“研究生论文答辩自我介绍”注意事项
1、正式着装，站着讲述，以示尊重，
答辩为研究生苦读三年的“通关”之日，学生对答辩的重视程度宜不亚于工作应聘、相亲见面、结婚典礼，因此应在答辩之日正式着装以示尊重。尽管通常答辩都在五、六月份，天气较热，应避免穿背心、拖鞋、休闲服，男的宜穿衬衫、西装(或打领带)，女的着装宜庄重典雅，忌妖艳随便。此外，答辩人应如教师在讲台上、推销员在展台前，站着讲述。
2、课件制作要简洁大方，结果呈示应以图表为主。
PPT课件在制作上文字要简洁条理，背景和文字或画面颜色对比要强，让人容易识别;结果呈示不宜堆彻过多的文字，而应以图表为主;忌在课件制作上花里忽哨，如页面颜色多而零乱，还带有花边，或同时播放音乐之类。
3、熟悉内容，“讲”而不“读”。
论文讲述最忌“读”而不“讲”，使讲者枯燥，听者生厌，并让听众觉得答辩人还不熟悉已做了两三年的'工作。因此，答辩人宜在讲述前熟悉内容，做到不看文字，娓娓道来，如数家珍，则效果倍增。
4、语气自信而不狂妄，谦虚而不自卑。
论文讲述时虽不必如 人员演讲那样地鼓动人心，但言语之间也要透露出沉稳和自信，让人觉得声音宏亮有定力，内容充实有条理，思维清晰不纷乱，不要声音细弱无力，言语闪烁飘忽，也不要口若悬河，离题万里，或口气狂妄，目中无人，这样易引起听众反感。曾有一研究生，答辩时用英文PPT，答辩时有意“暴晒”其发表的SCI论文，言语轻狂，口气颇大，说毕业论文制作如何容易，论文写作也毫不费力，一周即就，结果遭答辩委员会成员痛批，险些翻船。
5、时间安排适当，内容重点突出。
答辩时会给每个研究生的讲述规定一定时间，答辩人宜在规定时间内完整讲述其论文内容，做到时间安排适当，内容重点突出(结果分析为重点，创新点要突出)。为了做到这一点，最好预演一次或几次，充分听取同实验室的成员意见，调整论文报告时间进程，达到轻重适当，要而不繁。有些答辩人为了避免论文讲述后的“刁难”(提问)，所以有意拖长论文报告时间，要挤兑提问时间，在答辩委员会的一再阻止下，仍不管不顾，这种状况让人觉得有些做贼心虚，无理取闹，答辩结果并不会好。
6、回答问题有技巧，听取批评要谦虚。
答辩委员会成员在提问和指正时，答辩人宜边听边记下要点，待问题结束后，先后逐条回答，问题回答要到位，不要拖泥带水，忌答非所问，忌顶嘴反问;听取批评意见要面露微笑，谦虚诚恳，忌轻慢无礼，闻过则恼。
7、开始与结束时要致谢。
论文答辩开始与结束时要向答辩委员会成员致谢，是最起码的礼节。
