一、小区现状
法院宿舍共两幢住宿楼，区内总体卫生环境良好，地面卫生情况尚可，自行车、摩托车摆放相对整齐，区内噪音少，安静，环境理想，安全工作良好，治安情况尚可；但社区绿化不够理想，公共设施维护较差。
二、主要问题
1。没有指定的倒垃圾地点，居民倒垃圾较随便。
由于小区内没有指定的垃圾倒放点，所以各个楼梯口常常出现随意堆放垃圾的现象。近来由于小区内多了一辆垃圾车，情况有所好转，但仍有个别居民为图方便，将垃圾随便扔在路边或楼道口。

when talking about our dormitory life, and probably all the dormitory life, we should never leave out one thing. this was what we called “bed talks”. though it was considered “illegal,”there was nothing to stop us from deliberately starting a heated discussion right after lights were out. it was our favorite and the only way of ending our day, and we were as punctual for it as our parents are for work. what was the most common topic?girls, of course! what other topics were there for three energetic adolescent males lying comfortably in bed? we judged them,ranked them, argued over them night after night without feeling the slightest sense of boredom for three whole years. were we maniacs? who is not a maniac at eighteen?
of course, there were other things we talked about. i still remember one night six of us squeezed ourselves in the most uncomfortable posture onto three beds and held a “conference” discussing whether we should carry out an “impeachment” with our monitor the following day. it was not that he was troubled in any sort of scandal, but that we were just so disappointed at his work. by one o'clock in the morning, we finally came to a conclusion that included two major points. first, we could not reach an agreement on what our monitor's problems really were, because everyone had his own opinion. second, we could think of nobody suitable to substitute him. from the next day on the six idealistic extremists turned into pragmatic realists. we signed a peace treaty with life, and as to our monitor, he turned out to be the best one in school.
i assume that this is how those “bed talks” changed us. ask any psychiatrist and you'll know (because this is exactly what they do to their patients) that to lie comfortably in bed is the only way to make someone open his mind. therefore during bed talks we were able to touch the most intrinsic part of each other,and scrutinize the details of a totally different mind. i was amazed at realizing the great difference among people in terms of their ways of thinking, and the diversity of personalities. this changed our attitudes toward others, and made us more under standing than ever.
if you ask me, among all the bed talks, which one gave me the deepest impression, i would say it was that night when i insisted that louis was the prettiest girl in our class and jerry said he would rather die than agree with me. now after three years jerry is dating louis and i am still single. what a quack!

韩国多数大学的宿舍是很紧张的，基本上都是宿舍少，学生多的状况，且每学期开学前都要重新申请，有幸能够入住的，基本上都是各个院系学习成绩优异的学生。所以跟中国大学不同的是，韩国同宿舍楼里互相熟识的人并不是很多，住在同屋的室友，基本上也都不是同专业，同年级的人。
二、宿舍食堂不自助
韩国大学里有专门的宿舍食堂，跟对外食堂。宿舍食堂是不对外的，宿舍费用里边就包括了住宿和三餐的开销。国内大学里的很多食堂，基本上属于半自助式的，有很多菜色，可以任由学生自己挑选。在国内读大学的时候，常常为自己要吃什么而烦恼，因为花样太多。在韩国，却正好相反。很多宿舍食堂(包括学校里的对外食堂)基本上没有什么可以挑的，一个主菜，两个配菜，一个汤。想吃不想吃也就是这些。当然有的对外食堂，可以会有别的几样选择，可是相比国内大学的食堂来说，样式真的太少了。
三、男女宿舍互相禁止入内
在国内大学里，男生禁入女生宿舍，基本上都成了校规。但很多时候，女生是可以随便出入男生宿舍的(不可以过夜)。在韩国，这两种行为都是被禁止的(特殊情况除外)，这虽然算不上什么稀奇的事，但韩国学生对于这个规定的自律态度却是件很令人佩服的事。在国内偶尔会发生女生留宿男生宿舍(或男生留宿女生宿舍)的情况，而且有不少学生因此被开除学籍。在韩国，这样的事情基本上不会发生。如果在宿舍，看到一群男生坐在楼梯上，女生站在楼梯下，几个人在聊天。因为一楼有一侧是女生宿舍，另一侧和楼上都是男生宿舍。即便这样，他们聊天，都不会越雷池一步。韩国大学宿舍，每个学期都有宿舍开放日，持续一个星期，这期间，男女生可以互访宿舍，但不可以超过晚上8点。
四、宿舍楼里异常安静

五、有的学校假期宿舍不开放

六、宿舍有每周例会
有些大学的宿舍是有例会的，例会期间要点名，要传达一些宿舍管理科方面的消息和规定。别小看这个例会，如果无故累计三次点名不到的人，将可能被取消住宿资格。像各种电热器在宿舍中也是被禁止使用的，如果发现会扣分，一旦分数扣到一定程度，也将会被取消住宿资格。
七、宿舍和学院的分开管理
韩国大学没有辅导员一说，但每个系都有一个专门管理杂务的助教。但即便这样，宿舍的管理跟院系是没有太大关系的，属于一个独立的部门。即便这个学生在宿舍里表现不佳，宿舍管理科也只会直接找该学生面谈处理，即使被退舍，也不会对他在院系里有什么太大的影响。

大家早上好!今天我在国旗下讲话的题目是《温馨寝室、你我共建》。宿舍是我们公共生活的场所，一个宿舍就是几个人共同的生活空间，每一位成员都有责任和义务维护寝室环境卫生。比如说寝室的值日，一个看似简单却又极其重要的事情，却足以体现一个寝室的团结与好坏。寝室就是我们的家，是我们学习生活的一个主要场所，一个良好的住宿环境是高质量学习、生活、休息的必要前提和根本保证。如果有一天，值日生既不整理内务也不倒垃圾，整个寝室会乱七八糟，兴许别人不会多说什么，但是他一定会不满意，久而久之整个寝室就变成了一个涣散的集体，环境卫生更加不用说是何等之差。又如晚就寝熄灯后有人嘀嘀咕咕说个不停，或许还在洗衣服等，虽然自己痛快了，但是这些行为却损害了大家的利益，尽管别人一再克制宽容的态度，但这并不意味着你可以我行我素的一味做下去，而且，你的这些行为不仅给大家留下了一种不好的印象，还使自己成了不受欢迎的人。
我们先换一个角度，谈这样一问题，寝室给我们带来了什么?难道仅仅是就寝纪律、内务整理和寝室卫生的扣分，那么，为什么而扣分，扣分又是为了谁，很显然，扣分只是规范我们寝室行为的一个常规方法，目的是改进我们一些不良的就寝习惯，促成我们形成良好的就寝文化氛围，，最终达到无分可扣。

对每一位住校生来说，高中三年，每年大约有十个月的时间呆在学校，而每天大约有八个多小时的时间呆在寝室，寝室是我们同学生活、休息的主要场所，也是我们中学阶段生活最值得回忆的一个部分，对我们学生来说，寝室就是一个小小的社会单元，他必然在见证我们的学业成长道路，因此，我们回浦的学生寝室文化建设必然属于我们学校校园文化建设的一个重点。美国教育家布莱森曾经说过：“任何一所学校的环境都在默默地对学生发表演说，而且学生的确会注意它，不知不觉中接受熏陶和影响”。寝室文化正是如此。它作为一种文化形态，在素质培养上有其鲜明的特性。它具有感染性和倾向性。寝室成员能受寝室他人的精神、行为习惯的感染而模仿他人，再现他人的行为和意见，从而形成寝室统一的看法和行为。

创造学习英语的环境对学不好英语的原因，我听得最多的一个理由就是没有英语环境。其实，你有很多的英语环境，比如图书馆提供了学英语的好环境，我在上大学的时候曾在图书馆里借过、读过相当多的英语书。同时，图书馆里还有各种各样的英文报纸、杂志。还有，众多的国外英语广播节目(如BBC、VOA)可以听，国内也有很多不错的英文广播可以听。英语电视节目更是丰富多彩，有英语新闻、英语音乐、英语电影。
当然，还要创造说英语的环境。你可以找外国人说英语，你还可以找几个学英语的朋友一起练口语。你可以到英语角去练习口语。当然，你还可以自己跟自己说英语。你也可以去参加各种各样的英语讲座：电脑的、化学的、物理的、数学的、医学的。
如何支配时间英语学习的时间支配，取决于你要发展的是哪一种英语技能。有些技能的训练，花费的时间越长越好。有些技能就需要每次短时间的强化练习。
比如，发展阅读技能，你每次读的时间越长越好。大量的读是提高英语阅读水平的前提。听力技能的培养也是一样，每次听的时间越长越好。

The quality of human life has improved greatly over the past few centuries, but Earth is being harmed more and more by human activity. As we develop our technology, we demand more from our planet. Eventually, this will harm people as well.
Our planet gives us everything we need, but natural resources are not endless. Strip mining devastates whole regions, leaving bare and useless ground. Deforestation removes old growth trees that can't be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they can't recover. We are too careless in taking what we want without giving anything back.
There are more people than ever, living longer that ever. So is it any surprise that many areas suffer from too much development? Anyone living in or near a city has experienced “urban sprawl”. There is a new shopping area on every corner and new houses, townhouses and apartments everywhere. Traffic gets worse and worse because planners can't keep up with growth. Keeping up with human demand is hard enough. Environmental concerns come in last.
With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If we're not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.
People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we don't, what kind of future will we have?
