听力就是靠语感，所以培养“耳濡目染”的感觉，闲着没事就听，走路听，睡前听。别以为睡着了听听力没用，专家表示，睡眠时仍然有一定的记忆能力。英文电影，也可以提高听力水平。或者没事听VOA广播。

选词填空一篇建议放在最后做，因为分值低难度大，如若把时间浪费在此题上得不偿失。每空是3.55分，而段落匹配每小题7.1分，阅读理解每小题14.2分。所以哪个重要一目了然。

段落匹配是送分题，一定要保证得满分。先看题干，画出题干中的关键词，最好是名词，因为动词在原文中很容易被替换。然后利用“三点定位”既：三个题干中的原词便可确定原文的段落。

阅读理解是重头戏，但是要掌握时间，题目与原文是顺序对应的，通常一段有一个问题。先看题干，画出关键词，然后利用关键词找原文。通常答案是原文中的某个原词加替换词。

翻译，主要是靠平常所积累的单词。但是切记不要写错词错语法，当遇到不会的单词而又想不到同义词替换时，可以省略不写。

准备一：制定计划，按部就班

学习要有计划，对于英语四级考试，我们也应该有一个计划，把时间好好分配，严格按计划执行，在自己空闲时间来复习英语，会有事半功倍的效果。

准备二：词汇是基础

好好买一本四级词汇书，或者是网上查找四级单词，将它下载打印，每天抽时间背单词，还要找时间复习我们昨天背过的单词。

准备三：听力很重要

听力对于四级考试也是很重要的，在我们每天背单词的同时也要花个十几分钟听听英语朗文，或者听听以前四级考试的听力题目，培养感觉。

大学英语四级学习方法

考试趁早。由于我们高中学习英语时间比较多，词汇量储存大，所以一旦大学通知可以报名考试，你一定要先报名，不要想着学一段时间再报，因为随着时间推移，你的词汇量会慢慢淡忘，不利于考试。

学习时间。如果你的英语基础比较薄弱，那你最少要准备4个月时间，前两个月每天抽出两小时学习，后两个月每天学习5小时;如果你基础较好，那准备2到3个月时间即可，本人基础还可以，准备了两个月的时间，最后顺利通过。

基础薄弱者学习重点。基础不好的学生，要先掌握足够的词汇量，不要去背字典，可以在书店或网上买一杯四级词汇手册，里面提炼出了四级考试的所有词汇，每天背10到20个单词，反复记忆，直到脱口而出。一个月后开始做四级模拟题，两天一套或一天一套，争取所有知识点都掌握，最后再做真题。

基础较好者学习重点。基础还可以的学生，词汇量掌握也还可以，可以找一本高频词汇，比较难平时自己记不住的，利用闲暇时间背一下，并与模拟题同时学习，保证每天的学习量，最后再做历年的真题。

熟做真题。做真题只需要选择最近五年的真题即可，其余的真题价值不大，做真题时要明确考点，并且按照规定时间完成，将错题记录在本子上，最后统一复习，每套真题最少要做两遍，因为真题都是精华，里面出现的词汇很可能再次出现。

首先是要切忌单纯地背单词。往往在四级考试之前，许多同学会日日夜夜捧着一本词汇手册猛背，争取要在最后的时间中记住更多的单词。其实这是一个误区。背单词增大词汇量是件好事，但单纯得记单词就不可取了。俗话说，词不离句。意思就是说要把单词放到句子中去理解、去分析。

其次，要在最后的时间段里进行广泛地阅读，不断提高阅读的速度、技巧和效率，熟练掌握阅读科学的方法。纵所周知，阅读是四级考试中所占比例最大的一部分，那么我们该怎样将其把握好呢?这就需要我们平时进行广泛地阅读，坚持阅读，在不断的阅读过程中掌握一定的方法。阅读的内容可广泛地涉及到时事，科技，文化，风土人情等。具体阅读的方法在很多相关的辅导书上都有介绍，在此不再赘述。总之，英语阅读很重要，广大同学要予以足够的重视。
