阴沉的天气，没有风。
窗外机器嘲杂的轰鸣声更是给烦闷的心情加了层重量。
楼下前不久被铲挖的菜地，现在正在施工。

而现在，工程已进展到填铺石子的进度，时不时来辆装满小石子的大卡车，“轰啦”地把一大堆一大堆的石块缺在泥土地上。
紧接着是一辆“大家伙”——推土机，把小石地一小堆一小堆地推平铺在泥地上。
整个过程就在推土机的“吱呀”中进行着，响彻在耳旁。
我不否认，有了新机器，这种重体力活的确减少了不少的人力，毕竟有时大热天看到工人在弄泥土石块的时候，真心心疼，虽没有上手做过，但看着就汗流浃背地累。夜晚的时候，有的工人还留宿在小石地上看施工设备，一条旧棉被铺在石块上，再盖着一张小毛毯，就这样真正地与大自然“亲密接触”，看得是真让人心疼。
不过整个施工过程的噪音真的.很大，偶尔开推土机的师傅停下来休息把机器关一会的时候，哇，那个感觉，真的是觉得整个世界都安静了，耳朵似乎也恢复了灵敏。

Pollution As the world is getting more densely populated, pollution presents a severe problem. More people make more waste. All this waste is polluting our surroundings. Pollution has a bad influence on our life. The air is pollnted by the smoke and fog coming out of the factory chimneys. Plants die for want of fresh air. The river is polluted and the fish are unfit to live. There is noise pollution made by cars and factories, etc, which hurts the ear. It is high time we did something about pollution. I suggest more trees be planted to keep the air fresh.

二、外界噪音

噪音污染不但能够影响人类的听力，而且还能够导致高血压、心脏病、记忆力衰退、注意力不集中以及其它精神综合症。研究表明，人听觉最高可以接受30分贝的音量，当室内的持续噪音污染超过30分贝的时候，人的正常睡眠就会因而受到干扰，而持续生活在70分贝以上的噪音环境中，人的听力以及身体健康将会受到影响。
