing and cooking, and doing all kinds of housework; during the holidays, I will organize my classmates to go to the orphanage to carry out voluntary activities... “Practical and innovative” is my motto. And will stay with me throughout my life.

So I eagerly hope that one day I can wear that profound school badge on my chest, walk around the beautiful campus with my books, and solemnly say to myself “I am a person”!

I hope you can pass my application. If my application is not passed, I will seriously find out my shortcomings and humbly correct them, and strive to get an ideal result in the college entrance examination next year and enter the campus of _.
