吉林省大学英语四六级报名通知

中心校区(含基础园区)、南湖校区各有关单位及考生：

按照教育部考试中心通知精神，全国大学外语四、六级考试定于6月17日举行(上午9时开考英语四级、日语四级、德语四级、俄语四级和法语四级，下午3时开考英语六级、日语六级、德语六级和俄语六级)。根据吉林省教育考试院日前发布的《关于做好206月吉林省全国大学英语四、六级考试报名工作的通知》精神及我校总体安排和实际情况，注册与考试中心负责前卫校区(含基础园区)、南湖校区学生的报名工作。我校东区(南岭校区)、北区(朝阳校区)、医学部(新民校区)、西区(和平校区)的报名工作，由各校区教务办负责。符合报名条件的学生，请关注并遵照本校区教务办通知进行报名，考生不得跨校区报考，严禁到校外考点报名。现将前卫校区(含基础园区)、南湖校区大学外语四、六级考试报名工作具体要求通知如下。

一、报名条件

(一)全日制本科、专科、研究生在校生。

(二)修完及正在修读大学外语四级课程的学生才能报考四级。

(三)四级达到一定分数要求(425分以上含425分)的学生才能报考六级。

(四)级匡亚明班、唐敖庆班、李四光班、卓越计划班、半导体化学班、临床医学七年制、口腔医学七年制、白求恩医学班、医事法学专业可以报考。

(五)由于各校区均设有四、六级考场，注册与考试中心只接收前卫校区(含基础园区)、南湖校区全日制在籍统招本(专)科生及研究生报考。

(六)全国大学外语四、六级考试不接收社会考生报考。

二、报名办法

根据省考试院要求，本次大学英语四、六级考试报名采取在吉林自考信息网填表，前卫校区(含基础园区)、南湖校区的考生采取在注册与考试中心网站网上付费的方式进行(其他校区继续沿用与往次一样的.付费方式，具体付费方式以校区教务办通知为准)。请前卫校区(含基础园区)、南湖校区的考生务必按要求在规定时间内完成网上填表，同时务必在规定时间内进行网上付费，如考生网上填表后不进行网上付费，将可能影响下一次报名考试，请报名时慎重考虑。

(一)网上填表：符合条件的考生请于3月10日8:00时至3月17日16:00时登陆吉林自考信息网(cet.jlste.com.cn/)进行网上填表。

1. 考生请仔细核对本人选填信息是否正确，特别注意姓名、身份证号码、院系、班级、学历等信息。考生在网上自行填写个人信息时，要和本人有效身份证上的姓名、证件号码一致，确保填写信息的准确性和真实性。否则将会影响考生正常参加考试及办理成绩报告单。

2. 具体操作方法为：点击“开始网上报名”进入后，选择注册新账户，填写相关信息，其中Email将作为登陆系统的帐号，务必认真准确填写，并请记牢密码;账号注册成功后，请按照用户名登陆，仔细阅读考生协议，并选择“我同意上述协议”按钮，完成具体的报名信息填写及上传照片。

(二)网上上传照片(考生所上传的照片将打印在成绩报告单上)

照片要求，近期正面免冠，尺寸：320*240(高*宽，单位：像素);彩色照片，浅蓝色背景;30K字节以内;JPG格式。

上传照片时务必进行到最后一步，上传成功后，请注意照片下方“当前状态”信息提示，确认没有问题后点击“点此确认”按钮，可以看到“当前状态”为“审核状态：等待工作人员审核”;在网上付费成功后且照片合格的情况下，考生请于3月30日查询该状态，显示审核通过，表示报名结束。

如考生照片不符合要求、图像信息不清晰或数据信息不准确等将导致报名不成功，由考生本人承担全部责任。

(三)付费方式

考生网上填表、上传照片成功后请于3月22日8:00时至3月24日15:00时登陆注册与考试中心网站kszx.jlu.edu.cn 选择网站右侧“网上报名”栏内“全国大学外语四六级考试(CET)”进行网上付费。

1. 为方便考生网上付费，本次考试采用易宝支付系统在线支付报名费，该系统可接受中国银行、中国交通银行、中国工商银行、中国建设银行、中国农业银行等22家网上银行进行在线支付业务。

2. 按照《省物价局、省财政厅关于大学英语四、六级考试收费标准》的规定，凡参加大学外语四、六级考试的考生每人每次报考时交纳报考费30元人民币。考生网上填表并上传照片后点击“在线支付”缴纳报名费30元，网上支付时银行加收1%手续费。

3. 为确保资金安全，提醒考生不要到网吧进行网上付费。

4. 网上付费后返回报名界面输入姓名和身份证号，如显示“您已经付费成功付费时间为XXXX”表示已经付费成功。

注：由于注册与考试中心报考人数较多，报名方式特殊，报名后需要审核数据，安排考场等，考试中心网上填表截止时间为17日，网上付费截止时间为24日，请考生务必在此规定时间内完成报名。按省考试院文件要求，报名工作在规定时间结束后，不设立补报环节，不再办理任何补报手续和数据更改事宜，为此要求考生一定要高度重视，相互转告，以免漏报。
