“见了面试官,如履薄冰,手脚不知往哪儿放,头不敢抬,眼睛也不看人,低着头在那儿等过关,本来平时都能回答的问题,面试的时候脑子一片空白,还出现答非所问的现象,”

这是目前很多初入职场求职者遇到的普遍问题,一方面是由于信心不足,另一方面则是缺乏必要的面试技巧和经验。

应聘者在接受面试时,关键是要掌握一些简单的方法,遵循一些基本的原则,这样才能给面试考官留下一个好印象。让我们通过一些简约而不简单的实例,来印证专家们的真知灼见吧!

亲友团:“不带为妙”

案例:

李梅是独生女,从小到大学毕业都没有离开过父母半步,生活诸方面都是由父母操办,由此养成了“衣来伸手、饭来张口”的陋习,生活独立性很差。

提醒:

在应聘面试时,“亲友团”还是不带为妙。千万不要以“情侣档”或父母陪同的方式去求职,这样会让考官认为你依赖性太强、独立性太差,继而对你的能力产生怀疑。尤其值得注意的是,询问招聘的情况,一定要自己打电话或者上门亲自询问。这些直接影响着考官对你的第一印象,决定着你求职的.成败。

微笑:“始终如一”

张晓平性格内向、表情生硬,在面试遭到多次失败后,才深知微笑的重要性。于是,他借阅了一些书籍,并按照书上的要求,对着镜子练习微笑。功夫不负有心人,晓平终于可以微笑“自如”了。他信心十足地又到处去应聘。一次,晓平到一家公司应聘营销经理,接待人员将他领到面试地点,他一心想着怎样放松自己,面试时让微笑自然流露出来,便冷落了接待人员,结果又惨遭淘汰。

提醒:

微笑应贯穿应聘全过程。应聘者进了公司,从跟前台打交道开始,就不妨以笑脸示人。见到面试官之后,不管对方是何种表情,都要微笑着与其握手、作自我介绍。在面试过程中,也要始终注意,不要让面部表情过于僵硬,要适时保持微笑。面试结束后,不管面试官给了你怎样伤心的答复,也要微笑着起身,并主动握手道别。

提醒:

Identify main products, services and functions. Speak to employees, vendors or other contacts with inside knowledge. Acquire strategic information that will enable you to speak knowledgeably and offer valuable insight during your interview.
