工作方面努力工作，认真完成工作任务。一年来，我始终坚持严格要求自己，勤奋努力，时刻牢记全心全意为人民服务的宗旨，努力作好本职工作。坚持原则，正确维权，在窗口工作，既要热情服务，又要坚持原则，才能维护窗口的正常秩序。作为户籍民警，我始终坚持以“微笑是我的美丽，服务是我的宗旨”为座右铭，认真做好本职工作。在做好本职工作的同时，又积极主动配合派出所其他民警工作。
在思想上严于律己，自觉加强党性锻炼，政治思想觉悟得到提高。一年来，始终坚持运用马克思列宁主义的立场、观点和方法论，坚持正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，并用以指导自己的学习、工作和生活裎。热爱祖国、热爱党、热爱社会主义，坚定共产主义信念，与党组织保持高度一致。认真贯彻执行党的路线、方针、政策，工作积极主动，勤奋学习，不畏艰难，尽职尽责，任劳任怨，在平凡的工作岗位上作出力所能及的贡献。
这一年来，始终坚持一边工作一边学习，不断提高了自身综合素质水平。平时主动、认真、虚心、诚恳地向老民警学习，发扬艰苦奋斗的精神，只有这样才能在艰苦的环境中创造“奇迹”。回顾一年来的工作，我在思想上、学习上、工作上都取得了很大的进步，成长了不少，但也清醒地认识到自己的不足之处，在以后的工作中，我一定会扬长避短、克服不足、认真学习、发奋工作、积极进取，把工作做的更好，为人民群众做的更多，贡献做的更大。
篇12：工作自我评价
为了有一个好的开始，20xx年的第一季度的工作抓得比较严，在这样的.情景下，我不仅仅做好了自我的本职工作，还出色的完成了一些额外的任务，在工作上充分发挥了自身的优势，在学习上不断的提高自我。现就2019年第一季度的工作评价如下：
一、工作上
在为客户服务的同时，在适当的情景下，我还推销出去一些银行的理财产品，令客人满意而归。
在服务上，我比去年有所提高，同时在空闲时间不断锻炼自我的交际本事，阅读书籍，让自我的表达得到人的喜欢。所以在今年的第一季度我能够更好地为客户服务，让客户感觉到宾至如归，在填写一些资料时，和客户进行攀谈，试探是否对银行的一些产品感兴趣，从而进行推荐。在第一季度中，我取得了不错的成效，期望能够第二季度中再接再厉。
二、学习上
在第一季度中，我还是在对银行加深了解，在我工作范围内的东西我能够做到在客户有疑问是迅速反应过来，给予正确的答案。
因为在日常工作中我和客户打交道的地方比较多，所以我会时刻注意自我的言行和姿态，在去年评价之后，我对自我的表现不是很满意，所以在新年的开始我就像拥有资深阅历的老同事学习和请教。尤其是在平时接待客户时，我期望能够训练成拥有和她一样的条件反射，同时以更加完美的姿态迎接客户。在言行方面，我从各个地方查找资料，期望能够掌握表达技巧，将自我的意思经过更加适宜的语言讲述出来，在这三个月中，已经卓有成效。
一年之中最为重要的节日已经过去，新的时代来临，银行在不断的发展和前进，前三个月的结束代表着新的挑战的到来，新年的四分之一都已经是过去式了，更加严峻的形式在等待着我们，而我期望在这样的压力中能够继续突破自我的极限，为自我开辟出一条平坦宽阔的道路，以便自我走向光辉璀璨的未来。
