《交流学讲章》的读书心得

《交流学讲章》是我国资深外交家吴建民所著，现任外交学院教授。“交流学”是吴建民到外交学院任院长之后开设的一门新课程。出版了《交流学十四讲》，其中吴建民讲了八讲，这次出版的《交流学讲章》汇集了吴建民在外交学院的八讲，包括他在开办“交流学”课程之后的一些心得体会。

本书结构清楚，从两个方面铺陈开来讲述交流学的内容。首先是理论方面，分别从短时间交流、中等时间交流以及长时间交流进行叙述，以时间长度作为主线，中间穿插有吴大使从事外交事业过程中的精彩案例。在第二部分吴大使对过程的演讲名篇进行了分析，配上他个人的见解，精辟深刻。

本书可以使读者理解交流学的基本理论体系，掌握交流所涉及的基本要素和常用手段，并通过大量的模拟案例将理论学习与亲身实践相结合，增强进行语言交流、非语言交流和跨文化交流以及处理与媒体关系的能力，由此让大家拥有良好的沟通习惯、态度和能力。下面，我就进行交流时需要遵循的原则谈谈自己的一点学习感悟。

人活在世上总是要同人打交道的，书中提到了人在进行交流时需要遵循的六条具体原则：即敬、诚、当、效、听、让。

(一)敬：即主体对客体应当表现应有的尊重。这里说的主体和客体是指，交流的一方为主体，被交流的一方为客体。人是需要尊重的，不论男、女、老、幼，都需要得到尊重，如果对方感到你不尊重他、瞧不起他，目中无人，主体想与客体进行的交流就很难做好，更谈不上达到预期的目的。敬包含几层含义：一是对于交流的对象，要尊重。主观上一定要采取尊敬的态度，千万不能瞧不起人家。如果瞧不起人家，就会自觉不自觉地流露出来。流露出来，就会伤害对方，或使对方感到不快。这必定同你通过交流所希望达到的目的是南辕北辙的。二是要让对方感到你是在尊重他。主观上尊重对方，与上对方感到你是在尊重也，二者并非一回事。注意衣着，不仅有自身形象的问题，而且还体现出对对方的尊重。三是避免使对方难堪。即使客人出了什么洋相，也要设法使他们不感到为难。

(二)诚。首先要真诚，讲真话，不讲假话，待人以诚。做人做事、交朋友，投机取巧是不行的。“万类相感以诚”，是指人与人之间的交往，只有诚才能换取对方的诚，只有诚才能打动人，只有诚才能交上真正的朋友。其次讲话要有信用，说话要算数，要信守诺言，言行一致，说到做到。因此这里有一个言论和行动的问题。你的讲话人们听了，但是人们要看你行为上是不是这样做的，如果你是言行一致，威信就会提高。

(三)当。首先是指主体在与客体交流时，要找准自己的位置。弄清楚你要交流的客体是比你高、是平级、还是比你低。位置摆不对，就交易出问题。其次是讲话要与自己的身份相称。比方书中提到国家领导人的讲话并不是谁都可以用的。你是省市领导人，一般情况下你不能代表全中国，只能代表你的省市讲话。如果位置不对，那就是错位，错位讲话听起来不舒服。最后是分寸把握好。讲话同别人交流，把握好分寸是很困难的。你至少需要考虑以下因素：(1)你要向对方传达什么样的信息;(2)对方的接受程序;(3)当时的大环境和小环境。

(四)效：指你同别人交流的.效果如何。这其中包含两层含义，一是通过你同别人的沟通与交流，你达到了预期的目的，即向对方传达了你想传达的信息。二是“效”是有好差之分的。想要达到高标准的“效”是很不容易的，要做到这一点，必须知已知彼。进行认真的思考，对自己要扬长避短，充分发挥自身的优势。对你交流的对象要琢磨透，所谓琢磨透，是指怎么样讲他容易接受，容易听进去，不使他一听就反感，这就要下很多功夫。

(五)听。这里所说的听包含三层含义。第一层含义是主观上注意听对方讲话，而不是心不在焉，一个耳朵进，一个耳朵出。第二层含义是让对方感到你在认真听，这与前者并不完全一回事。如果你一边听对方的讲话，一边在看手机短信，或者看文件，对方就感到你没有在认真听他讲话，心里就会不快。有的时候也许你是在认真听对方讲话，但是你眼睛不看对方，也会让对方感到你并没有在认真听，同样会让对方心里不舒服，这样交流的效果就会大打折扣。听的第三层含义是善问。这里有很大的学问，人们在向你阐述其个问题时，往往由于某些原因，有些地方没有讲透，或者有些精彩的思想并没有完全讲出来。如果你善问，对方会觉得你不仅认真听他讲话了，而且听进去了，听明白了，对方会很高兴地把他的一些好思想向你作进一步的阐述。所以，在同别人交流时，听是一个非常重要的原则，往往被人们忽视。其实讲和听是辨证的关系，只有有来有往，才能交流好。只讲不听的人，不是善于交流的人，只有又会讲又会听的人，才能在交流中取得最佳效果。

(六)让。让，很有学问，给别人空间，自己才有空间。人与人之间进行接触和交流时，特别是不相识的人初次结识时，你是否注意礼让至关重要。因为让或者不让会参与形成对方对你的第一印象。首先是礼让。同别人进行接触时，进门、入座、进食、要注意礼让，请对方先行，这是对对方尊重的表示。这些事情虽然小，但是在一定程度上能反映出你个人的素质。二是在会谈中可以让对方先讲。三是在辩论中先让一步，有时也是一种高明的做法。

我叫李一鸣，我喜欢读书。读书可以帮助人增长知识，让生活多姿多彩。我读书有许多渠道：一是读爸爸给我买的很多书，如《西游记》、《水浒传》、《三国演义》等；二是家里订了《儿童文学》、《少年文艺》、《中国少年报》等杂志报纸；三是每到星期六，我都到新华书店去阅读课外书籍，有时也买些回家读。三是利用班级图书箱与同学交换阅读。渐渐的，我爱上读书，一看到有好的书，我就忍不住拿来读一读，渐渐地书成了我的好伙伴。书使我开阔了眼界，增长了知识，陶冶了情操，令我受益匪浅。

《话题作文》是爸爸送给我的第一本作文书，开始我还不接受，认为作文书并不重要，爸爸便在每晚读几篇给我听。后来，我发现作文书提高了我的作文水平，我开始自己主动读书了。后来，我们班级把阅读作为班级特色，班主任王老师号召我们全班开展阅读活动。我更加如鱼得水，如饥似渴地阅读，每天保证阅读半小时到一小时的课外书籍。慢慢的，我喜欢上更多书了，我变成了一只爱嘎吱嘎吱“啃”书的“小书虫”，成天沉浸在书的`海洋里…

一直以来，读书是我最大的爱好。每次读书时总是像在跟一个老朋友谈话一样，没有忧愁，没有烦恼。从开始读书到现在，我仿佛长大了许多，更明白了许多人生的道理.也找到了无限的快乐。

大家都开学了，我也开学了。开学的第一天，你们都是干什么?上课?开会?大扫除?军训?不!不不!都不是。你猜不到吧，嗨，告诉你吧，我们开展了一整天的读书交流活动。就是将你家里看过了不想要的书拿来，和同学们换你没看过的书。当然在换书之前，你必须要在书的扉页写上你对这本书的读后感，然后签上你的大名，也算留个纪念吧。

早上八点不到，校园里就开始沸腾了，每个同学手里都拿着几本书，就像没头苍蝇似地满校园乱窜。我也带了三本书，一本是《爱的教育》最新版，一本是《岳飞传》，还有一本是漫画书《小夫子》。开始我在班里找同学换，可是班里同学的书我都看过了，看来再找也没有交换市场了。我就急忙拉了好友唐跃慈冲出了教室，到别的班级去换。

在路上，我们首先遇见了一位五年级的大姐姐，她的手上也拿了几本书，我看到她有一本《动物的故事》，就立刻叫住她，要和她交换。她翻看了我的三本书，也看中了我的《岳飞传》，ok，我们的交易成功了。

书一拿到手，我连好朋友都忘了打招呼，就迫不及待地在花园里找了个石墩坐下来，如饥似渴地翻看起来。正当我看的入迷时，突然，我觉得有几道强光射来，我以为要下雨了，是不是闪电呢?我抬头一看，哎呀，我的妈耶，就在我的侧面，有一台摄像机正向我悄悄地移过来，差点把我给吓着了。原来是电视台的叔叔阿姨正在我们学校作采访，他们看我看书看的那么认真，所以就来偷拍我了，当这些叔叔阿姨知道我已发现他们了，干脆就给我来了正面的特写镜头了。哇塞，今天晚上我可要上电视了。全市的人们都会知道，广场路小学有一个爱读书的小女生叫赵近。这时就有许多的同学们围了过来，有几个比较调皮的小男生也要求上镜头，但电台的叔叔阿姨们没同意，我就觉得自己仿佛一下子就成了明星。不过心里却在嘀咕：我怎么就那么容易成名?这名星也太好当了。(我好象在杀牛吹皮耶)

刚开始读《小王子》时，一下子就被那清新文笔和单纯世界所吸引。在深读之后，却为小王子那慑人心魂的忧伤而心悸，为他纯洁而执着的爱所感动，也为自己那逐渐泯灭的童心而哀悼。世上的人总是空虚、盲目、愚妄和死板教条，但小王子不是。他身上所携带的爱与责任，是广阔无垠的撒哈拉沙漠上的一湾清泉，滋润了即将渴死的迷途者，冷却了旅途急躁不安的怒火，带给世人最舒适的心灵之水。

有人这是一个属于成人的童话，属于曾经有过童心的成年人的童话，孩子们是无法体会小王子彻骨的忧伤和沉重的爱，他们也不应该过早地体会这些，他们应该在阳光明媚的世界里享受着快乐的时光。这与其说是一个童话，不如说是一个悲剧。童话里的主人公总是像白雪公主或灰姑娘一样，幸福美满地生活。而忧伤的小王子却在发现爱的真谛后死在沙漠里。但我觉得正是这样的与众不同，造就了小王子，那样一个独一无二的小王子。

小说的情节很简单，主要是从“我”的角度讲述小王子的游历过程。因为一朵美丽而娇气的玫瑰，小王子离开了一直平静地生活着的B-612小游星，他先后游历了六个星球，在这些星球上，他遇到一些他觉得很不可理喻的大人，例如狂妄自大的国王，财迷心窍的商人、迂腐的点灯人……于是他不断的感慨，“大人的世界确实奇怪。”在这里作者以小王子的孩子式的眼光，透视出这些大人们的空虚、盲目和愚妄，也道出了成人的.孤独寂寞、无所适从的处境。最后他来到了地球。在这里他遇到了一只狐狸，这只狐狸给他解决了那朵娇气的小玫瑰给他带来的对爱的疑惑，使他明白，爱意味着责任，意味着慈悲，有了爱，生活里的一切才有了意义。

我们在得到的同时都会失去，可是当我们同一些事物“建立某种关系”后，得到与失去都已变得不再重要。重要的是，以一种平和的心态去对待，无论结局是喜是悲，至少我们还拥有麦子的颜色。

最后，小王子走了，就像卖火柴的小女孩飞向与奶奶在一起的没有寒冷没有饥饿的世界一样，他奔向他永恒的爱去了。留给这世界的只是金色的麦田和一园子无关紧要的玫瑰花，还有我们在徒劳地哭泣。而我们就象渴望被驯顺的狐狸一样，对着麦田思念着小王子金色的头发。因为小王子，我相信沙漠里确实藏着水井，因为小王子他听到辘轳在风中的声音，并饮了那令荒漠变得美丽的甘泉。

原本以为《鹅卵石》只是一本普通的少年探险小说，故事中人物的友情让我产生了许多感触。从最初的互不相干，到后来的和睦相处、互相帮助，故事中的主人公让我对友谊有了新的了解。他们开朗的性格也深深吸引了我，让我以快乐的心态面对繁忙的功课。读到结尾，人们关注的不再是谜底，而是兄妹俩深深地亲情。一个哥哥为妹妹付出了那么多，让我的泪不觉地“决堤”了。

慢慢的，陈大同知道了鹅卵石的来历，来的一位女孩叫素雯，她正是少年朱树凯的妹妹。那天，少年朱树凯在河边用鲜红的颜料画了“100”颗有红色爱心的鹅卵石想让素雯快乐起来。可突然，山洪爆发了，朱树凯死了，而那“100”可鹅卵石坠入了何底，蔡诗诗和春喜姐用红颜料也画了100颗鹅卵石想让素雯脱离失去哥哥和找不到哥哥的鹅卵石的痛苦之中。可素雯却更加伤心，最后是成大同安慰了素雯。

素霞走后，诗诗在阳光的暴晒下找到那些朱树凯的鹅卵石并中暑了。大同把鹅卵石带给了素霞发现只有99个，原来朱树凯是想让素霞久久快乐，快乐久久。
