3月是员工跳槽频繁发生的季节，而外企往往因其良好的工作环境、丰厚的薪酬、较多的个人发展机会而成为众多跳槽者竞相追逐的目标。但很多人在面试环节中惨遭“滑铁卢”，遗憾地与心仪已久的岗位失之交臂。如何能让面试官接受你抛出的“绣球”，赫敦(上海)管理顾问有限公司近日举办讲座，请专家协助求职者完成漂亮的“临门一脚”！

面试前知己知彼，不忘细节

应聘者在接到通知时，很容易被喜悦冲昏头脑。赫敦咨询顾问张岚建议，此时应聘者一定要保持冷静，拿好纸笔记下公司的确切名称、地址以及联系人，核实确认你所面试的职位以及需要携带的资料，可能的话甚至可以稍稍打探一下面试官的情况。

面试前的准备实际上就是一个知己知彼的过程，充分的准备是消除紧张、建立自信的一道良方。张岚认为，首要的工作是“知彼”。可以上网查询公司资料或从朋友处了解该公司的详细信息，主要包括公司的创始日期、员工人数、企业文化、竞争对手以及你所要应聘的职位等。

其次就是“知己”。可对照简历将自己主要的工作经历和工作业绩在头脑中勾勒出大致的轮廓，明确自己的工作技能，用以上资料精心准备一个“”。

再次，不要忘记准备一些给面试官的提问，问题可以包括公司的管理风格、组织结构、发展目标、业绩评估、职位晋升、部门同事、公司客户群、应聘职位在公司的地位等。张岚认为，应聘者一定要把握公司给予的提问机会，这不仅能显示出你对外企的兴趣，同时能提问也证明你是一个有想法、有主见的人，这样的应聘者易受到外企的青睐。

最后是着装和纸笔方面的准备。张岚提醒应聘者，切勿使用一些大卖场、保龄球馆、KTV等提供的广告笔以及笔记本，这样会给外企的面试官留下很不好的印象。

应聘者应提前10分钟左右来到面试地点。在跨进企业大门后就要时刻注意自己的一言一行，态度谦和又不失自信地面对接待你的每个人。一般正规的外企面试前，都会让应聘者填写一张面试表。张岚建议应聘者在工作经历这一栏可简单罗列一番，不要偷懒只写“见简历”、“见附件”甚至不写。另外，在离职原因一栏，尽量回避薪金太低或与上司关系不合等外企敏感的字眼，如果觉得有解释的必要就在该栏中填写“详谈”。

面试中三个问题，谨慎作答

接下来就到了真刀真枪、披挂上阵的'时候了。张岚为大家准备了三个可能导致面试不合格的问题。

第一，谈一下你自己。对于这样一个开放型的话题，很多人都容易犯信马由缰的毛病。因此，对于这类问题一定要把握分寸，要充分利用这3——5分钟展现你的工作技能和职业背景。在了解应聘职位的具体要求后，尽量将你所擅长的技能与该职位的关键要求对号入座，突出你能为公司做的贡献；同时要增加说服力，最好举几个以前工作中的例子，说明自己的工作能力和具备的良好素质。当然，中英文版本应各准备一套。

第二，为什么希望到外企工作？不少应聘者习惯于数落以前公司的不是，但张岚告诫应聘者，不要在老外面前轻易否定民企和国企的制度或批评原来公司的上司。因此，应聘者不妨换个角度，从你现在要应聘的公司着手组织几个原因，最好能实际而具体地提出公司发展潜力与个人欣赏公司风格的地方，明确地表达应聘动机和工作热情。

第三，我们为什么要雇用你？对这个问题，张岚认为应聘者一定要快速而自信地给予面试官一个回答，此时要把自我否定的想法全部抛在脑后，突出自己适合职位要求的技能即可。

面试后自我评估，加深印象

面试结束并不意味着应聘者可以大松一口气，其实还有很重要的两项工作等着去做。这就是评估面试结果和撰写感谢信。

回到家后，应聘者可将自己所了解的关于公司的正面因素和负面因素全部罗列出来，深思熟虑后确定自己是否要到该公司工作。为了增加印象分，应聘者还可以给面试官写一封感谢信。礼貌地感谢他给你这样一个机会，将自己在面试中遗漏的个人重要信息追加进去，或是对需要修正的部分再做一些解释，强调自己符合该职位的理由，最后表达一下自己希望被录取的心情。

1 关于文化

关于什么是文化，众多学者给出了不同的定义。Kluckhohn将文化定义为：“所谓文化指的是历史上创造的所有的生活样式，包括显性的和隐性的，包括合理的、不合理的以及谈上合理的或不合理的一切，它们在某一时期作为人们行为的潜在指南而存在。

[2]各国文化影响着其企业精神及用人理念的形成。企业是树，文化是根，不同企业文化对于招聘者的要求也各有差异，要在应聘外资企业时顺利入选，必须对其所在的企业文化有所了解。

2 价值观念

价值观念是文化的核心，

它无处不在，对人类的活动起着规定性的、指令性的作用，一切社会行为都是本民族价值观的真实写照，而价值观是民族性格的基石。有的学者把外企文化比喻成一个橙子，有很多层：最外表一层称象征物(Sym—bols)，如服装、语言、Office风格等，人的肉眼能够很容易看见，就像橙子的皮。第二层是英雄人物性格(Heroes)，在一种文化里，人们崇拜的英雄的性格，多多少少代表了该文化大多数人的性格，这种精神内涵可以用果肉来比拟。第三层是礼仪(Rituals)，礼仪是每种文化对待人和自然的独特方式，可以用橙子的味道来比拟。最里面一层是价值观(Values)，这是文化中最深邃、最难理解的部分，类似于橙子的果核。受“天人相分”宇宙观的影响，以美国为代表的西方国家价值观念为：崇尚个人主义、竞争；自由、多元、勇于冒险、注重创新。在此基础上形成的'美国民族性格为：平等，民主，自由；个人主义，尊重隐私权，相互独立；好奇，冒险，竞争；不拘礼节，非正式，坦率，真诚；崇尚变化差异；自助，自立，创新；人道主义；讲究效率，实用主义等。建立在美国价值观上的欧美型企业文化为：以人为本开放民主等。

3 企业用人
