武汉大学在职研究生的老师根据近几年MBA考生的复试经验，形成此篇总结，与大家共勉，面试的结果与自己的细节表现有很大的关系，所以不要恐惧面试，要放松心情，给考官一个好的印象，相信你初试的高分和复试的出色表现一定能让考官留下你这个人才，人最重要的就是相信自己，所以我从以下几个方面谈谈我复试的经验。
穿着得体 一定要显得严肃、庄重。给老师留下良好的第一印象。在穿着方面，男生应该尽量穿西服或者比较正式的服装，女生千万不要穿紧身衣或者短裙，不过，复试的时间一般在春季，还不到穿短裙的季节。另外，尽量不要染发，女生可以染一些比较淡的浅色。面试的导师一般年纪都在45以上，不管你有多少才华，他们基本不会接受新新人类。所以大家谨记这两点。
礼貌待人
进门的时候一定要敲门，然后很有礼貌的表示对老师的尊重，鞠躬比较好，或者对着各位老师说声“老师好!”问好的时候一定要用眼神扫一下各位老师，不能就望着一位老师说。因为每一位老师都不希望被忽视，这一点要注意。
另外，在进面试室之前一定要先把手机关闭，千万不要出现在面试现场手机响个不停的尴尬局面，

如果真的在面试过程中出现没有意料到的尴尬局面，在面试结束后一定要向老师表达歉意。
谈吐自如
在英语面试的时候，如果是自己口述而不是老师问问题的话，应该尽量把自己的英语介绍材料浓缩，语速千万不要太快。如果你语速太快而且句式复杂的话，会给老师一种表现太过的感觉，这里的意思不是说老师不愿意听到学生很好的表达能力。关键是在老师面前说话要说的清楚明白，让老师有很好的印象。还有要表现的尽量谦逊一些，再怎样谦逊，老师是不太会介意的。
态度诚恳
专业面试的时候一定要诚实，不会的时候就诚实的说自己不是很了解，把自己所了解的尽量说出来。曾经有一个例子，初试成绩很高的报考经济学的一个同学在面试的时候被提问：philips曲线是什么时候提出的?其实这个问题十分刁钻，就连很多经济大师也不一定知道，如果你不是很了解具体的日子就说“可能”二字，然后把自己所知道的讲出来。可是那个同学肯定的回答是1960年提出的。因为态度十分肯定，而且他的意图就是“蒙考”，以为可以蒙骗过去，结果老师也没有多问几个问题，当时自己还感觉特别良好。它的结果是错的，结果，自然是被刷了。

一、General Part
1.Why do You Choose MBA?
我很相信作家柳青的一句话：“人生的路虽然很长，可最关键的只有几步”。譬如高考、考研、找工作、结婚......这些都是Bigdeals。这几件事把握好了，人的一生可以说是没啥遗憾。今天，我们决定考MBA，也是人生开始转折的一个契机。决定并不容易，它包含着两个subtopics，第一个是choice，另一个是determination。做选择是第一步，下决心是第二步。想清楚自己做这个决定的理由是非常重要的，因为这个理由将在以后的岁月里给你提供源源不断地精神和力量。
做这个决定之前最好有比较充分的考察。像考哪些科目、考哪所学校，考全职还是在职等，这都属于最基本的问题。比较容易忽略的是，如果考全职，你是否愿意放弃现有的工作和收入，你是否愿意承受上学的成本和代价？（成本不仅仅是学费和生活费，还有你两年未工作没有收入的机会成本。）当然，上MBA和出国一样，都是一种投资，读完后你的平台会更开阔眼界会更高远，这些是无疑的。
还有一点就是对管理的兴趣，当然这点对于老师招生来说，很重要，但对于考生备考来说，不是最重要的。如果你想当一名管理者并且认为自己具备管理的潜质，那么MBA非常适合你；如果你仅仅是想通过它当跳板，MBA也会给你非常大的帮助，但最终的效能能有多少，还得看个人的造化。
2. Three Characters of Study
学习是我们参与的最为直接和长期的过程。寒窗十载，我们每个人都对“学习”这个事情有着或多或少的理解。对自我学习状态的准确分析很关键，尤其要明确自己的学习障碍。拿我自己来说，挑战我备考的最大的障碍是工作忙碌，自控能力比不上那些生活极其有规律且自我要求极其严格的牛人。因此我选择了辅导班，而且是可以一直跟到考试的长期辅导班。这对我来说，上辅导班极大的保持了我学习的连续性。即使我在五个工作日一点都没复习，周末的课程也能帮助我温故和知新。辅导班还有另外两个好处：第一，当你复习的懈怠和绝望时，老师的鼓励就好比强心剂，让你瞬间充满信心和力量，斗志昂扬；其他同学积极的复习状态也像镜子一样映射着你，让你自觉羞愧，迎头赶上。第二，复习中的问题可以随时请教老师和同学，避免学习的难点和漏洞积少成多，难以挽救。
工作忙碌不是我们懒于复习的理由，常常以此安慰自己和放纵自己是注定要失败的。但是我也不提倡把自己搞的疲惫不堪，比如夜里两点入睡五点起床，这是极大的身心摧残，效果并不理想。我在这个阶段重新思索了一下思考了一些“将学习进行到底，学习无孔不入”的tricks（我宁愿把这些小行为称为学习的tricks而不是methods）。对我来说，基于这些tricks上的学习，就好比一粒粒沙子填满我日常生活的每个小空间，让我的不再因为难以挤出大块复习时间而焦虑。更有趣的是，工作之后的我逐渐发现，学习比工作轻松地多，工作之余的学习，居然也是一种休息，比打游戏逛街来的更踏实更有安全感。我每天上班坐公交车的时候，会背单词和复习周末上课的英语讲义；每天早起一个小时做数学题；午休的时候练几道逻辑题，偶尔还会有达到清醒头脑高效工作的意外效果；在家打扫卫生洗衣服的时候就把课件打开听十几分钟；尽量选择一些对写作有帮助的书籍填充Reading Time，比如李开复的《做最好的自己》和《世界因你不同》等。读这些书的好处不仅仅在于建立起中文写作的语感，你会发现对准备面试也很有帮助，因为面试老师很有可能会问到：what‘s your favourite book？然后你可以不假思索的答出Be Your Personal Best。这些tricks让我比较享受备考过程，学习更像工作之余的调剂品，而非负担，在某种程度上缓解了学习中枯燥，让我坚持做到了课后的巩固和强化。
MBA并不是一项纯考学习技能的考试，因此单从知识考核上来说，比考研容易，甚至在感觉上比高考还要容易。我不知道是不是因为我的心态比那时候的我好了，还是我变聪明了。反正情商的提高会极大的刺激智商的发挥。每天进步一点点，就是我每天都在鼓励自己的一句话。睡觉前做对一个数学题，我就会睡的特别的香。很多人不愿意开始学习很多是因为畏惧心理，畏惧心浮气躁没有学习状态，畏惧不懂的内容太多进度太慢，畏惧没有成就感总是打击自信……这种心理我也曾经有过，在经历过“一口吃成大胖子”的失败后，我把对自己的要求放低了，不再责备自己为什么这个问题别人会而我不会，每天我就攻克一个两个的知识点，踏踏实实的在此基础上举一反三，错误就这样慢慢的减少，分数就这样慢慢提高。
总结一下，学习的特点有三个：
keeping continuous study，finding some study tricks fitting for you and making progress step by step。最重要的是，Just do it！
3. Methodology
关于一些大的方法我不再多说，我只说几点对我比较有帮助的：
①Time Management and Plan
合理安排时间最好的方法就是制定计划，可以给大家参考一下我当时计划表。我也没有完全按照这份时间表执行，因为计划都是完美的，总有一些事情和一些情绪干扰着我们，我能做到的就是尽量使自己去按照计划做。但是绝不要因为一时的计划没完成而放弃整个计划的执行，计划完成70%就算成功了。另外，老师也会给你一个复习计划，但这个复习计划会比较粗，你还要根据自己的情况进行细化。细化的程度一定要精细到每月每周每天分别完成什么任务，最好还要规定一下自己的掌握程度。比如，九月份第一周学会形式逻辑如何解题，到十月的第三周，就应该能很熟练地运用这些方法，并保证基本不错题。
②Goal and Attitude
目标的重要性不言而喻，要培养制定目标和分解目标的意识。报考哪所学校和最后考到多少分是你的终极目标，但不要忘记在复习过程中分解目标，把大目标分解成一个个可以实现的小目标，我称其为“目标阶梯”。目标阶梯也是需要根据自己的水平不断修正和调整的。模考阶段，目标阶梯的作用比较明显。我最初五次模考的目标分别是：国家线、180、190、200、210，后来发现自己第一次模考就超过了200，于是调整了目标，分数制定的更高了些。

There are four members in my family; my parents, my cute cat of 9 years old and me. My father is a technician in the Fujian TV station. He often goes out on business.
