作文是相对于其他题型容易在短时间提高的题型，四级要求不是很高。你可以到网上找些模板，读读真题优秀范文，这个是不错的提高方法。
六、总结
首先自己要学会总结，自己做练习的时候一定要严格按照时间做题，习惯了在考试中就不会做不完了。平常练习时候不要太在意自己的正确率，这个时候错了很多，学到经验，考试就错的更少，对自己要有信心。
篇2：大学英语四六级的心得体会
一、单词
建议你不用天天拿着单词书记单词，因为那样记了，也很容易忘记，效率很低。你只要把你当天做完的四级题目里，不认识的.单词或者固定搭配抄写在自己的笔记本上。等做完试题后再去记一下，这样做的原因有两个：第一：单词本里的单词记了之后，很容易忘记，而且这里的部分单词在四级题目里，不一定会出现。第二：四级试题里既然出现那些单词，说明这些词出题率还是比较高的，值得一记（注重积累哦）。
二、听力
当然，听听力之前，一定要把问题和问题的答案选项看一下，这样可以让我们大概了解题目可能的主题。很重要的是听时要注意是男方还是女方说的话，这主要是前8个短对话，前8个题目还有就是有个原则：一般是往不好的方向发展，比如迟到，改变计划，委婉拒绝邀请等。长对话，听关键词，如果一个词在本文出现的次数很多，那么一般这段对话的主题就是围绕他展开的，时间题，一般第一个出现的时间不是答案，要经过简单的计算得出的答案才正确的。听力填空，这个题型对词汇要求有点高，主要是前7个填空，注意时态，单复数。三个句子，第一遍做好笔记（关键词），第二遍用自己的话组织写出来（能用原文更好，但是用原文有点难），第三遍就是检查自己的句子是否符合原文意思。
三、阅读
1、快速阅读
据我所知，快速阅读要求不高，但是信息量大。一般来说很多快速阅读都有小标题，先看题目，再找关键词，比如人名，地点等，再根据关键词在文中找信息，这样就有针对性，比较省时间。
2、选词填空
可以肯定的说这个和完型填空差不多，但是从某种程度上要简单些（但是要有一定的词汇量），首先把选项标上词性，有些不认识的单词看词缀标词性。然后在题目中分析缺少什么，要用什么时态。一般经过分析排除后剩下2到3个答案。在放到文章中排除，就可以得到答案。有时候只剩一个答案呢（这就是我觉得比完型简单的原因）
3、深度阅读
这类题比快速阅读要求要高，但是篇幅要短哦。有些题目还是可以按照快速阅读方法来做的，但是主题或推断就得看全文的意思了，一般在第一段或者第一句话，还有可能是最后一句话。还有问作者观点的题目，你可以看作者是从哪方面写的，是写它带来了好处（positive）还是坏处（nagitive），还是没有带来自己的看法（Objective（客观的））。
4、做题原则
快：阅读的速度一定要稍微快，不快的话，很可能做不完题目（这个注重个人训练）。
准：对于问题的答案把握要准（不要以个人观点来判断作者意图）。
狠：就是你选了答案之后，不要犹豫（时间太宝贵了），马上寻找下一题的答案。
带着问题去阅读中找答案，找到之后，马上选上，找不到的话，就选你认为最可能的答案，一般阅读中的答案是按问题的顺序给的。
5、完形填空
首先看文章，速度要快，只是了解大意（2分钟）
然后边看边选，把自己认为一定是对的选上（主要是固定搭配，连词，短语等还有符合文章的意思的）
第三遍根据文章意思把文章剩下的全部填上，不会的也要用排除法填上哦。
练习的时候一定要把不会的选项的单词记下来，下次看到至少要认得。
四、翻译
对于四级的翻译，一般考三类题目：虚拟语气，倒装，词组和时态。翻译时候一定要注意时态，还有就是一定要去写，希望老师给同情分。

1.听力
英语六级听力不好，基础很差就需要大家好好提高自己的听力水平，可以在上下学以及闲逛的时候去听真题，听力的材料一定要是真题，每天保证至少1个小时练习英语六级听力，每套题至少听3遍，第一遍听完对答案，第二遍再做一遍，看能不能做对，第三遍，对照原文再听一遍。
2.作文
英语六级作文的评分标准较英语四级来说，有所提高，所以大家在背各类模板和万能句的同时，一定要多背一些高分表达，高分句型。当然最重要是词汇量，时间充足的话可以背一些高频词汇。
3.时间安排：请针对自己的不足充分安排时间，保证每天至少每天一套题，做好总结。
4.单词：做题的时候注意积累，多背背那些常在四六级阅读中出现的高频词汇，和一些自己能用在写作上的高级词汇，多结合词语的用法来学，背背短语短句。
篇5：怎么通过大学英语四六级
1.做题顺序：
四六级的阅读分三种题型，选词填空，段落匹配和仔细阅读。
其中仔细阅读分数占比最大，如果说仔细阅读是2分一题，那么段落匹配是1分一题，选词填空就是0.5分一题。
所以做题的时候在时间分配上也要有侧重点，先做仔细阅读20分钟(时间不够从翻译挪)，再是匹配15分钟，最后是选词填空10分钟左右。
2.仔细阅读：
仔细阅读作为分值最高的部分，自然要高度重视，但是要把方法用对。
首先，拿到仔细阅读，不要着急读，一定要先快速阅览题目，把握主题，确定关键词。
接着，根据题目中的关键词定位到文章中的某一段落，找到答案信息(通常在逻辑词附近)，正确选项一定是文章中答案信息的同义替换～!
一般分为这几种常见的逻辑词
因果：because, the reason for, the result of
转折：but, however, yet, although, though,
解释说明：which 引导的非限制定语从句
条件：if, when, while
还有对比的地方：(more) than
仔细阅读的正确选项一定是来自原文，只是换了一种表达，也就是我们说的同义替换。
错误选项都是利用我们的常识，主观臆断来进行干扰，
所以，只要我们尊重原文，不掺杂任何情感，很容易选出正确答案。
3.段落匹配：
三步法做题：
第一步，看标题→主旨
第二步，看选项→划关键词(名词)
