But one hundred years later, we must face the tragic fact that the negro is still not free. one hundred years later, the life of the negro is still sadly crippled by the manacles of segregation and the chains of discrimination. one hundred years later, the negro lives on a lonely island of poverty in the midst of a vast ocean of material prosperity. one hundred years later, the negro is still languishing in the corners of american society and finds himself an exile in his own land. so we have come here today to dramatize an appalling condition.

In a sense we have come to our nations capital to cash a check. when the architects of our republic wrote the magnificent words of the constitution and the declaration of independence, they were signing a promissory note to which every american was to fall heir. this note was a promise that all men would be guaranteed the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

It is obvious today that america has defaulted on this promissory note insofar as her citizens of color are concerned. instead of honoring this sacred obligation, america has given the negro people a bad check which has come back marked “insufficient funds.” but we refuse to believe that the bank of justice is bankrupt. we refuse to believe that there are insufficient funds in the great vaults of opportunity of this nation.

So we have come to cash this check -- a check that will give us upon demand the riches of freedom and the security of justice.

We have also come to this hallowed spot to remind america of the fierce urgency of now. this is no time to engage in the luxury of cooling off or to take the tranquilizing drug of gradualism. now is the time to rise from the dark and desolate valley of segregation to the sunlit path of racial justice. now is the time to open the doors of opportunity to all of gods children. now is the time to lift our nation from the quicksands of racial injustice to the solid rock of brotherhood.

It would be fatal for the nation to overlook the urgency of the moment and to underestimate the determination of the negro. this sweltering summer of the negros legitimate discontent will not pauntil there is an invigorating autumn of freedom and equality. nineteen sixty-three is not an end, but a beginning.

Those who hope that the negro needed to blow off steam and will now be content will have a rude awakening if the nation returns to busineas usual. there will be neither rest nor tranquility in america until the negro is granted his citizenship rights. the whirlwinds of revolt will continue to shake the foundations of our nation until the bright day of justice emerges.

But there is something that i must say to my people who stand on the warm threshold which leads into the palace of justice. in the proceof gaining our rightful place we must not be guilty of wrongful deeds. let us not seek to satisfy our thirst for freedom by drinking from the cup of bitterneand hatred.

we must forever conduct our struggle on the high plane of dignity and discipline. we must not allow our creative protest to degenerate into physical violence. again and again we must rise to the majestic heights of meeting physical force with soul force.

The marvelous new militancy which has engulfed the negro community must not lead us to distrust of all white people, for many of our white brothers, as evidenced by their presence here today, have come to realize that their destiny is tied up with our destiny and their freedom is inextricably bound to our freedom.

We cannot walk alone.and as we walk, we must make the pledge that we shall march ahead. we cannot turn back. there are those who are asking the devotees of civil rights, “when will you be satisfied?” we can never be satisfied as long as our bodies, heavy with the fatigue of travel, cannot gain lodging in the motels of the highways and the hotels of the cities. we cannot be satisfied as long as the negros basic mobility is from a smaller ghetto to a larger one. we can never be satisfied as long as a negro in mississippi cannot vote and a negro in new york believes he has nothing for which to vote. no, no, we are not satisfied, and we will not be satisfied until justice rolls down like waters and righteousnelike a mighty stream.

转眼间，时光飞逝，到了三年级。学校举行了一次关于书香的主题升旗仪式，校长交给我们三一班主持，在一次升旗仪式上，一位六年级同学正在演讲，声情并茂，让人不由得陶醉其中，老师走过来，轻声问我：“如果是你，可以超过他吗?”“当然可以!”我想都没想，脱口而出。老师轻轻一笑，这次的主持人自然由我来担当。正值酷暑，每天晚上放学都要在学校练习，怎样上场，下场，演讲稿反复背诵，太阳火辣辣的，把我烤的头晕脑胀，简直想扔下稿子，扬长而去，可想放弃时，脑海中总是浮现出董卿的样子，是呀，没有风雨，怎能见彩虹呢?便继续刻苦练习，终于赢得了领导老师们的好评。

经过多次努力，我的水平又迅速提升，我高兴及了，可我不能骄傲，因为我深知，一点成就并不算什么，我离自己的主持梦依旧还很遥远。

如今六年级，仰望天穹，我看到了自己的梦想在闪烁。踏着新的旅途，我毅然参加了比赛，奔向彩虹，奔向我的梦想!

大家好!

今天我演讲的题目是《我有一个梦想》。

我们的人生并不是一条平坦的阳光大道，路上有黑暗，我们的心会迷失。这时候，我们就需要一盏灯引导我们走出迷宫。而那盏灯，就是我们的梦想。今天，我们在这里谈论梦想，或大或小。但我不想说什么梦想世界和平，梦想坏境美好的空话。于我而言，此时此刻看，我只想与你们谈论自己的未来。

我有一个梦想，梦想我有一辆车，一辆能坐下四个人的车，拉着我最好的友人奔向大海。一路上我们听着激情澎湃的歌，开着无关痛痒的玩笑，轮番地开着夜车。饿了，去路边陌生但有特色的饭馆吃饭;累了，去干净的旅馆做一个悠长的梦。等到达一望无际的大海。在夜晚的沙滩上生起篝火，我们围坐在火堆旁嬉笑打闹。喝着啤酒，红通通的脸上都是肆无忌惮的的笑，对着叠着影子的月亮歇斯底里地喊着。没有忌讳，没有拘谨，因为我们是最好的朋友!

我有一个梦想，梦想以后能再见到许久没有联系的朋友们，和他们聊聊那个时候的事情，那个时候的人都过得好不好。想找个机会坦诚地告诉他们，这辈子能和你做朋友很幸福!我有一个梦想，梦想以后进入社会，我身边的人不会那么功利，不会那么自私。梦想自己有一天不会为了金钱而去施计陷害，不会为了利益而弄丢单纯的快乐，不会让朋友看到穷凶极恶的我而敬而远之。

我有一个梦想，从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，不再承受身外目光，不必在意他人的评价，为自己活着;从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，做喜欢的事情，爱最亲近的人，抛弃伪装的面具，不再束缚情感的空间;从今天开始，帮自己一个忙，卸下所有的负担，忘却曾经的疼痛，抚平心灵的创伤，让自己活得轻松而充盈。从今天开始，看书、写字、唱歌、涂鸦，给每一个日子取一个温暖的名字，做一个赏心悦目的人。

我有一个梦想，就是单纯的充实的过着每一天。

你们可能会笑我的梦想太过平庸。可是无论是什么样的梦想，都不是一种简简单单的口号，它更是一种实际的行动!梦想，是生命中最有意义的一种信仰。梦想，就是不相信命运就等于命+运，相信除了你自己，没有人能书写你的命运。

我们要相信，其实天不暗，阴云终要散;其实海不宽，此岸连彼岸;其实路不险，条条路可攀;其实梦想不遥远，一切都会实现……不论多么伟大抑或是多么平淡无奇的理想，也要不断的向上!

汪国真在文章中写道：“只要春天还在，我就不会悲哀，纵使黑夜吞噬了一切，太阳还可以重新回来;只要生命还在，我就不会悲哀，纵使陷身茫茫沙漠，还有希望的绿洲的存在;只要明天还在，我就不会悲哀，冬雪终会悄悄融化融化，春雷定将滚滚而来。”

所以，当你有一个美丽的梦想时，记住一定要勇往直前，只有你尽力了，才有资格说你运气不好。我相信，多年后的那个你，一定会感谢现在拼命努力的你!

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们

大家好!

今天我演讲的题目是《超越自我，放飞梦想》!

我们都曾有过梦想，有过美好的梦想。梦想是天上的星星，又是我们生命的航标。梦想是理想的翅膀，是待起航的航船。拥有梦想，才会拥有未来。任何一个天才，都曾经有过梦想。

梦想，似乎深不可测，但却近在咫尺。我们现在所想做的，就是超越自我，去追逐心中的梦想。初生牛犊不怕虎。我们正当年轻，没有挫折的失意，世界的一切对我们来讲都是充满机遇的，我们不甘平凡，就必定会发出不同凡想的声音，走出别人没有走过的路，超越自我，激情迸发。我们没有经验与教训，但是我们并不缺乏青春的冲动与热血激情。

海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。每个人都怀揣着一个属于自己的梦想。然而，什么是梦?什么又是梦想?梦是期待，而梦想是坚强。是你把飘渺的梦坚持作为自己理想的勇气和执著，是你对自己负责的最高境界。但扪心自问，我们有多少人能够成就自己心中最初的梦想?

我们的梦想，是一个简单的信念，是一份对自己未来与生命的责任。也许，是二十岁的豪情壮志;也许，是青春期的迷茫与冲动;也许只是一份平淡的渴望，渴望掌声，渴望成功。无数的“可能”，无数的“希望”，因为我们的青春岁月充满奇迹，我们心中大大小小的梦，在生活的每一个角落里芬芳弥漫。

亲爱的朋友们，回眸自己的一路成长，还记得每一个梦想带来的悸动，在生命中留下了怎样的足迹?

为了修身养性，母亲让我6岁开始学习书法;因为还没断奶就会说话，母亲又断定了我有语言天赋，从小安排大量的语言训练;又因为母亲年轻时的“作家梦”，我从8岁开始接受正规的写作辅导......就像一块机械的海绵，疯狂的吸收那些陌生的课业知识，外语课、电脑课、家政财经课.....凡是母亲认为应该要学的，那就是我的义务。

是的，我的梦想。一份从一而终的守望……从第一次发表文章开始憧憬文字世界，坚守心底的渴望。

“落红不是无情物，化作春泥更护花”。选择坚持，选择珍惜，选择成就生命的激情，勇敢的成就心中最初的梦想，无论是你，是他，还是我，当我们走进这个纷繁的世界时，心中都藏着一个美好的梦想。为了这个梦想，我们立下坚定的信念，我们有着不屈的意志和不懈的努力。

当我们走上自己的梦想之路时，我们发现自己的梦想之路又是那么的艰难，那么的遥远。在广袤的市场上我们能感受到施展才华的宽广舞台，然而，异乡的举目无亲，让我们茫然而不知所措;初来乍到的无知，让我们深深的感受着这个社会舞台的多姿与无奈;开发市场的艰辛，也让我们真正感受到了什么才是销售。

所有的一切，就是因为我们拥有着梦想，有着不屈的意志，有着坚定的信念!我们绝不会放弃，更不会抛弃，因为我们心中有梦，有着自己一个美好的梦，而这个梦是需要坚韧和不懈的努力。

我们为我们的梦想已经开始上路，已经走在路上，在这个路上将有更多的沟壑与荆棘在等待着我们，也有着更大的收获在等着我们。

放飞你的梦想，让我们用坚定的信心，满腹的豪情，永不退缩的信念，去迎接挑战，超越自我!

亲爱的朋友们：

大家好，我今天演讲的题目是：《青春在梦想中飞扬》。

我，是一名青年律师，站在这里，我的背后有20万中国律师的身影!我，是一名青年律师，站在这里，我的面前是一百年中国律师的荣光!

4年的大学生活，经邦济世、智识无涯使我迈入了法律的殿堂!3年的律师经历，诚信卓著、仗义执言则更加坚定了我执业的信念!

曾几何时，当我遇到困难，我没有气馁，当我取得成绩，我不敢骄傲，我知道，作为一名律师，务实、真干，才能不断成长，专业、守业，才能不断提高!我认为：青年律师的成长，不仅要有专业知识的积累、执业技能的提高，还要有优秀的职业道德和诚信的职业品质!不仅在工作中尽程度维护当事人的合法权益，同时也要担负起时代赋予我们的使命和责任!我同时也认为：青年律师要有三心，但决不能二意!

我们要有一颗坚定的心!歌者汪峰在歌曲中唱到：再见，青春。再见美丽的疼痛。再见青春。永恒的迷惘。我相信在座的青年律师朋友都感同深受!我们毕业了，我们迷惘了!我们选择了，我们疼痛了!但是，“为什么我的眼里常含泪水，是因为我对这份职业爱得太深沉。”不做律师，不曾体会律师的辛苦和劳累，做了律师，却根本不是大家所看到的光鲜和亮丽!可我始终坚信：不怕司法考试的艰难，就不应怕初入律师行业的窘困!因为：坚持成就梦想!信念续航未来!

我们也要有一颗感恩的心!青年律师都希望快速成长!而成长则离不开前辈的悉心指导，离不开同事、同行的热心帮助，所以，沿着前辈的足迹，我们才能有所创新!继承前辈的精神，我们才能走的更远!而同事、同行，则更多的是我们成长路上不可或缺的伙伴，“众人拾材火焰高”，团队合作是律师行业未来的发展方向!“常怀感恩心，永记帮我人!”
