正题：先对看一下修改前的一份简历：

1st Part (on top): Name, address, e-mail, phone no

(第一部分：表头包括名字、地址、邮件、移动电话号码)

1.名字的格式示范：John--Zhang Sanfeng 张三丰，有必要把中文名字打上去;

2.地址可以不写宿舍号，写到班级就好了，例如：XX省XX市XX大学XX校区XX专业XX班;

3.邮件：一定不能用QQ邮箱!@前面的内容可以是自己的名字的拼音，如有雷同，在后面加数字，但是不能用出生年月的，例如：zhangsanfeng@hotmail.com;

4.联系电话：格式：4-3-4 或者3-4-4。如果是异地手机，请在前面加个“+86”。为什么强调非移动电话不可呢，那是因为保证人家想找你的时候能第一时间找到，而不像家庭电话或者宿舍固话那样，如果是舍友接了电话，分分钟有可能连工作都被抢了。

(第二部分：职业目标，包括求职者的工作态度等。

1.参加招聘会，把应聘职位具体写上，例如：Manager Assistant for ABC Company，一定要写那后面的【for ABC Company】，这样会让人家感觉你比较有心;

2.如果是单独寄简历，可以不写具体职位，把你希望的工作环境，比如：Seeking a responsible and challenging opportunity 这种。)

3rd Part :Core Competencies ( Expertise, Qualities, Skills etc) Here you should mention your qualities in which you are an expert or good, for example, english communication with foreigners

(第三部分：自评。)

1.自评要用句点。点句的长度以一行为宜，最多不要超过两行;句数以三到五句为佳，最多不超过八句，可以再网上找。例如：E Dedicated, Focused and Sincere in Jobs;

2.下面可以写上现在的工作，把①工作职位②主要责任这两天写上，责任要以重要性为主。;

3.如果是在校生，就像我那样写专业和所学的科目，如：

E Contemporary Oral Interpreting )

4th Part: Work Experience: Here you should mention about your present and past work experience in sequence start with PRESENT JOB and then past. In Every job you have to mention your Responsibilities which is known as KRA (KEY RESPONSIBLE AREA)

1.顺序由近到远，就是说从最近的一份工作开始说，如果你有很多份工作的经验，那么挑与应聘职位有关系的写;

2.每个职位下面要写上你的职责，也要用点句，注意用词，例如：请比较

5th Part: Educational qualifications (Academic and Professional)

(第五部分：教育背景)

1.在读学校或者是毕业学校，不用提供详细地址;

2.如果在第三部分已经写了专业，那在这里就不用再重复写了;

3. 如果在第三部分没有写了专业，那在这里就有必要提)

6th part:HONORS & AWARDS

(写在校获得的奖项、荣誉称号等)

7th part：campus activities

(学校活动，如社团、学生会团委等，基本上都是“当过什么领导“之类的话)

8th Part: Personal Information: Fathers Name, Passport Details, Driving License Details, Languages Known etc

(第八部分：个人信息，包括护照、驾照、掌握语言、电脑技能、证书等)

1.有的就写，没有就不写，扬长避短;

2.语言部分，例如偶是广州人，而且在学日语，所以我的语言掌握就写了4个，粤语、国语、英语、日语~看起来很厉害;

3.电脑技能，像PS、Office就写上去吧~实在没信心就不要写了;

4.证书，因为我还没有多少能拿出手的，所以不写了。

9th part: 爱好

爱好这里，不要写“听歌、看美剧、歌唱”之类的!!!!人家要个会煲剧的干嘛呢?要写就写

1. “篮球、足球”这类体现团队精神的;

2. DIY、设计这类的跟工作有关的;

3. 读书等比较有修养的
