This summer vacation this year, there is a happy and meaningful!

In this year's summer vacation, I was on the track team. This not only enriched my after school life, but also enhanced my physique.

在今年的暑假里，我参加了田径队。这不仅丰富了我的'课余生活，还增强了我的体质。

到了田径队，就得流汗，特别是在这烈日炎炎的夏天，就算待在家里不动，也能流汗浃背。在田径队里，高抬腿、小步跑，光是这几个动作就已经然你受不了了。万万没想到的是，老师竟然还让我们托车轮跑，虽然跑步成绩有提高，但是，老天爷，你是不是要累死我们啊!

Though my daily life is extremely monotonous, I try hard to adapt myself to it. Why? Because I intend to be a good student. I wish to render service to my country.

I get up at six o’clock every day. After I wash my face and brush my teeth, I begin to review my lessons. I go to school at seven o’clock.

After school is over, I return home. We usually have supper at seven o’clock.Then I begin to do my homework. I want to finish it before I go to bed.

If his conduct is not good, no one will consider making friends with him.

my plan for summer vacation

the longing summer vacation is approaching, it is the best part of the school year for me. i cannot let the holidays elapse (逝去) meaninglessly, my vacation should be a phase (时期、阶段) of harvest. the events in my plan should give me a sense of infinite potential.
