笑口栆，或称细煎堆，是一种中国人在农历正月十五元宵节必吃的食品。人们把这种食物叫“笑口栆”，是由于在高温油炸过程中面粉表面出现爆裂，样子就像人开口大笑一样，象征全家人开开心心，笑口常开，寄托了对未来生活的美好愿望。因为做笑口枣不太复杂，广州各大小西饼铺子都能买到，而且味道都不错呢。

6．咸水角

咸水角是广东、香港和澳门地区常见的汉族名点。咸水角内里馅料有猪肉碎、韭菜、虾米、冬菇、沙葛。将滚水冲入澄面中搅匀，糯米粉置盘中，加入糖、猪油、冻水搓匀，再与澄面混合。分出多份粉团，每份放入馅料包好，放滚油内炸至浅金黄色便成，口感脆而不韧。广东人过年在做油角、煎堆时，往往也会做一些咸水角作为过年食品。

7．广东年糕

年糕，是每逢过年不可或缺的应节食物。每个地方对年糕的做法和吃法都各有特色。广东年糕是广东传统名点，它的特点是入口香甜软滑，所属菜系为甜品。所属类型为甜品小食。年糕又称“年年糕”，与“年年高”谐音，寓意着人们的工作和生活一年比一年提高。

制作方法：先将片糖21公斤用清水3公斤煮成糖浆备用。把糯米粉、占米粉混合均匀，倒入沸水10公斤搅成熟浆。再在熟浆中逐步加进糖浆搅拌均匀后放在大蒸笼中，每个蒸笼放浆厚约3～4厘米，用猛火大约蒸4小时，倒在案板上，用木棒槌搓至匀滑，便可分成每个重0.5～1公斤的糕坯，放在有竹叶垫底的铁圆圈内，在糕面扫油粘上榄仁、红枣，翻蒸约20分钟。

8．萝卜糕

萝卜糕是一种常见于粤时茶楼的点心，同时也是广东人每逢过年时必备的贺年糕点之一，意为“高升”，跟吃年糕的意头相似。除广东以外，萝卜糕在台湾、新加坡及马来西亚地区亦甚为普遍，当地华人以闽南、潮汕语称之为“菜头粿”。

随着时代的进步，萝卜糕已经不再只是使用以前的腊肉、腊肠，进而选用更加名贵、优质的材料，如元贝、火腿肉、虾米等等。

9．伦教糕

伦教糕的制作起源于广东顺德区伦教镇，是岭南典型的汉族糕点名吃。由于品质、风味特殊。伦教糕是由籼米粉用酵母发醇，使淀粉质转变为淀粉和糊精的混合体，再蒸制成型，其透明程度较高。软韧性则近似用糯米的制品。

用大米浆经发酵蒸制而成。其糕体晶莹雪白，表层油润光洁；内层小眼横竖相连，均匀有序；质爽软而润滑，味甜冽而清香。此品因首创于顺德县的伦教镇而得名，已有数百年的历史。

10．汤圆

汤圆，或称元宵，是一种中国人在农历正月十五元宵节必吃的食品。曾有多种名称，如面茧、粉果、元宝、汤饼、圆不落角等，明永乐年间正式定名为元宵。

民间过元宵节吃元宵的习俗。元宵由糯米制成，或实心，或带馅。馅有豆沙、白糖、山楂、各类果料等，食用时煮、煎、蒸、炸皆可。起初，人们把这种食物叫“浮圆子”，后来又叫“汤团”或“汤圆”，这些名称“团圆”字音相近，取团圆之意，象征全家人团团圆圆，和睦幸福，人们也以此怀念离别的亲人。而广州人则习惯在大年叁十晚、八月十五这些代表团圆的日子吃汤圆，是对未来一年的寄望，希望明年的同样时候依然能与家人团聚

春节健康饮食注意事项

一、食物中存在的隐患

一般说来，人们平日经常食用的各种食物是不存在安全隐患的，但现代新技术在促进食品科技发展的同时也影响了食品的品质和口感，环境恶化导致农牧渔产品受到污染，还有一些不法分子使用有害化工制剂处理农、副、鱼类产品等，这些因素都将影响食品安全，虽然食品安全的总体情况在好转，上述情况并不常见，但了解了这些情况，消费者就可以在购买相应食品时有所挑选，小心选择。

二、集中采购请勿大意

虽然平时的食品市场就非常丰富，但很多人还是改不了春节集中采购的`习惯。健身中国提醒您，人们在这个时候购物没有平时挑选得仔细，一些有问题的食品也就乘虚而入。而商家在大批量进货时，也有可能放松对商品保质期等方面的严格检查，因此，消费者购买时应注意把关。

四、制作过程重视细节

制作是保证食物安全的重要程序，有一些细节需要非常注意。在食物加工过程中，手、器皿和切菜板、抹布等可能被生鲜食物中的细菌污染。因此要用肥皂把手洗干净，至少在温水里洗手20秒钟。手要用纸巾擦干，以防细菌留在手上。厨房用具的表面都要用消毒剂和餐巾纸擦洗干净。盘碟洗后用餐巾纸完全擦干，防止细菌繁殖。

肉类食物在制作前需要化冻，冰箱里的肉类要有足够的时间化冻，不要让化冻后的水流到别的地方或食品里。最好将需要化冻的食物放在一个盘子里，上面盖一张餐巾纸，让化冻的水由餐巾纸来吸干。

五、烹制食物既熟又透

生吃是现在流行的一种饮食习惯，我国传统饮食中也有生吃食物的习俗，但以生吃新鲜蔬菜为主，而生吃肉类是从西方传入我国的。但以肉类为例，如果烹调温度达不到100摄氏度，就不能杀死肉类食物上的寄生虫和病菌。此外，食品加热不透，寄生虫也能存活。如人们吃涮火锅、海鲜、烧烤等，最容易使食物处于半生不熟的状态，这时寄生虫卵最为活跃，食用后被感染的几率很高。烹制不熟的扁豆、加热不透的豆浆都有毒素存在，食用后会中毒。因此消费者不要盲目追求生食的饮食方式。
