一阵夜晚的微风吹过，我阖上那本厚厚的小说，关掉小灯，揉揉酸痛的眼睛，躺到床上。月光罩在那本小说烫金的书名上，我呆呆的望着。突然，书好像变成亿个漩涡，越来越大，最后把我吸了进去……。
眼前一片黑暗，我在哪e？只记得一个不明的漩涡把进去。好不容易睁开眼睛，却被眼前的景象吓了一跳；我躺在一座大理石殿堂冰冷的地板上，中央摆了一张蓝水晶打造而成的祭坛，透着淡淡的蓝光，坛面放了许多有着七彩光芒的发光球体。我从地板上爬了起来，走进祭坛想要看清楚那些球体，才刚靠近，就被一b突然出现的人面狮身挡住了去路。他虽然下半身是狮子，但脸却是一张有着黑色眼睛的女人脸，用一种温柔的声音问我：「孩子！你也是被梦的漩涡吸进来吧？」我惊讶的说不出话来，又说：「没关S，你看起来被吓坏了」，他变出一张木椅「坐下来休息，我可以回答你任何问题。我先自我介绍，我是梦的守护者人面狮卡洛琳。」我终于找回了说话的声音，我问：「这e是哪e？」回答：「问的好！起来，我带你去一个地方。」我静静的跟着走。
我们走进殿堂左侧的一道门，进入一个放了那种发光体的房间，卡洛琳告诉我：「这些物体是梦，如所见，这e到处都是梦，人们都称这e为『梦的起点』。」我的脑中对时被一堆问题塞满了，我问：「什么是梦的漩涡？梦是怎么被u造的？我该怎们回去？」笑着说：「别急，我们慢慢来。梦的漩涡就是人类初自幻想所聚集起来的能量，他们具有强大的吸力，能把人从一个空间拉到另一个空间；至于梦的作法，就是把漩涡的能量聚集起来，放在水晶祭坛上，吸收大地精华所u成。」我若有所思的说：「就是大厅e的那些物体，它们要怎么送到人类世界？」卡洛琳用那对温柔的黑眼睛望着我：「就是靠你们这些不小心被吸进来的人帮忙呀！我会把梦化成动力，把送回去。相对的，它们也可以顺利到达人类世界，带给人们更多幻想。」用爪子轻拍我的头，我不蔚乃担骸冈偌了！卡洛琳。」把我的手移到梦的上方「专心想着的家……」卡洛琳的声音消失了，又是ㄧ片黑暗。
