转眼间冬去春来，已经到了工作后的第七个月，我也在建行渡过了自己工作后第一个新年，经历了网点年前两个月最忙碌的客流量检验，我这个小柜员终于算正式出师了，回顾自己本月工作，亮点主要集中在保险业绩的重大突破上--本月合作营销8单共46万趸缴保险（3万国寿鑫丰16万华夏一号27万建信金富鸿），个人分成为**万，单日最高营销记录为**万建信金富鸿。除此之外，本月我的当日业务量最快达到117笔，也通过了保险销售从业人员资格考试，接下来即将备考证券基金和AFP资格证，在年终考核中我的业绩和品能加权总得分为86分，在新人中算是不错的成绩。

回顾自己半年来的柜员生涯，从一开始懵懂无知跌跌撞撞的学生小菜鸟到现在努力定位提升找准保险营销优势也努力保持激情态度积极工作认真伙伴认可的职场新兵，其中的工作和心路历程也颇为曲折，幸好能在建行第一站遇到丰乐路支行这群愿意关怀指点我的前辈和这种积极合作的工作氛围，为我的职业素养打下了坚实良好的基础。万事起头难，银行业起步确实不易，但有了一个强大的团队做后盾，前进的心情和脚步也轻松了许多，再次感谢你们。

一，1月工作总结

在基层锻炼期间，我觉得职场新兵贵在一个“勇”字，在给自身清晰定位的.大前提下，最重要的就是心态积极和态度认真，然后是谦逊善学，有良好的职业素养基础，正能量充足等，拥有了1-5年基础经验后就可以锻炼成更加专业更加注重细节拥有独立操作能力贵在“精”字的职场精兵，再往下就是5-经验贵在“谋”字的部门管理岗位和10年经验以上贵在“德”字的运营统筹岗位。职场是一个修炼场，没有捷径可走，唯有依靠一步步实干与业绩逐个层次踏实前行，那么，我作为一名正在网点锻炼的小柜员，是如何将自己目前的最大优势定位为保险营销并加以优化提升的呢？

就定位而言，无论出于增加收入、磨练自身或职场前景的角度，寻找自身营销优势对网点柜员而言都是最直接的途径，而基于我们丰乐路支行的网点优势（保险营销传统）和客户结构（存定期客户居多）分析，保险营销可谓是集天时地利人和于一身，加上支行对此的重视，因此我综合选择了将保险营销作为我目前的最大优势；

就保险营销技巧而言，在之前11月的总结中，我提炼了四点经验：（1）分析利用网点优势和客户结构；（2）掌握产品特点和营销话术后对潜力客户察言观色勤开口，以基数换概率，同时自己也要不断优化营销话术和配合技巧；（3）注重团队配合--如前台后台加客户经理三者联动营销；（4）制作名片与客户保持联系，做好后期维护工作，与客户建立长久联系。

在近期研读了【保险营销团队管理之道】后，我发现了保险营销的公式之一：收入=活动量*绩效+专业知识，对广大营销保险的柜员同胞来说，加强自身营销活动量管理、相关保险专业知识学习和抓住机会反复促使客户成交会是另外三个比较实用的保险营销技巧：

（1）加强自身营销活动量管理：活动量管理是指营销人员对自己一段时间内所从事的销售活动过程，包括销售的对象和销售的过程制定量化目标，并记录实际结果，用于评估工作进度和专业技能的一套方法，主管对营销人员的销售计划做事先指导并在一段时间后检查实际结果和计划间差距提出改善意见和辅导，使营销人员的活动量得到有效增加，技能也得到不断提升。

因为网点柜员工作限制我们以接待客户处理日常业务为主保险营销为辅，所以柜员的活动量管理除了固定在早会参加相关保险知识培训及话术场景演练，固定在处理日常业务中掌握保险产品特点和营销话术后对潜力客户察言观色选择时机推荐合适险种勤开口保持拜访量交换联系方式之外，就只能在下班后对当日的所有潜力客户再通过电话或短信做一次接触，对成交客户进行后续维护说明，对未成交的潜力客户拉入自己的储备库，尽量通过各种通讯工具建立长期关系，并填写好本日的营销日志对所有潜力客户都进行客户档案管理，填写完日志后在固定的时间计划明天的工作和学习，建立起一套固定而持久的保险营销工作模式：训练--拜访--维护--记录--计划--学习--总结--提升的循环。

在每天的早会中，柜员亦可拿着自己的营销日志参加，主管可以收集本网点营销日志并让其中一位汇报昨天的营销情况，主管可根据该组员营销日志上所填写的内容提出问题，对组员进行具有针对性的辅导，如果柜员不多，也可以让每个柜员先简要汇报一下昨天营销中遇到的问题，然后就共性问题予以统一解答和辅导，个性化问题留到早会结束后再进行具体辅导训练。只有扎实做好柜员营销的活动量管理这类基础性工作，调动起网点的营销氛围和人员执行力，才是提升整体保险营销业绩的长久之道。

（2）加强自身相关保险专业知识学习：专业形象也是获取客户信任的重要营销优势之一，特别对于保险这类细节繁琐政策种类更新迅速的产品而言，考取如保险销售从业人员资格等相关认证，通过专业网站资料学习等都是下班后不错的进修途径，可以在下班后填写完本日营销日志做好明天工作计划后留一块固定时间进行相关知识学习；

（3）抓住机会反复促使客户成交：在柜员日常保险营销过程中，察言观色判断潜力客户--柜员开场白进行初步推荐--呼叫后台及大堂经理配合团队营销--抓住机会促使客户成交--针对客户疑虑提供对措消灭疑虑--最终成交这是基本过程，但是其中有一点应该可以值得其他同事借鉴，就是在第一次促使成交针对客户疑虑我们提供了对措消灭疑虑后客户依旧不想成交时，我们可以暂缓一阵等待客户业务办理完毕后再寻找时机再次促使客户成交，因为有时客户疑虑消除后自己也需要一个思考时间去消化，把握好时机再次促使客户成交也是很关键的。

二、1月工作外思考--高校户外营销活动未获奖反思

在8月开始我参与了省行组织的第一届广州九大高校新生季户外营销活动并担任了华农组组长，很遗憾在本月活动总结时和华工广工一起没能获得任何奖项，在活动中既没能为母校的三角市建行网点增添多少实际效益，也没能为我所在的开发区分行获奖增光，实在有愧，我对其中原因反思如下：

（1）主观原因：自身参与热情不高，也没有充分调动小组成员参与积极性，对该类活动更多停留在学生时代的策划方面而缺乏实操经验，与对接网点的需求沟通不充分，自身对活动涉及的产品种类知识了解不深，主动学习不够等；

（2）客观原因：由于活动是第一届难免很多不足之处，如跨区域支行的人员安排导致沟通成本和活动参与成本过高，参与者力不从心，活动前的相关业务知识培训及活动需求沟通不足等；

（3）日后同类活动改进措施：先明确活动需求和其中关键点，通过各种渠道动员小组成员一齐进行相关产品业务知识的学习，充分调动小组成员参与积极性，与涉及的各个层级各个条线利益方进行充分沟通，对活动的策划要多参考以往同类方案，创新之余更侧重于可行性和投入产出的效益控制，做好结果导向；

（4）活动体会：无可否认，在初涉职场就能有这种调动资源策划活动的管理者机会是非常难得的，让我们这群刚毕业的学生见识到了真实商业运作的精巧复杂和企业要求结果导向和投入产出效益比的严格控制，这是非常宝贵的职场第一课，感谢省行领导给我们提供这样的机会，感谢母校三角市建行网点的林行对我们提出的宝贵建议和积极配合，感谢穗穗王尧润欢何力这四位队友一齐的辛勤付出，感谢支行和网点对我们参与活动的支持，人生每一段用心的经历都有其意义所在，我们或多或少都有成长，非常感谢大家！
