Species and biological communities have difficulty adapting to change. Economic opportunities and the quality of life of future generations are also put at risk. 因此，关心残疾人的困难，是我们每一个人义不容辞的责任，也是创建和谐社会的需要。同学们，很多事情在我们看来是举手之劳，对他们来说却是一种奢望。给残疾人一个搀扶只需你付出一只手的力量，给他们一个公交车上的座位只需你付出多站一会儿的辛苦，爱护他们的专用设施只需你付出绕一下路的时间。关爱残疾人是全社会的责任，让我们从身边做起，从小事做起，从一点一滴做起，不只是在昨天、今天，而是在今后的每一天。让我们每一个人都献出爱心，弘扬中华民族尊老爱幼、扶残助残的传统美德，给弱小的人更多关爱和帮助吧!

其实残疾不特殊，每一个人都是有自已的生命价值的，残疾人也不例外。
残疾不是某个人的错，他们只是我们中的不幸者，就像一棵根深叶茂的大树，风吹过，雨打过，总会有残损受伤的枝叶，但我们始终是同根同枝的兄弟姐妹，他们不应被我们轻视漫待，甚至避而远之。我们不得不承认，在这个利益多元化的社会中，能想到去关心残疾人、关爱残疾人的人是少之又少了。但是，无数残疾人工作者想到了，我们的一届又一届残联领导班子、全体干部职工想到了，也做到了。为了那一双双渴望关怀的眼睛，他们有的人在平凡的岗位上一干就是几年、几十年。在他们的心目中，残疾人的事无论多小都是大事，自己的事无论多大都是小事!在他们的精神感召和引领下，越来越多的志愿者加入了扶残助残行列，为合水的残疾人事业、为和谐合水建设作出了巨大贡献。
残疾人是一个特殊的群体，他们的成长道路上充满了艰难和困苦，他们在发展的道路上付出了艰辛的努力。尊重残疾孩子的受教育权、发展权，给他们以平等的权利、同等的机会，是政府和全社会义不容辞的责任。多年来，政府高度重视特教事业，加强了对特教工作的领导，加大了对特教的倾斜。残疾人事业是一项公益事业，是一项社会事业，更是一项慈善事业，需要政府和会社会的共同关怀和支持。
对于残疾人，我们不能只有所谓的忘却和无视，而是要给予更多的关心和理解。只有这样，人与人之间才会团结起来，爱才会传播到每个残疾人的心中。关爱残疾人，并不是一味的同情他，身为残疾人，同样也有自己的自尊心;关爱残疾人，就要帮他克服自尊心，积极地面对生活。
关爱残疾人，不是口头上的一句关爱，而是附着于行动，用行动去扞卫他们的人格。良心使然，道义使然，责任使然!让我们向渴望平等的残疾孩子献出友爱之心，伸出友爱之手，扶助他们回归主流，走和社会。为最终实现残疾人“平等、参与、共享”的崇高目标而努力奋斗!
