总之，一年来，我在工作上取得了必须成绩，理论水平、工作本事和自身修养有了必须提高。但距领导和同志们的要求还有不少的差距：一是政治理论学习的系统性和深度还不够，异常是具体事务性工作多的时候，对自我在理论提高方面要求的标准不够高;二是工作中有时有急躁情绪，工作方式方法有时不太细，需要进一步改善。三是如何在岗位工作中坚持与时俱进、大胆创新做的有欠缺，意识还不够强。在今后的工作中，我将发扬成绩，克服不足，以对工作、对事业高度负责的精神，脚踏实地，兢兢业业，尽职尽责地做好各项工作，努力做一名优秀的选调生，做一名优秀的年轻干部，不辜负党和组织对我的期望。

本人自____年7月进入____有限公司参加工作，此刻电气检修分公司电机修理车间低压电机班工作。
参加工作以来，我能做好自我的本职工作，进取学习，遵纪守法，爱岗敬业，不迟到早退，正确认真地对待每一项检修工作，服从领导，尊重同事，尊敬师傅，有问题及时与同事、领导沟通，严格遵守劳动纪律，工作中不计较个人得失，乐于助人，努力营造和谐的工作环境，进取主动地学习专业知识，以高度的职责感和事业心做好自我的工作。认真履行自我的岗位职责，始终遵循“修必修好”的原则，保证设备的稳定运行。
转眼之间，参加工作已经一年的时间了，在这一年多的时间里，将自我从一名学生转变成为一名合格的工人，将自我在学校学习到的理论知识与日常实际情景有机的结合，使我感受颇多。
做好思想方面的转化工作，参加工作不完全同于在学校学习，工厂更看重的是实际的工作，不辞辛苦，塌实肯干，这是公司必须学会的，其实日常的工作与在学校做题答卷是一样的，发现问题，分析问题，解决问题，同时多向车间里教师傅请教，虽然他们的理论水平没有我们的多，可是他们见的多，做的多，实践经验相当丰富，仅有拿出“三人行必有我师”的学校态度，才能不断提高，多看多问，经常交流，学人之长，补我之短，不断的充实自我。

根据岗位职责的要求，我的工作任务是对低压电动机进行维修工作，经过拆分，嵌线，接头，组装将一台电动机修理完好。经过一年的学习，我认识到修理工作，讲究，认真，细心，大胆，没干之前认真分析，仔细检查，全面研究，看准了就放手去干，此刻对于简单的的电机休息我已经能够做到得心应手了，对于较为复杂的嵌线，接头工艺技术，还需要不断的学习，进入社会参加工作，有很多的负面因素影响着我们，在闲暇的工作之余，调整好自我的心理状态，坚持一个乐观进取的心态，将在学校时的良好的学校习惯坚持下来，看书，学习，充实自我，提高自身的素质，不断的锻炼自我的胆识和毅力，提高自我解决问题的本事，并在工作中克服急噪情绪，进取细致的做好每一项工作。

一、工作态度
我非常热爱本职工作，能够严以律己，遵守公司的各项规章制度，保持对工作认真负责的工作态度，谦逊学习，积极进取，不断提高自己的管理水平和执行能力，做好本职工作的同时，把领导分配的每一项任务都争取做的最好。同时，积极协助各部门更好的完成公司的任务，做到谦虚谨慎，不骄不躁，不断提高自身的服务意识与协作精神，与各部门一道共同进取，顺利完成工程项目。
二、个人技能提升
1.进一步掌握技术知识，熟悉工程各工序施工流程、施工工艺以及质量验收标准，提高异常情况的判断以及预警能力；加深对工程施工的了解，更好的促进项目部工程施工的规范化。
2.继续深化对工程施工的学习，重点掌握隧道工程施工中可能出现的特殊情况处理。对隧道特殊地质情况处理的改善，由之前被动处理已经发生的异常转为将异常尽量控制在前端，从隧道开挖、初期支护、二次衬砌各种施工过程中异常状况的产生原因、处理方式、分析手法、预防措施、追踪方式等，总结经验教训，将隧道中可能发生的异常状况控制在萌芽状态。
3.熟悉工程施工程序，积极学习体系知识。在公司以来，我经受过完善的体系培训，对工程的运作体系有了深刻的了解，在工作中能学以致用，并严格按照项目部体系的运作流程要求自身的工作。在日常的工作中围绕工程的质量方针与质量目标，积极的推动质量管理体系的运作，结合本部门的工作特性，使体系得到持续改进。
三、团队能力提升
1.深化自身与团队配合，努力成为一个敢打硬仗的高素质人员。在日常工作中，积极向同部门其他同事请教，时刻注意个人学习，努力提升自身的技能水平。同时，努力学习管理方法及知识，提高自身的管理工作的能力，为工程的顺利施工献一份力。
2.积极配合其他部门的工作，做到服务为先，按章办事。使工程施工中的各项工作在我这里做到顺畅有效，并积极为其他各部门排忧解难。同时，不断的学习其他部门同事的长处，优化本身的工作效率。通过这段时间的努力工作，我取得了一定的成绩，也发现了一些不足之处，比如在对问题处理的思路上还是不够开阔，不善于采用多种方式方法处理问题；有时候因为工作方法和语言交流上的不当，经常跟工队闹得不欢而散，导致施工方案不能及时落实，从而影响整体施工。而在其他方面，也存在一些各种的问题，我会在以后的工作中，继续保持谦虚的态度，改善问题，提升能力，为公司的明天更美好付出自己的努力。
