一、明确复习目的，理清思路
无论做什么事首先要明确目的。高考英语试题在重视英语基础知识的同时，构成了以 篇章阅读为主体的试题布局，突出对语言运用潜力的考查。高三复习的最终目的是提高学生的语言运用潜力，但知识是潜力的基础，对潜力的测试必然要结合对知识的测试，这是对学生多年系统化的、积累的、活化的知识的测试：超多的知识考查透过潜力测试得以实现，熟练掌握英语基础知识正是为发展英语运用潜力做准备。

一、抓好词汇复习，夯实语言基础

A new app aims to help parents interpret what their baby wants based on the sound of their cry.The free app ChatterBaby, which was released last month, analyzes the acoustic (声学的) features of a baby’s cry, to help parents understand whether their child might be hungry, fussy or in pain.While critics say caregivers should not rely too much on their smartphone, others say it’s a helpful tool for new or tired parents.

It’s a real case of fish out of water.Blennies (鲇鱼) in the South Pacific Ocean are gradually relocating to land to escape their predators (捕食者), in an example of evolution in action.
Fish first began crawling onto dry land about 400 million years ago, kicking off an evolutionary chain of events that led to humans.But their reasons for exiting the sea have been uncertain.
To look for clues, Terry Ord at the University of New South Wales in Australia has been studying several species of blennies at Rarotonga, the largest of the Cook Islands.
At low tide, blennies are commonly found swimming in rock pools around the edges of the island.But when high tide moves in, they climb up to dry land and move around the rocks until the tide retreats.

首次带高三并不总是让人担心的。根据我历年的观察，凡是首次带高三的教师一般都能出成绩。因为学校既已交给了他或她的重任，就已经说明他们具有担当重任的实力。当然压力是在所难免的，但压力之下往往能生出更大的动力来，这是一般规律。今年高考高级中学李俏波老师就是实例，她初带高三一路踏实地走过来，虚心学习，潜心教学，所带班级出成绩也是很自然的事情。高三（7）班理科班平均分114.4分，高三（8）班文科班平均分达119.4分，是全校最高的。我已给李俏波老师布置作业，让她把首次带高三的体会写出来给更多的初带高三的老师分享。话说陈微薇老师，她也是首次带高三，从我所了解的情况来看，明年的今天我要表扬的人当中肯定会有她。她所教的内容首先是听力教学，接着是复习高一第一模块第二单元的知识点，使用的课本是名师一号。她的课节奏明快，表达清晰，知识点讲授到位，仔细详尽，但缺点也是极其明显的。刘湘杰老师也是复习高一第一模块第二单元的知识点，教师讲得也非常仔细，面面俱到，未恐漏下什么。这种心理高三任课教师当中普遍存在。课后，我便与备课组老师一起讨论分析这样的教学模式，并提出了六条意见，其实在提这些意见前，任课教师心里早就意识到了，他们平时也在不断地反思这样的教学方法，只是内心的困惑和高考这根指挥棒的魔力不由自主地会引领老师朝着最原始的功利主义方向发展，高考考什么我教什么，高考可能要考什么我就要教什么。对每个知识点都不放过，唯恐高考万一考到，学生答不出来，留下遗憾，这种责任性和敬业精神令人肃然起敬！但反过来说，即使我们漏掉了某几个知识点或者未予充分强调导致学生失分，但总体上我们把握了教语言的根本，抓住了西瓜丢了几颗芝麻又有什么关系？那什么才是教语言的根本？这个话题扯开去又没完没了了。我暂且打一个比方，大家都知道飞人刘翔，他是110米跨栏运动员，可人们经常会从电视上看到他在体操房举扛铃，压腿，练习蛙跳，甚至训练一些看起来与他专业毫不相干的事情。他的专项不是跑步吗？那为何不干脆每时每刻训练跑步呢？我们都知道其中的道理，可就是不明白我们自己在做很愚蠢的事情，整天盯着高考题型，围绕高考可能会考到的一些细节而忽视整体能力提升，忽视了语言是一门实践性很强的科目，忽视了听说读写的相互关系，仅为高考而高考，无异于让刘翔整天练跑步一样，这不是很荒谬吗？
我的六条意见归纳如下：
一、与鄞州中学调研报告中所述一样，高三教学仍然要讲究讲课艺术。高三学生并不是特殊的学生。有些人很荒唐，认为各校不得补课，但是毕业班例外，认为要减轻学生负担，但高三学生例外，认为高三要实打实，无需那么多的讲课套套，这就是犯了典型的逻辑错误和教育思想错误，老文章中已有提及，不再展开。高三学生更需要激发思维，引发兴趣，比如复习词汇时，为何不可以搞一些有趣的组词成句的游戏呢？把毫不相干的词在有限的时间里串起来以起到学以致用的作用，并向学生说明需要用到正在复习的语法条目。这样做不是对书面表达水平的提高有好处吗？
二、变讲解传授式为学生探究式。尽可能避免高三课堂出现老师一言堂现象。仍然坚持以任务驱动的原则，贯彻高中整个阶段的教育思想，而不是把高三教学辟出在外。否则的话课会上得很枯燥乏味，老师们已经有这个感觉了。
三、知识重现过程中要努力使学生把所温习的知识内化成自己的语言，关键是会运用，所以更要倡导在活动中学。
四、如何在复习的基础上，保持高三的水准，并提升能力。避免复习高一时学生的认知水平就降到了高一。
五、如何把综合能力训练揉合在一起，每节课既考虑到复习的覆盖面，又各有侧重。
六、从词句复习提升到 篇章结构，努力做到词不离句，句不离段，段不离章。始终把阅读教学放在重要的位置。
与老师的讨论交流是愉悦的.，很快我的调研也接近尾声。学校对高三学生给予了特殊照顾，对这一点，我倒认为是很人性化的，毕竟高三学生学习生活更加艰苦一些，所受的压力也更大一些，每个教室都配有空调，让我这个偶而进教室的人倍觉得清凉，教师和学生在这样的炎热天气里，坐在舒适环境里上课效果自然会更好些。

4、注意提高学生的知识运用能力。培养学生各题型解题能力和技巧。

转眼间，开学已经两个月了，还有几天就要期中考试了。这是我们本学期的第一次大型考试。一提到期中考试，不少同学十分紧张，看看书本，学了不少知识，但所剩时间不多。如何搞好期中复习，我想给大家提几点建议：
1、制定计划：
我们应该制订一个详细的计划表，将每天要复习的各门学科的内容详细地画在一张表格上，每天给自己一定的复习任务，同时对于复习制订一定的保证措施，如果不完成任务，对自己有什么样的惩罚措施。制订复习计划，必须从自己的学习实际出发。每个人都有自己的学习特点，对于复习，我们应该根据自己的.学习特点进行，如果自己在理科方面欠缺，我们在制订计划时，应该在理科方面多花点时间，在某一学科上自己的成绩还不错，我们就应该少花一点时间，争取更多的时间复习自己的弱科。
2、认真读课本：
现在的孩子大多数比较浮躁，没有读课本的习惯。其实，所有的考试都是从课本知识中发散来的，所以在复习时就必须读课本，反复的读，细节很重要，读书你一定要很仔细的阅读，最好读出声，这样子，一些细节就在不经意中记得了。读完之后，应该能够对本单元的内容有个清晰的思路，并且用自己的方式构建出一个知识框架，并且对照着框架能够复述本章节的内容。这样就可以在整体上把握书本知识。从整体上把握书本知识有利于我们对于试卷中的一些基本的题目有一个宏观的把握，对于试卷中的问答题，可以从多角度去理解和把握，这样就能够做到回答问题的严密性。
另外，期中考试不会很难，着重考基本知识以书为主，所以回答简答题时最好用书中的语言，这样子得分率比较高，老师改简答题，都是看关键字答到没有，关键的几条有没有，没有时间完整的浏览你的答案。
3、复习要讲究科学性
复习也是一门科学，复习时应该注意反复性、体系性、理解性，学会尝试回忆、学会整体安排等。
根据人脑的记忆特点，我们在复习时，不要希望能够通过一遍复习就能够掌握书本的基础知识，一般地认为，人们对于某一知识的完全掌握，至少需要六至七遍，这样，希望通过一遍复习就能够掌握书本知识是不可能的。
记忆是建立在理解的基础上的，感觉到了东西我们不能够理解它，只有理解了的东西我们才能够更深刻地感觉它。学习书本知识需要我们加以理解，比如，我们在学习数学时，我们是否思考过数学的例题为什么选四条而不选八条，这四条例题各有什么特点?具有什么典型性?它们有什么共性的东西?我们在复习时，越是思考就越能够理解书本，就越能够掌握知识。
记忆是一个复杂的过程，在复习时，不能眼睛只盯着书本，在我们看一段书后，应该抬起头来，好好思考，尝试回忆，看我们刚才看的书本的内容是否记住了，是否理解了。也可以张开嘴大声的讲给自己听，只要你能把知识点讲出来，就说明你背过了。所以，在复习的过程中，我们是脑筋动得最快的时期。
4、复习小技巧
该背的一定要背，比如说单词、短语固定搭配、语文的文学常识、易错的字词、古文翻译。答题时，字迹一定要工整，其实很多题目是主观题，你字迹工整，老师心情就好些，给的分也就高一些。最省事的复习方法是看错题(你的错题本，或者是上课时错了，用红笔改过的地方)，这样很快就可以看完，而且效果不错，唯一的缺点是，较久前的知识，会有些没复习到，在考试前，要背的、要默的一定要搞定。
5、复习注意事项：
在复习的过程中，应该注意调整我们的身体和注意休息，一般地说，我们的大脑集中于某一学科的时间不是很长的，时间一长，我们的思维就可能处于停滞的状态，所以我们应该合理地安排时间，争取在晚上复习时将所学的几门学科 都能够安排一定的时间，这样保证大脑的高效率。同时，还应该注意休息。

一、多看课本，课后及时复习。
期中考试考核的内容都是围绕课本的，把课本吃透，把该熟记的知识点、该掌握的公式都必须拿下。每天在课后用半小时来复习，效果要比做两个小时的课后作业好得多，因为复习是为了检查自己是否已经牢固地掌握了所学知识，如果缺少了复习，不但会影响新知识的消化吸收，还会在写作业时感到很盲目。不仅如此，课后复习还能够有效地帮助提高学习效率。
新课讲授后，花费2-5分钟采用“过电影”式回忆法，趁热打铁，及时消化新学知识点。因为在这个时候，同学们刚刚获取到新的知识，还未能够真正做到全面掌握，所以就需要依靠及时地回顾复习来让自己充分理解并且加深记忆。
二、查漏补缺，互相提问

要养成好习惯，在做题时一定要把题看清楚，不要贸然下笔;不提前交卷，多检查几遍，组织答案需细心，关键字眼、中心思想要抓准，运算过程、书写过程要谨慎，尽量避免因非智力因素而带来的不必要的失分。
虽然复习方法和需要注意的事项都是大同小异，但是考试前后良好习惯的养成对中考的影响很大，不可小觑，初三生应该有意识地去培养好习惯，家长和老师也应该主动帮助初三生们改掉不好的习惯，在中考时，往往是一些坏习惯导致丢分，让考生和家长都痛心不已。
此外，中考复习时非常重要的一项工具就是纠错本，我们可以从这里就开始做起，每一场考试，甚至是平时的测验题，都认真记录错题，备注好 知识点，以便冲刺时翻阅温习。
