本学期为毕业年级上学期,英语教学组在学校九年级组统一筹划下,完成了正常课堂教学任务。由于农村英语教和学一直薄弱,因此本学期我们英语除了要完成正常的教学任务,还完成了以下重点工作。

一、大面积提升中间层学生的英语水平。九年级学生相对于七、八年级来说要紧张得多,因此我们有意识地抓住学生们进取心和求知欲这个契机,每个班英语教师找大量学生座谈,帮助他们分析原因,了解他们的思想状况和学习习惯,提高了他们的学习英语的积极性。然后抓住机会举行了英语单词竞赛两次,大部分学习达到了基本要求。并将七至九年级的英语短语和词汇考点印发给学生,避免他们走弯路。

二、重点盯住每班前二十名学生。针对优秀学生的状况我们配合学校的安排,每周都要对这些学生的状况和成绩进行分析和指导。这些学生的绝大多数不是他们的态度有问题,而是他们的基础和能力急需一个提高。所以对这些学生不仅要从思想上给予引导和关心,学习上更应进行大量的训练和个别指导。在这一方面我们英语组的同志同心同德,共同分析,关心本班和其它班的同学,打集体仗。

三、英语训练考的内容。英语教学必须配合大量的,有效的训练考。本学期每一单元欠配有基础训练题,针对中考的综合训练题和专题英语听力训练题和每月月考题。由于同学们的基础弱,能力差,大量有效的训练虽然取得了一定的成效,但还不够,我们的任务还很艰巨。

四、教师的组织和潜力的运用。学校对教师的关心和要求是实在的和严格的。我们组的成员大部分年富力强,多年来在毕业年级第一线。因此在学校的组织下,我们每周的英语组的教研会上,大家都能献计献策,谈论自己的不足。我们全体成员意识到农村中学英语的教学是极其艰难的,我们只是用汗水,用集体的智慧,用大量的训练才能有所收获。

五、我们的努力方向。农村的孩子的出路就是读书,读出去。我们的学生就是我们自己的孩子,我们的努力的方向就是不让一个孩子掉下来。因此下阶段的教学会在学校的统一下共同努力,托实工作,走好每一天的路。

在区教研室和学校的领导下,一学期来,我校英语教研组以人为本,倡导创新精神;加强教学管理,优化课堂教学。总结本学期英语教研组的工作,我们一直朝着以下几个方面努力,并取得了一定的成绩。

一、强化观念更新,创新英语教学。

英语新课程标准对英语学科的发展提出了新的要求,这就要求我们要认真学习理论,更新教学观念和知识结构,提高自身的综合素质,才能符合时代潮流的发展要求。在教学中,我们要求每位教师努力做到“三创新”——创新课堂教学设计,主要以学生的发展为本;创新教学方法,使教学活动由“教”向“学”转变,真正提高课堂教学效率;创新教学手段,运用现代化教学技术是创新外语教学的重要途径。

二、抓好教学业务工作,提高教师的专业素质。

1、加强备课的规范性,集体备课与个人备课相结合。

备课是上好一节课的关键和前提。我们采取集体备课与个人备课相结合的办法。备课做到三定(定时间、定内容、定中心发言人)。四统一(统一教学目的的、统一重点、统一作业内容、统一教学进度)。集体备课主要以各年级备课组为单位,由各个备课组长负责,每周至少有一节课为集体备课时间。每次备课由1名教师选定一个单元并主讲,明确本单元教学内容的重点、难点、疑点,基本习题,参考教法等。然后,同年级备课组教师进行讨论,最后达成共识,之后形成文字形式的教案或电子教案,并制作课件,充分发挥备课组的力量,做到了教学资源共享。

2、积极的参加各种外出活动,英语组教师多次参加了由市级,区级各类教研活动,受益匪浅。

三、开展课外活动,激发学生学习兴趣

课外活动是重要的教学辅助手段,有利于增长知识、开阔视野。有目的、有组织地开展各种适合学生语言水平和年龄特点的课外活动,可使学生生动、活泼、主动地学习,可以激发他们的学习热情,培养兴趣。我们准备根据不同年级掌握的知识水平,组织一些丰富多彩的课外活动,如:七年级的课外英语沙龙,八年级的阅读比赛、九年级的口语竞赛等。

四、转变学生的学习方式,教师的教学方式

1、学习方式的改革是本次课改的核心之一。不会学习的人将是21世纪的新文盲。英语组力求在教学研讨过程中关注学生学习过程和方法,发现、探究、研究等认识活动,使学习过程更多地成为学生发现问题、提出问题、分析问题、解决问题、掌握方法的过程。

2、新课程向传统的教学方法提出了挑战。教师要走下高高的神坛,由居高临下的`权威者变成学生学习的伙伴、学生发展的促进者。因此,我们英语组努力倡导营造民主、平等、互动、合作的师生关系,在与学生交往互动、合作交流中与学生心灵碰撞、情感交融中健全学生人格,完善学生个性,促进师生共同发展。

五、积极总结经验,撰写教学论文

本学期,我继续任教初三英语,现将本学期各项工作总结如下。

一、树立信心,明确目标。

九(1)班是原来八(1)和八(2)合成的,在七、八年级时,由于英语老师的变动较大,两个班的学生整体英语基础较差,表现出大部分学生对英语不感兴趣,不愿学,不想学。再加上初三英语生词多,课文长而且难,听、说、读、写要求都比较高。所以,在英语课堂上出现了一些不和谐的现象,如睡觉、不听课、做其他事情,讲小话等等。为此,我尽量简化课本知识,降低难度,采用中英文结合方式讲课,这样使得一些学生不至于在课堂上云里雾里,不知所云,另外,一堂课下来,部分同学也还能有所收获。当然这是有效的一面,另一方面在维持课堂纪律上,有时也让我有点力不从心。

二、激发学生学习兴趣。

英语是一门外语,对学生而言,既生疏又困难,在这样一种大环境之下,要教好英语,就要让学生喜爱英语,让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪,不愿学,也无法学下去。另外,我们学生原本兴趣就不高,基础又薄弱,所以,没有兴趣来作支撑,是很难让他们学好的。为此,我采取了一些方法,就是尽量多讲一些关于英美国家的文化,生活故事,让他们更了解英语,更喜欢学习英语。因为只有英语水平提高,他们才能更好的了解世界,了解更多的知识、信息。同时也可以提高同学们的英语写作能力,对成绩优秀的同学很有好处。

还有,一些适当的英语活动对激发学生的英语兴趣也是很有帮组的。本学期,中学部举行了首届中学生英语演讲比赛,我班有四名学生参赛,且取得了优异成绩,赛后,有其他学生表现出后悔现象,觉得自己当初也应该一展风采的。

三、加强课外辅导。

英语学习是语言的'学习。困此,除了课堂效果之外,还需要让学生多读,多讲,多练。为此,我坚持从多方面了解学生英语学习的情况。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决,及时讲清楚,让学生即时消化。另外,对部分不自觉的同学还采取强制背诵等方式,帮助他们养成良好习惯,提高他们的英语学习能力。

工作上我始终秉着求真务实的工作原则,勤奋努力,踏实工作。作为年级主任,时刻注意身先士卒,以身作则,在工作上纪律上也认真要求年级老师。年级组管理工作,事多繁杂,学生的事、老师的事、家长的事,事事要操心,都一一处理妥当,绝不遗留问题;政教处、教务处、教科室等各科室交待的任务,件件要落实,认真履行;教育、教学、活动的开展,样样要抓好。

我始终以极其认真的态度来对待每一件事,顾全大局,秉公办事,全身心扑在年级管理上,又充分调动老师们的积极性,从严检查、督促、落实,协调好年级组方方面面的工作。目前,我年级组老师们团结、工作干劲足、责任心强,学生风气正,秩序良好,学风日进跟上。年级管理首先是思想的管理,如果没有一个统一的思想和共同的目标与价值观念,任何具体管理行为将不会得到有效的自觉的落实。

年级讲积极推行三种意识:责任意识,过程意识,质量意识。所谓“责任意识”,就是要全体初三教师明确自己身上所肩负的责任,这一届初三责任重大,关系到社会对学校的信任度问题,关系到上级教育主管领导对学校评价问题,关系到学生人生发展的问题;因此每一位教师都要有对学校,对年级,对所任教学科和对学生和家长高度负责的意识,学科教师要对备课组长负责,备课组长要对整个学科质量负责;班主任要对班级学生负责,年级主任要对全体班主任、教师工作负责,各级各类人员都要明确自己的责任,努力把自己工作做好。

所谓“过程意识”:过程与目标同样重要,过程实施的成效决定最终目标达成的质量;因此,要求初三年级扎扎实实抓好工作的每一个环节,包括备,教,辅,考,命题,制卷,监考,阅卷,分析各个环节,保质保量完成没一个步骤,强调“思路决定出路”,“细节决定成败”,强调“目标依托过程而存在”,“人才素质在过程中养成”等观念。所谓“评价意识”:正确科学客观的评价一直是初三管理工作的难点,好的评价能够诊断教学和管理工作中的问题,能够对教师的教育教学工作起到积极的导向作用;初三年级组在学校领导的`指导下,全体教师群策群力,顾全大局,科学合理的制定出教师教学评价制度和学生评价制度。

一、学生学习物理现状:

物理是一门科学性和知识性都很强的学科。且前后知识连贯性强,前后一旦脱节,就很难再听懂。这是一门需要花费大量时间和精力的学科。都说爱好是最好的老师,但是让学生对物理课感兴趣,套用一句歌词那就是“爱你不是一件轻易的事”。因为中考分数比起语数外少了许多,学生普遍不重视。不愿意学。上课没有积极性,心思不在课堂上。一部分学生甚至从来不听课。听的懂听不懂无所谓,课下从不问问题。作业抄袭现象严峻。

二、针对学生学习现状采取的相应对策:

第一、增强课堂趣味性,采用学生认识的事物设计教学情境。

例如讲力的作用是相互的,让学生用力拍打桌子,体会手给桌子的力和桌子给手的力。以及它们之间的关系。讲摩擦力概念时用手搓着桌子向前进,感受摩擦力。

第二、在授课时穿插物理学史,提高学生对物理这一学科的学习兴趣。

把科学发现过程,科学发明对人类社会发展做出的重大贡献。以及科学家的生平,做出的贡献,科学家之间的论战引入教学。

第三、联系现实科技的发展:

例如讲惯性时,为了提兴奋趣联系到乘车的注重事项以及生活学习工作。

第四、严格要求,加大检查力度。拿出上课时间检查上节课的知识点,课下检查本堂课的.课堂笔记。作业及时批改,及时讲评。

第五、认真备课,研究考试,降低难度。

第六、想方设法吸引学生的留意力,时刻关注学生听课状态。看有没有学生睡觉,有没有做与课堂无关的事情,有没有走神。适时提醒他们注意听课。

三、个人学习情况:

1、一般是提前几天开始备课,先查找资料构思进行教学设计,力求与原来授课模式不同。教案写好之后,多在头脑中过几遍。看看哪里需要修改。

2、上完一节课后就回顾一下自己的授课过程,学生听课时状态。学生在那个地方有迷惑。哪个教学环节设计不够好,课堂留下那些遗憾等。因为在上课之前你无论预备多么充分,在上课时总会发现新的想不到的问题。发现问题后,积极寻找解决办法,再给下一个班上课时,力求做得更好。给这个班上下一节课时,把学生把握不太好的地方再重点讲一遍,力求完美。

3、积极听课,听同组教师的课,借鉴同组教师授课方式,设计思想。学习他们的教学经验。认真观摩优秀教师、老教师的公开课。学习他们调控课堂的能力,怎样进行师生互动,以及他们怎样设计教学思路。怎样调动学生积极性。力求提升自己的教学水平。

4、为了保持做题能力不下降,坚持做复习试题和中考模仿试题。熟悉中考模式。

5、坚持把自己教学时的一些想法、看法如实记录下来。

四、其他:

教师的教学好坏也与环境分不开。对上巧言令色对下颐指气使的领导并不是好领导。教师出了些问题,学校应多些关心,少些强压和恐吓。无论真心还是假意,对教师也是一种安慰......... 总之,下一学期要更加努力工作,认真学习。提升学生们听课能力、做题能力。提高自己的综合素养,教学水平。

20XX年英语中考已顺利结束,回顾这学期的教学,感触颇多。在初三下学期短短的四个多月时间里,既要上完初三下学期第六册的课本内容,还要复习初一至初三五册课本系统的复习。英语的知识点很零碎,既要复习词汇、语法、句型,又要通过几轮的复习来提高听说读写能力,若在初三没有周密的计划和安排,要想在学生原有的基础上再提高他们的能力很难。以下是我本学期复习过程中的教学方法及体会。

一、制定一个合理的复习计划

本学期,本人依然担任初三09级(1)、(2)班的英语教学工作。初中英语有六本教材,内容繁多,但复习时间非常紧迫。本学期初用一个月的时间来上完第六册课本内容,所剩复习时间已经不多,计划大致分为:

模块复习,即基础知识复习。以课本教材为纲,结合学生订的《英语中考先锋》,先从初一复习起,将课本中重点的单词、短语、句型、语言项目进行知识梳理并注意归纳,同时抓题目的训练以巩固复习的知识。好的学生要求建立纠错本,把复习过程中存在的问题和易错题写下来,并进行类似题目的强化训练。时间为一个月。

二、重视学生基础知识

虽然是初三复习阶段,但南宁市历届中考题很多知识点都考初一、初二的知识点,因此,帮助学生回忆并打好初一初二的基础知识尤其重要。遇到重要的词汇或语法,与学生认真地复习一遍,通过重读课文,提高他们的阅读理解能力和

写作能力。在平时的考试中,学生容易在基础题上失分,原因就在于基础不牢。在词汇方面,由于这届学生基础都不是很好,我还是照样采取听写式,定时定量地安排听写时间,对中等生以上的学生应该会有较大的促动力。在语法方面,研究近几年考的语法的题目,尽可能把主要精力放在知识的重点、难点以及考点上,不浪费复习时间,并通过课堂提问、讨论、分析、对比、归纳、整理等形式,总结出每种题型的做题规律,让学生少走弯路。

三、提高学生的做题及写作能力

在复习阶段,学生做题能力的提高是个大问题,特别是写作能力。要想取得高分必须在阅读和写作方面多下功夫。因此要求中等生以上的学生坚持每天至少做一篇的阅读题,一个星期写一篇书面表达。对作文比较薄弱的学生每次测试后的作文必须再重写并给老师面批。一段时间训练后,果然测试中怕做阅读题的学生少了,怕写作文的学生测试时不再怕写作文了。另外,在作文方面,我还找些历届有关的中考作文范文让学生读和背。在作文批改中,重视学生重复出现的错误,特别是复习的后半阶段,通过多媒体展示学生作品全班讲解,师生共同修改,并讲解技巧和步骤,也采用生生互换批阅,同时侧重审题精确,词汇量的扩大和句式的丰富运用,让学生能够运用复习中所学到的基础知识来写作。

四、其他方面

在平时的教学工作中,除了完成常规教学工作外,还认真辅导、组织学生参加了初三年级参加全国中学生英语能力竞赛,并且取得了优异的成绩。林海毓同学获全国初三组二等奖,陆星光获全国初三组三等奖,还有五个同学获我区一、二等奖,林海毓同学还获得市级口语竞赛三等奖,本人也获得各组相应的优秀指导奖。在每次全年级月考中,所教班级均获得较好的成绩,每次月考的前几名最高分都在所教班级中。

五、存在问题及解决措施

回顾这一届的英语教学工作,有成功的经验,也有很多不足之处。复习阶段知识点的串联很重要,在第一轮课本复习时还应尽量详细,考虑周到,从这次中考试卷上来看,题目都较基础。另外,课本内容应尽早提前完成,以便能有更多的时间来复习。

在所教的班级中,有相当一部分的学生基础较差,无心向学,直接影响了教学效果。今后要在这两个方面下些功夫:一是通过定分数的方法督促学生学习;二是对这些学生进行帮教,使他们改变学习态度,努力学习,力争有较大的进步。

学生学习成绩的好坏直接影响着学生的学习兴趣和学生自信心,影响着学生学习习惯的养成,也是家长关心和社会关注的热点问题。因此提高学生的学习成绩是作为一个班主任的任务之一,也是学校和社会交给我们的一个主要任务。为了实现这一目标,在本学期我主要从如下的几个方面进行了工作:

①多次联系各位科任老师,和他们在一起协商提高学生成绩的方法,在一起研究各个学生的学习特点,以便针对各个学生的具体情况安排学生的学习;

5、采用情景教学,创设良好气氛。在日常教学中,我注意使用情景教学法,以听说训练为主导,以课文教学为依托,充分运用现有的教学条件和设备,紧扣教材内容,使教学活动尽可能置于语言情景中去进行,使学生的理解力、记忆力、运用能力处于状态,并在此基础上联想、综合,进行创造性学习,从而达到掌握和运用语言的目的。运用交际手段,培养学生的能力。绝大部分学生主要是在课堂上学习英语,而在现实生活中缺少语言交际的环境和场所。

如何用好科学的教学方法,在有效的时间内使学生生动活泼地学习,我将做如下:

一、精心备课是提高课堂效率的前提。

大家都懂得提高45分钟课堂效率的重要性。而精心备课则是提高课堂效率的前提。认真的备课,会使我们做到胸有成竹,无论是重点、疑点、难点的落实,问题的设计,教法的选择,都要精心考虑,通盘安排。只有胸中有教材,眼中有学生(因人施教),才能运用自如,得心应手,才能有效提高课堂教学效率

二、注重非智力因素开发是提高课堂效率的关键。

面向全体,全面提高英语教学质量,同时更要注重非智力因素(即信心、兴趣和习惯等)的开发,这对后进生尤为重要。因为他们缺乏主观能动性,学习信心不足,兴趣不浓,习惯不好,不肯下功夫背单词,或方法不妥导致成绩差。爱因斯坦说过“兴趣是的老师”。初中学生精力旺盛,记忆力好,好奇心强,求知欲高,一般都能学好英语的。关键就在我们如何千方百计地激发不同层次学习的学习兴趣,如开展多种多样的口语活动,朗读比赛,趣味游戏等等。不断增添学生的新鲜感,激发学习英语的兴趣。
