轮到何晞彤了，只见她慢吞吞地站起来，一步一步挪向讲台，仿佛地上布满了荆棘。到了讲台上，她低着头，抿着嘴，就像一个害羞的花骨朵。钟教师看见了，轻轻地摸了摸何希彤的头，温柔地说：“加油，大声地说出来，没有关系的。”随后，钟教师又让我们鼓掌为她加油。最终，何希彤大胆地介绍了自我。钟教师十分高兴，表扬道：“说得真好！你看，你能够做得很棒，要相信自我。”

这就是我们的新教师，她和蔼可亲，热爱学生，总是不断鼓励我们。期望在钟教师的带领下，我们能有更大的提高。

篇23：我的新老师

这一夜，我怎样也睡不着，便坐在窗前，望着漆黑的夜空，天上闪烁的星星好象黑色幕布上点缀着的宝石。我眼前浮现出了教师的身影。此时此刻，教师会在干什么呢？我沉思着。天上的小星星好象看出了我的心思：“小朋友，别着急，我站得高，我帮你看看吧！”小星星瞪着一双大眼睛，向学校深处忽闪忽闪着。不一会儿，它就飞到了我的窗前：“你们的教师正在灯下批改作业呢！”我低下头，觉得鼻子酸酸的，是冷吗？

月亮从窗口照进屋子，使屋里的一切都披上了薄薄的银纱。桌上，放着一只大红香蕉苹果。我顺手拿起它，一股芳香扑鼻而来。刹那间，我耳边又响起了小星星的话，眼前浮现出教师那布满血丝的眼睛，那消瘦的脸庞。渐渐地，我拿着苹果的手垂下。教师，我们在您的带领下学习、劳动；我们在您的教育下，从一个不懂事的孩子成长为朝气蓬勃的少年……我慢慢地抬起头，对天上的小星星说:“小星星，你帮我把这只大苹果送给教师，并嘱咐她早点休息，好吗？”“我必须办到！”小星星说着，捧起苹果快活地向远方飞去……

我仿佛看见教师放下了手中的笔，接过小星星手中的大苹果，来到窗前，眼里闪烁着晶莹的泪水，激动地对小星星说:“我，就休息，可知识的土地始终需要人耕耘啊！”

“知识的土地始终需要人耕耘。”我反复念叨着这句话，情不自禁地唱了起来：“静静的深夜群星在闪耀，教师的房间彻夜明亮。每当我轻轻走过您窗前，明亮的灯光照耀我心房……”唱着唱着，我的眼里充满了泪花，喃喃地说：“教师，您该休息了……”

篇24：我的新老师

新的一学期来了，学校有了崭新的面貌，我们班也焕然一新，同时我们也迎来了新教师———-钟教师。

钟教师她圆圆的脸上有着精致的五官：一双大大的眼睛闪闪发光，她的眼睛可厉害了，能抓捕每位同学的小动作，就算再细微的动作也逃可是她的眼睛。她有着一张小巧玲珑的嘴巴。这张嘴巴别看它小，可却能说出许多大道理呢！我们的钟教师就像一只两面虎：一面温柔，一面凶恶。（外貌描述有特点，为表现人物的性格服务，不是泛泛而写。）

我们今日上午进行了自我介绍，我们班有三位同学站在台上不敢说，于是钟教师就鼓励他们说：“别害怕，下头的同学们不会笑话你们的，并且把爱好和目标说出来，让我们互相帮忙，不仅仅学习成绩会提高，并且目标也会更快的到达，对不对？”可那几位同学还是不敢，于是钟教师就让其他同学们先去自我介绍，让这三位同学准备一下，中午再继续说。可是到了中午的自我介绍时间，这三位同学还是有些不敢上台进行自我介绍，于是钟教师让大家给他们一些掌声鼓励，掌声结束后，那三位同学最终在钟教师的鼓励下都落落大方的站在讲台上大声的介绍自我了。看！这就是钟教师温柔的一面，多么像一位慈爱的母亲啊！（用事实说话，经过事件表现人物品质）

可钟教师发起脾气来那也是真厉害。（过渡自然）今日上午的英语课纪律很乱，教室里闹哄哄的。钟教师走到窗边发现了一个同学在玩修正带，但谁也没有注意到钟教师的存在，只听见“砰”的一声，全班顿时安静了，仅有一个修正带静静的躺在讲台上一动不动，随后就听到钟教师严厉的说（先声夺人）“上课时玩的东西我都视为玩具，而学校不让带玩具，所以我只要看见有人上课玩东西被我发现了，只能被丢到垃圾桶里去。钟教师走后，我们班这节英语课的纪律变得十分好，再也没有像刚才一样吵闹了。

这就是我们的新教师———-钟教师。
